Abstract

Level of Experience and Coaching Style on the Quality of the KUD director's leadership affects the village business productivity. This study took 123 respondents who were directors of village businesses. The research approach uses an explanative method using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The research findings show that: (1) the level of experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on the Quality of Leadership with Partial Mediation of the Coaching Style; (2) The level of experience of KUD directors has a strong and significant effect on the Coaching Style performed by the directors; (3) Coaching Style performed by influential directors strong and significant towards the Quality of Leadership; (4) Level The experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on productivity Business with Partial Mediation of Coaching Style and Quality Good leadership from the board of directors; (5) The coaching style performed by the directors has a strong and significant effect on business productivity with Partial Mediation of good Leadership Qualities from the board of directors; (6) Good leadership qualities from the board of directors have a strong and significant effect to the productivity of business.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu program Pemerintah untuk mendukung peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu jenis ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan adalah usaha sektor kuliner. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada era media sosial sekarang ini membuat perkembangan internet semakin melaju pesat. Bahkan pada saat ini internet sudah melekat di kehidupan manusia. Hampir setiap aspek kehidupan manusia kini tidak terlepas dengan internet. Mulai dari membaca berita, berkomunikasi, dan mencari informasi, menjadi sangat mudah melalui internet dengan adanya sosial media. Sosial media adalah sebuah media untuk bersosialisasi satu sama lain dan dilakukan secara online yang memungkinkan manusia untuk saling berinteraksi tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Dalam mengembangkan suatu usaha dengan melakukan inovasi promosi secara online, pemasaran merupakan suatu hal yang cukup penting agar pelanggan mengenal dan menggunakan produk kita. Saat ini, cukup banyak perusahaan di Indonesia yang melakukan pemasaran secara online baik untuk pemasaran dan penjualan. Dunia usaha atau bisnis memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan industri suatu Negara. Menyadari peranannya yang besar dalam perekonomian negara ini, sudah sepantasnya jika perhatian pemerintah lebih banyak dicurahkan untuk mendorong kemandirian dan keberhasilan pelaku usaha di sektor ini. salah satunya adalah Ibu Utami Aprilla pemilik UKM Pempek Tami Jambi terletak di Komplek Pepabri Jl. Abstract

This study aims to identify the dominant instrument in determining labor absorption and its improvement strategy in small industries in Jambi City. The method used in this study is secondary data analysis, with a multiple regression model approach to analyze the relationship between variables that affect labor absorption in small industries. The data used includes information related to production, labor, and other supporting factors in the small industry sector in Jambi City. The results of the analysis show that production value is the most dominant instrument in determining labor absorption in small industries. This shows that the higher the production value, the more labor is absorbed by the small industry. Based on these findings, the strategy to increase labor absorption needs to be focused on efforts to increase production value. One approach that can be applied is to develop more efficient and productive production techniques, and improve product quality in order to compete in a wider market. In addition, it is important to pay attention to the aspect of competitive selling prices so that products from small industries can be more easily accepted by consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee loyalty at the Jambi City Transportation Agency. This study uses a quantitative approach and data processing in this study uses SPSS software. Involving 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques from a total population of 124 employees. The results of the study with simple linear regression analysis showed that organizational climate has a significant effect on employee loyalty at the Jambi City Transportation Agency with a determination coefficient value of 54.3%, which means that variations in employee loyalty can be explained by organizational climate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the performance of human resources (HR) in service at the H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Jambi City. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. The population consisted of 443 HR personnel, with purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results showed that communication and teamwork significantly influenced HR performance, contributing 32%. Partially, communication and teamwork also significantly influenced HR performance. These findings emphasize the importance of effective communication and teamwork in supporting the improvement of healthcare worker performance in hospitals.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kuliner, khususnya warung bakso, memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal di Kecamatan Telanaipura, Jambi. Namun, banyak dari mereka menghadapi masalah inkonsistensi kualitas produk dan manajemen internal yang kurang terstruktur akibat ketiadaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang baku. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi 30 pengusaha warung bakso dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan SOP guna meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan pengelolaan karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui lokakarya, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mitra berhasil menyusun dua jenis SOP, yaitu SOP produksi dan SOP pengelolaan karyawan. Implementasi SOP tersebut terbukti mampu menciptakan konsistensi rasa, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu produksi, dan memperbaiki komunikasi antar karyawan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah SOP merupakan alat vital bagi UMKM untuk mencapai standarisasi dan keberlanjutan usaha. Saran yang diberikan adalah agar mitra terus menerapkan dan memperbarui SOP secara berkala, serta mendorong penelitian lanjutan mengenai dampak finansial jangka panjang dari implementasi SOP.
