Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the effect of the use of cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing on learning outcomes writing text exposition seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Padang Panjang. The theory used in this study as follows. First, writing skills Text exposition. Second, cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing.Jenis This study was a quantitative research with experimental method. The research was one group pretest and posttest design. Total population of 137 students with a sample of 24 students. The sample in this research is class VII. 4 SMPN 4 Padang Panajng determined using purposive sampling technique. In this research there are two variables, namely (1) the writing skills of students Subtitles exposition before using cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing, and (2) the writing skills of students after the text exposition cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing. Instruments used in this research is to test the performance. This research data is the writing skills test score results Subtitles exposition seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Padang Panjang before and after using cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing. The results of this study are based on the t-test, the alternative hypothesis (H_1) received the 95% significance level and degrees of freedom (df) = (N_1 + n_2) -2 because thitung> t table (1.17> 1.98). In other words, the writing skills Text exposition seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Padang Panjang after using cooperative learning model is better than the Dancing Bamboo writing skills Text exposition seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Padang Panjang before using cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing.

Abstract

Desa Sukadana Baru memiliki beberapa kelompok tani dan disatukan dalam Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) Cahaya Baru yang beranggotakan 25 orang. Gapoktan ini memiliki areal perkebunan rakyat sekitar 50 ha, tetapi produktivitas tanaman perkebunan lada yang dibudidayakan menurun karena jarang dilakukan pemupukan. Rendahnya produktivitas lada karena pada umumnya petani lada belum intensif melakukan pemupukan sehingga produksinya rendah dan rentan serangan hama dan penyakit. Begitu juga dengan tingginya harga pupuk kimia dan juga ketersediaannya terbatas. Untuk meminimalkan kerugian yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas tanaman lada dapat dilakukan dengan teknologi pemupukan. Alternatif budidaya dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada, yaitu mengkomposkan legume cover crop untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia. Dengan melihat potensi tersebut, penerapan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra tentang teknologi pemupukan yang diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan produktivitas lada dan meningkatkan pendapatan warga Desa Sukadana Baru. Program penyuluhan ini akan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah dan diskusi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek pelaksanaan pangkas bentuk di lahan lada petani peserta. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program tersebut, akan dilakukan evaluasi awal, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi akhir. Evaluasi awal diberikan sebelum penyuluhan, bertujuan mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang teknologi pemupukan. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, dilakukan evaluasi proses, bertujuan mengetahui keseriusan, keaktifan dan perhatian peserta terhadap seluruh materi yang diberikan. Evaluasi akhir dilakukan setelah kegiatan selesai. Evaluasi ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diterima Mitra setelah diberi penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta dampak langsung dari kegiatan tersebut. Abstract

Pestisida merupakan bahan untuk mengontrol Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) yang umumnya terdiri dari bahan kimia. Penggunaan pestisida kimia seringkali berpotensi merugikan kesehatan dan lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pestisida nabati yang terbuat dari bahan alami seperti daun pepaya, sirsak, dan sirih, menjadi alternatif yang lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan. Penggunaan daun pepaya, sirsak, dan sirih dalam pestisida nabati didukung oleh senyawa-senyawa seperti papain, acetogenins, dan minyak atsiri. Bahan- bahan tanaman ini memiliki sifat insektisida, antifeedant, dan racun perut yang efektif dalam mengendalikan hama tanaman. Guna mendukung pelatihan pembuatan pestisida nabati dari kombinasi daun pepaya, daun sirsak, dan daun sirih di Desa Wiyono, Kabupaten Pesawaran tim pengusul telah merancang metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan target khusus kegiatan ini berbentuk penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan bimbingan. Kegiatan PKM ini berjalan dengan baik karena anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Mentari yang sangat antusias mengikuti demonstrasi dan pembimbingan. Para peserta juga melaksanakan secara langsung pembuatan pestisida nabati dari kombinasi daun pepaya, daun sirsak, dan daun sirih, sehingga diharapkan kegiatan ini akan terus berlanjut supaya mengurangi penggunaan pupuk dan pestisida kimia. Hasil pestisida nabati yang diperoleh dapat langsung digunakan sebagai insektisida maupun fungisida pengendali hama dan patogen penyebab penyakit pada tanaman. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pengetahuan peserta meningkat sebesar 40.50%. Abstract

Research on caffeine biosynthesis in Coffea canephora has expanded across multiple disciplines, yet its global genetic research trends remain insufficiently mapped. This study aimed to analyze the development and thematic structure of genetic research on caffeine biosynthesis in C. canephora using a bibliometric approach. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database through keyword-based sampling and filtered based on relevance to genetic and biosynthetic aspects. Bibliometric analyses were conducted to examine publication trends, authorship patterns, country contributions, and keyword co-occurrence networks. The results show a significant increase in publications since the early 2000s, with dominant contributions from the United States, Brazil, and China. Keyword mapping reveals four major research clusters, including plant metabolism, clinical and nutritional studies, experimental models, and genetic variability. However, studies explicitly focusing on the genetic regulation of caffeine biosynthesis, particularly involving N-methyltransferase genes, remain relatively limited compared to broader multidisciplinary themes.These findings indicate that caffeine research in C. canephora is highly interdisciplinary but still lacks a strong emphasis on genetic mechanisms, highlighting the need for more targeted molecular and genomic studies to support coffee improvement and functional trait development.

Abstract

This study investigates cytogenetic evolution and research trends in Coffea spp. by integrating bibliometric analysis with karyotype-based evidence. Despite the rapid advancement of genomic research in Coffea spp., the integration of cytogenetic perspectives into broader research trends remains limited. Bibliometric data were retrieved from the Scopus database, covering publications from 1937 to 2026, resulting in 383 articles and reviews analyzed using Biblioshiny through thematic mapping and thematic evolution approaches. The results indicate that coffee genetic research has progressively shifted toward molecular and genomic studies, particularly those related to genetic variation, genome-wide association studies, and high-throughput analytical methods. In contrast, cytogenetic themes, including chromosome organization, karyotype variation, and polyploidization, remain comparatively underrepresented within the broader research landscape. Thematic evolution analysis further reveals a transition from foundational genetic studies to advanced genomic frameworks over time. Cytogenetic synthesis highlights major differences among key coffee species, with Coffea arabica characterized as an allotetraploid species (2n = 44), whereas C. canephora and C. liberica exhibit diploid chromosome complements (2n = 22). These findings demonstrate that chromosome-level perspectives remain insufficiently integrated into contemporary genomic research despite their importance in understanding genome evolution and species differentiation. By combining bibliometric trends with cytogenetic evidence, this study provides a more comprehensive framework for interpreting coffee genome organization and emphasizes the importance of integrating structural and molecular approaches in future coffee research and breeding programs.
