Abstract

The increasing use of digital transactions also elevates the risk of fraud, particularly in credit card transactions. Fraud detection poses a challenge due to the highly imbalanced nature of the data and the complexity of relationships among entities. This study proposes a GNN-based approach, integrated with feature selection techniques and class imbalance handling through class weighting based on data distribution. Feature selection was performed using two methods: Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) and Random Forest Feature Importance, to obtain the most relevant features. Experimental results show that the combination of Random Forest feature selection and class weighting yielded the highest F1 Score, despite a slight decrease in accuracy. This indicates that feature selection and class weighting strategies can improve the model's ability to detect rare fraudulent transactions. This approach contributes to the development of more accurate and adaptive fraud detection systems in digital transaction environments.

Abstract

One of the problems in learning physics is the weak ability of students to solve problems. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a preliminary study to recommend appropriate learning models. The type of research used is survey research. As many as 23 students were involved as primary data sources to determine the need for problem-solving skills. Respondents came from class XI of one of the state high schools in Yogyakarta. Problem-solving ability data was collected using 16 survey items formatted in the Google Form. Data analysis was performed using Rasch modeling. The analysis results show that there are limitations in students' problem-solving skills or abilities. Based on the survey results, it is recommended that the Problem base learning or guided inquiry model can be an alternative to optimizing students' problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes by using the STAD typecooperative learning model for the fourth grade students of MI Terpadu Al Muttaqin,Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. The research subjects were 4th grade students ofthe Integrated MI Al Muttaqin, Sawangan District, Magelang Regency which consisted of14 boys and 4 girls. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and tests. The analytical technique used is comparative descriptive. The results showed that theSTAD model could improve the social studies learning outcomes of the 4th grade studentsof MI Terpadu Al Muttaqin Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. an increase in cycle 1to 89% of students who completed, then in cycle 2 it increased to 94%. Learning with theSTAD type cooperative model needs to be implemented in social studies learning in theclassroom, because the learning model can improve student learning outcomes. Teachersmust be able to motivate students to be more active in learning by conducting intensiveguidance.

Abstract

Disrupted ectopic pregnancy is a serious pregnancy complication that threatens the life of both the fetus and the mother, yet there is limited exploration and analysis of the risk factors associated with disrupted ectopic pregnancy. This study aims to identify the risk factors affecting disrupted ectopic pregnancy. Method: This research is a case-control study with an analytical observational design. The sample used secondary data from medical records of 100 pregnant women with disrupted ectopic pregnancy in the case group and 100 pregnant women without disrupted ectopic pregnancy in the control group at Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital from 2020-2025. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test to determine the p-value and odds ratio. The p-values for maternal age, gestational age, parity, abortion history, history of disrupted ectopic pregnancy, contraceptive use, and history of reproductive disease are all 0.000 or 0.003 (<0.05), indicating significant associations between these factors and the occurrence of disrupted ectopic pregnancy. There is a significant relationship between maternal age, gestational age, parity, abortion history, history of disrupted ectopic pregnancy, contraceptive use, and history of reproductive diseases in women with disrupted ectopic pregnancy.
