Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of capital, location, and length of trading on traders income in traditional market after revitalization. The population in this study are all trader in Legi market totaling 3200 peoples. The sample used in this research are 97 peoples. This research used multiple regression analysis which consisted of the coefficient of determination, F test, and T test. The data were collected using questionnairs of likert scale. The result of this research shows that the percentage of influence between independent variables and the dependent variable was 17,2%. The result of statistical F test has significant value < significant level (0,000<0,05). It means that capital, location, and length of trading have  significantly affected towards treders income. Partially, the capial and length of trading significantly affected towards treders income but the location doesn’t has significantly affected toward traders income and the regression equation was equal to P = 1,821 + 0,213M + 0,065L + 0,274LU.

Abstract

Based on the research background, the problem of this research is employees working in the general section of sewer who experience changes every month and exceed the maximum limit of the turnover rate in the company, playing more that 3% in 2019. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of workload, job stress and job insecurity both partially and simultaneously on employees’ turnover intention at PT X Semarang. Data collecting methods in this research using questionnaires and literature study. The sample in this study were 93 employees of the general sewer section of PT X Semarang. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. From the multiple regression analysis in this study, it can be found that workload, job stress and job insecurity affect the employees’ turnover intention. the most dominant variable affecting turnover intention is job insecurity. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination on the variable workload, job stress and job insecurity have an effect on turnover intention with adjusted R Square 0f 0,468. It could show that the influence of workload variable, job stress and job insecurity were 46,8% while the remaining 53,2 % is by other models not examined in this regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Growth on Debt Policy with ProfitabiliSty as mediating variable on infrastructure sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2020 period. Research population was all infrastructure sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 57 companies, while the research samples were 36 (thirty six) companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis model and analysis technique used were partial test (t test) and sobel test to test the mediating variable by SPSS 25.00 program. The result of this study showed that the Firm Growth had a negative and significant effect on profitability. Profitability had a negative and significant effect on Debt Policy. Meanwhile, Firm Growth didn’t directly effect on Debt Policy. The mediating role of Profitability as an mediating variable had significantly contributed to the effect of Firm Growth on Debt Policy

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of cryptocurrency (X1) and intellectual capital (X2) on stock value (Y) of Monetary Sectors Company In Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2021. The data collection method used in this research were documentation and literature study. The sample collecting method used was non probability sampling on 46 monetary companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2021. The data analysis method used were classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, the coefficient determination, and t test. Based on calculations using software IBM SPSS 25 version, the result of this research showed that the regression equation Y=6,959+0,013X1+0,139X2. In addition, the F test result showed significant of 0,000 lower than 0,05. The t test result of cryptocurrency has sig more than 0,05. So, it can be concluded the cryptocurrency (X1) have an influence but not significance   on stock value (Y) of Monetary Sectors Company In Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2021 and intellectual capital (X2) had a significance influence on stock value (Y) of Monetary Sectors Company In Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2021. The most influential variable is intellectual capital (X2) with the highest regression coefficient of 0,139.

Abstract

Semarang is a region that has provided public transportation facilities such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang. This research examines the influence of repurchase intention by BRT Trans Semarang users. This study uses three variables namely customer experience, perceived value, and trust as determining factors. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 112 respondents using the BRT Trans Semarang. by using multiple linear regression analysis tools, the regression equation Y = 4,074 + 0,222X1 + 0,295X2 + 0,239X3 + e is obtained. With the t-test result show that partially customer experience, perceived value, and trust have a significant   partial effect on Repurchase Intention by BRT Trans Semarang users. The result of the F test obtained Sig value = 0,000 which show collectively displays the variables of customer experience, perceived vatalue, and trust have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The implications of the results of this research indicate that the Trans Semarang BRT manager is considered to be able to increase trust by maintaining the quality of service to drivers and officers. The affordable prices and good condition of the buses are considered capable of making customers feel satisfied so that they are willing to make repeat purchases when using BRT Trans Semarang.

Abstract

PT Reza Karya Abadi is an outsourcing company that was founded in 2009. As an outsourcing company, core business of PT Reza Karya Abadi is to provide manpowers to clients. At this time, the recruitment system at PT Reza Karya Abadi is still using the traditional way. Therefore, the recruitment process at PT Reza Karya Abadi takes a lot of time and effort and there is frequently a mismatch between the candidates provided and client needs. Creating a recruitment system with web-based ATS features can be a solution for companies to find suitable candidates and make the recruitment process more efficient. The process of developing a web-based recruitment system is carried out using the waterfall method. The implementation of this system is limited to the process of managing vacancies, managing candidates and implementing ATS features for the admin side, while from the applicant's side the implementation is limited to the process of managing personal data, submitting applications and applicant status. Testing of this system using the blackbox method. The results of this study are in the form of a web recruitment system for PT Reza Karya Abadi which can make it easier for applicants to submit applications and make it easier for admins to find suitable candidates

Abstract

The research focuses on Charles and Keith customers in Semarang, with data collected from 869 customers who registered for membership in 2023. Purposive sampling technique was employed to gather 150 respondents for the study. The study utilizes Online Consumer Review (X1), Perceived Quality (X2), and Price Perception (X3) as independent variables, while Purchase Decision (Y) serves as the dependent variable. It employs a quantitative approach using literature review and questionnaires for data collection, with Likert scale employed for measurement. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 29. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12.221 + 0.044Online Consumer Review + 0.239Perceived Quality + 0.077Price Perception. The results indicate that Online Consumer Review, Perceived Quality, and Price Perception collectively have a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decision. However, only Perceived Quality significantly and positively influences Purchase Decision
