Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of capital, location, and length of trading on traders income in traditional market after revitalization. The population in this study are all trader in Legi market totaling 3200 peoples. The sample used in this research are 97 peoples. This research used multiple regression analysis which consisted of the coefficient of determination, F test, and T test. The data were collected using questionnairs of likert scale. The result of this research shows that the percentage of influence between independent variables and the dependent variable was 17,2%. The result of statistical F test has significant value < significant level (0,000<0,05). It means that capital, location, and length of trading have  significantly affected towards treders income. Partially, the capial and length of trading significantly affected towards treders income but the location doesn’t has significantly affected toward traders income and the regression equation was equal to P = 1,821 + 0,213M + 0,065L + 0,274LU.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bentuk media promosi dalam pembentukan opini calon mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines), dan mengetahui hubungan antara promosi dengan opini calon mahasiswa Polines. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 90 calon mahasiswa Polines TA 2017/2018 yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria pola seleksi masuk yaitu melalui jalur undangan, jalur kerjasama, dan jalur ujian tulis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa dari ketiga media promosi yang paling efektif adalah personal selling,kemudian advertising, dan terakhir sales promotion dalam membentuk opini calon mahasiswa. Semakin banyak promosi mengenai informasi mengenai Polines yang diterima calon mahasiswa maka akan semakin positif pula opininya mengenai Polines

Abstract

Employee performance can achieve maximum results if supported by knowledge where the type of knowledge application is personal knowledge, job procedure and technology. This study aims to determine the influence of personal knowledge, job procedure and technology on employee performance at PT Wahana Sun Motor Semarang. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and the number of samples in the research are 30 respondents. They are employees of PT Wahana Sun Motor Semarang. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the result of F test, it shows that personal knowledge, job procedure and technology simultaneously had influence on employee performance. The result of the T test shows that personal knowledge and job procedure partially had a significant influence on employee performance, while the technology variable had no significant influence on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance is job procedure. Personal knowledge, job procedure and technology contributed to the influence of employee performance by 63.9%, while the remaining 36.1% was influenced by other variables outside of this research model.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a measurement of success in the service business. Customers feel satisfied when their needs surpassed their expectations. The market is a physical place where sellers and buyers make transactions, for traders who sell in this market, the variables of service quality, facilities and location are the main factors for trader satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and location on the traditional market traders satisfaction at Satrio Wibowo Semarang. The population in this research is Market Traders at Pasar Satrio Wibowo Semarang. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with the sampling method by a census/sampling total of 79 respondents. Data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially has a insignificant positive effect on the traditional market traders satisfaction, but facilities and location have a significant positive effect on traditional market traders satisfaction. Simultaneously the service quality, facilities, and location have a significant positive effect. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.75, it means that service quality, facilities, and location contribute to the traditional market traders satisfaction by 75%, while 25% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Parts of the essential economy in Indonesia are micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a role in overcoming unemployment, poverty, and economic inequality. However, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises as partners of PT Telkom      Regional IV partnership program in Semarang  in the 2020-2022 period has fluctuated and tends to decline. The aim of this study was to find out the influence of coaching and capital loans on the business development of partners in Semarang. The population in this study amounted to 58 fostered partners. The cencus sample technique was used in this research.. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there is a simultaneous and partial influence between coaching and capital loans on partners”™business development.
