Abstract

Moringa seed oil is a plant that has an antioxidant effect because it has a high flavonoid content, so it is necessary to develop Moringa seed oil in the form of cream preparations. This study aims to formulate and evaluate cream preparations. This research is an experimental laboratory research. Cream preparations were made with three different concentration formulas of Moringa seed oil, namely FI (3%); FII (4%); FIII (5%). Evaluation of the stability of the cream preparation included organoleptic observations (smell, color, texture), homogeneity test, pH test, viscosity test, and spreadability test. The results of the quality inspection of organoleptic preparations showed that the higher the concentration in the cream preparation, the thicker the preparation, the homogeneity test of the preparation showed a homogeneous arrangement, the pH test produced was 5.8 -6.1, the viscosity test of the preparation produced 5900 Cp, 5300 Cp , and 5240 Cp, and the resulting dispersion test was 7 cm, 6.5 cm, 5.5 cm. So it can be concluded that FI, FII and FIII Moringa seed oil cream can be formulated as a cream preparation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the information technology industry has driven the demand for high-quality IT training. Intensive bootcamp IT programs have increasingly become the primary choice for individuals seeking to enter this industry. Through effective IT bootcamps, individuals can acquire skills that align with the rapidly evolving job market demands, while organizations can attract digitally skilled talent ready to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. As the demand for IT training increases, so does the number of IT bootcamps offering a variety of educational products to meet labor market needs. One of the prominent providers is Hacktiv8 Indonesia. Since its establishment in 2016, Hacktiv8 has faced numerous challenges, one of which is maintaining customer engagement to ensure continued use of its services. This research aims to analyze the influence of Offering Equity, Brand Equity, and Relationship Equity on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty among participants in Hacktiv8 Indonesia’s IT Bootcamp, with a focus on a case study of Hacktiv8. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), and the data was collected through an online survey of 150 participants who are currently enrolled or about to enroll in Hacktiv8’s IT Bootcamp. The analysis results are expected to provide better insights into the factors affecting customer satisfaction and loyalty within the context of IT bootcamp training. The practical implications of these findings are anticipated to assist educational and training institutions in enhancing their offering strategies, brand management, and customer relationship building to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic service management on student satisfaction levels in higher education. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, the study revealed that the quality of academic services is a key factor in shaping students' learning experiences. The results indicate that the implementation of digitalized services based on an integrated information system increases efficiency and transparency, in accordance with the principles of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Furthermore, the proactive role of academic advisors in academic guidance and consistent communication through official channels also contribute to increased student satisfaction. Other findings identify the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement (Continuous Quality Improvement/CQI) based on student feedback, such as the development of a helpdesk and staff training. This study concludes that higher education institutions need to strengthen academic services through technology-based approaches, increased academic advisor capacity, and integrated communication systems. The practical implication is the need for policies oriented toward student-centered service to improve the quality of education holistically.
