Abstract

Business identity is an important component for business progress. Many micro MSME actors underestimate the existence of a business identity. The existence of a business identity, indirectly the customer's business has a characteristic or differentiator with similar competitors' business products. In addition, having a business identity can indirectly promote and introduce products widely more quickly. During this assistance, micro, small and medium businesses are given knowledge about the importance of business identity and how to have a good and attractive business identity. This mentoring activity lasts for about 4 months and aims to develop micro businesses so that they can progress and develop. This activity was carried out in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District, the participants consisted of 2 people and 1 mentor who was experienced in their field. This series of mentoring activities will close with practice and creation of business identities for micro, small and medium businesses in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District. Keywords:,,,

Abstract

Tourism is a creative economy-based service industry that is very important for the progress of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Tourism in Indonesia has great potential and makes a significant contribution to the economy, job creation, infrastructure development and community empowerment, including in rural areas. With good and sustainable management, tourism can grow in a sustainable manner and provide long-term benefits. Selection of tourist attractions can be adjusted to the goals of each tourist. The tourist village is a tourist attraction that can be developed and can make a positive contribution to the people of Jombang. The tourist spot chosen in this research is Sumber Biru tourism area. The implementation method used in this study is a qualitative approach with types of observation, documentation, and literature studies to obtain information about the problems faced by blue tourism sources starting from tourism development such as repairing or updating photo spots and obstacles in tourism promotion. The population in this activity were managers and visitors to the Sumber Biru tourism area which had been analyzed by KKNT students. In this community service, the team hopes to contribute more to Wonomerto village so that it can have a positive impact on local residents, especially on Sumber Biru tourism.

Abstract

Indonesia has unlimited biological wealth and is widely spread throughout the country. Each region in Indonesia has a wide variety of flora and fauna, some of which are food commodities in each region. In its development, regions producing a food commodity will sell it in processed form. The city of Blitar has many MSMEs engaged in the production of typical food and beverages. Such as, traditional food, souvenir products, and others. These MSMEs faces similar obstacles when managing their business. The lack of branding skills in introducing products to consumers is the main reason why MSME actors experience difficulties in building brand awareness.

Abstract

Companies have the ability to assess the skills and responsibilities of employees through their performance results, which play a role in achieving company goals. Researchers conducted research to investigate the effect of work environment, work stress, and compensation on employee performance. The use of quantitative methods with data collection tools, namely questionnaires or questionnaires. The population and research sample included all employees at KBPR Arta Kencana Cabang Nganjuk . The results of the analysis of this study are that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between the work environment, work stress, and employee performance of KBPR Arta Kencana Cabang Nganjuk . In particular, there is a partial influence between the work environment on employee performance, while work stress does not have a significant partial influence on employee performance at the branch. In line with the work environment, compensation also has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. It is important for companies to pay attention to the work environment and provide appropriate compensation, as higher compensation levels correlate with better employee performance.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in economic development and growth in the world, not only in developing countries, but also in developed countries. The development of information technology has changed the scope of the marketing world in recent years. Businesses use the internet as a marketing tool for financial success and to help drive communication with online visibility and sales channels and social media advertising becomes a powerful way to reach various markets for business expansion. Marketing activities that utilize the sophistication of digital technology are often referred to as digital marketing. Interesting content is one of the supporting aspects of digital marketing. The implementation of product photo activities at Dancuk Jaran MSMEs, Ngadiboyo Village is carried out in several stages, starting from conducting field analysis, namely observation and needs, continuing to determine the framework for solving problems. The next process of preparation and execution. The sequence of stages is designed in such a way with the aim of maximizing the photos to be produced to match the message that MSME owners want to convey. Product photo activities were carried out at MSMEs "Dancuk Jaran" carried out by KKNT Group 68 students of Ngadiboyo Village. The product photo work program is carried out with stages of observation, FGD, moodboard making and implementation. After the photos are taken, photos are given to MSME owners to be uploaded on MSMEs' social media.

Abstract

This research highlights the marketing strategies used by Sumber Agung Fashion in maintaining and improving its competitiveness in the modern marketing era. The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy used by Sumber Agung Fashion and to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, or threats to Sumber Agung Fashion Tulungagung Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive using SWOT analysis techniques. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis that has been conducted, Sumber Agung Fashion has a strength score of 2.36, weakness of 0.74, chance of 1.58 and threat of 1.18, thus showing that Sumber Agung Fashion is in the position of Quadrant I which supports aggressive strategies. In addition, in the SWOT matrix, it can be seen that the right strategy used by Sumber Agung Fashion Tulungagung Regency in order to compete in this modern marketing era is to use the SO strategy, including by maintaining product quality and service to Sumber Agung Fashion consumers, maintaining good relations with consumers, and expanding the target market to other cities and using technology (e-commerce) as a product marketing.

Abstract

Social media is currently the most crucial platform for entrepreneurs trying to sell their goods. Many firms, like PT Macroprima Panganutama, are embracing influencer and content marketing as techniques to draw buyers to their products because of the popularity of social media and the ease with which people can use the Internet. Additionally, entrepreneurs can simply disseminate information about their goods and services through a range of media, including text, photos, and videos—basically, electronic word-of-mouth marketing. Through tiktok platforms, this study investigates the effects of electronic word-of-mouth, influencer marketing, and content marketing on consumer loyalty to Kanzler products in Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to investigate the potential impact of content marketing, influencer marketing, and electronic word of mouth on consumer loyalty. With a sample size of 100 respondents, purposive sampling was used to obtain sampling. This research uses a quantitative methodology using multiple linear regression analysis to handle data collected through distributing questionnaires. The research result indicate that while influencer marketing has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, content marketing has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, and electronic word of mouth has no impact on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Kedungdalem Village is one of the villages in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency where one of the most livelihoods of some of the people is traders (MSMEs). One of the problems faced by MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village, Probolinggo Regency is that they have obstacles in the use of digital technology that has not been fully implemented due to lack of public knowledge, especially about the development of digital technology in business implementation. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to the community in the use of digital technology in the implementation of their business activities so that later these MSMEs will be able to compete with other online businesses. The method used is qualitative and is implemented through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities and assistance in registering business locations on Google Maps. The results obtained from a series of MSME strengthening activities in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District are an increase in knowledge or awareness from MSME actors in Kedungdalem Village regarding the importance of utilizing digital technology in running a business or business.

Abstract

Fluency in entrepreneurship is certainly an important point in running a business or developing a business. One of them can be by following and complying with the completeness and preparation for entrepreneurship. Business license number (NIB) is one of the requirements for completeness of documents and development in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the socialization of the Business Permit Number (NIB) and its impact on entrepreneurship development in Kedungdalem Village, Probolinggo Regency. The government's goal with the NIB policy is to make it easier to get business licenses and encourage the growth of entrepreneurship.
