Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisa Faktor Fundamental Dan Risiko Sistematik Terhadap Harga Saham Properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019 yaitu sebanyak 61 perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50 perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Assets secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada property, earning per share secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham property, current ratio secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham property, Inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham property, niai kurs secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham property, dan suku bunga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham property.

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of good corporate governance, company growth, company size and earnings management on capital structure. This research on manufacturing companies was selected using a purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25. The results showed that Capital Structure (Y) had a minimum value of 0.10, a maximum value of 2.72, a mean value of 1.6248 and a standard deviation of 0.62031. then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. Company Growth (X2) has a minimum value of 0.20, a maximum value of 2.63, a mean value of 1.3361 and a standard deviation of 0.29018. So the second hypothesis is accepted. Company size (X3) has a minimum value of 5.08, a maximum value of 5.79, a mean value of 5.3792 and a standard deviation of 1.5288. So the third hypothesis is accepted. Earnings Management (X4) has a minimum value of 0.80, a maximum value of 4.12, a mean value of 2.4875 and a standard deviation of 0.62838. So the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan risiko keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta pengaruh nilai perusahaan terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas dasar kasus-kasus kegagalan perusahaan dalam memitigasi risiko keuangan yang berdampak pada menurunnya nilai perusahaan dan harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana dengan sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan masuk dalam kategori indeks LQ45 tahun 2017-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengungkapan risiko keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, selain itu nilai perusahaan tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap return saham. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of esg disclosure, company size, on financial performance with profitability as an intervening variable. The population used in this study are IDXESGLeader companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2023. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and obtained 17 IDXESGLeader companies with 85 observations. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the simultaneous test results that the esg disclosure variable, company size, and profitability affect financial performance. While with intervening variables, the simultaneous test results of ESG disclosure variables, company size, affect financial performance through profitability as an intervening variable. Based on the partial test results that ESG disclosure and company size have no significant effect on profitability, ESG disclosure has a significant effect on financial performance, company size affects company size, and profitability affects financial performance. Meanwhile, with the intervening variable, the partial test results of the ESG disclosure variable, company size have no effect on financial performance through profitability in IDXESGLeader companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2023.

Abstract

Cattle farmers in Lubuk Kilangan District face the challenges of low financial literacy and limited access to financing that complies with Sharia principles. This condition hampers capital management and livestock business development, as many farmers do not maintain proper financial records, making it difficult to obtain formal financing support. Furthermore, understanding of Sharia financing products remains limited, causing them to rely on high-risk informal financing. This program aims to improve Sharia financial literacy and expand access to Sharia financing for partner cattle farmers. The implementation method includes counseling, training, simulation, mentoring, and evaluation using a participatory approach, with pre-test and post-test instruments to measure improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results showed significant increases in three main indicators: financial literacy (from 55% to 85%), understanding of Sharia financing (from 48% to 82%), and awareness of informal financing risks (from 52% to 84%). Additionally, 90% of participants committed to applying daily financial recording, 85% planned to separate personal and business finances, and 80% were interested in applying for Sharia financing within the next six months. The program also successfully established an initial network between farmers and Sharia financial institutions, opening opportunities for sustainability, and is feasible to be replicated in other regions with local adjustments. Abstract

Financial leverage is one of the main factors affecting overall company productivity, so its existence cannot be ignored. Currently, there is a wealth of literature discussing leverage in various companies in different regions. Meanwhile, Islamic banking is a growing sector that is attracting the interest of researchers. However, there are still few studies that specifically discuss financial leverage in the context of Islamic banks. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of financial leverage on the performance of Islamic banks. This study also aims to examine the application of signaling theory in assessing the impact of financial leverage on company performance. The population used in this study is Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2024. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in 11 Islamic banks with 110 observations. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Researcher deployed latest version of E-views for data analysis in current study. The results of this study provide strong evidence to support Signaling Theory. This theory states that a bank's performance will be much better if it has higher capital. The results of the study show that in Islamic banks, financial leverage is at a level that is entirely dependent on the flexibility ratio to adjust their debt and earnings power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis SWOT sebagai strategi pemasaran pada Cafe Rumah Depan dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif di Kota Padang. Cafe Rumah Depan merupakan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki konsep suasana rumahan namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal promosi dan belum dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang, dilakukan identifikasi terhadap kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh cafe ini. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, sosialisasi strategi, dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan analisis SWOT membantu pemilik usaha dalam memahami posisi usahanya secara lebih strategis dan menyusun langkah-langkah pemasaran yang lebih efektif, seperti penguatan promosi digital, pengembangan loyalitas pelanggan, dan peningkatan daya tarik visual cafe. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan UMKM melalui pendekatan manajerial yang aplikatif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce yang sangat pesat di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Shopee. Persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk mampu memanfaatkan media sosial dan promosi secara efektif guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna e-commerce Shopee di wilayah Lubuk Begalung Terutama Masyarakat Batung Taba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna Shopee. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, media sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effects of activity ratios and operational efficiency on profitability, with credit risk serving as an intervening variable for banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 26 banking companies with a total of 130 observations. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression and path analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that the activity ratio does not have a significant effect on credit risk, while operational efficiency significantly affects it. In addition, activity ratios, operational efficiency, and credit risk were found to have significant effects on profitability. The results of the path analysis reveal that credit risk is unable to mediate the relationship between activity ratios and profitability, as well as between operational efficiency and profitability. Effective asset utilisation and operational efficiency, rather than the credit risk mechanism, have a stronger influence on banking profitability improvements. Based on these findings, banking institutions should optimise operational performance and asset management to sustainably enhance profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran perusahaan terhadap Harga Saham dengan Kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada subsektor industri makanan dan minuman di perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023 sejumlah 95 perusahaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dan analisis regresi linear berganda berbantuan spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening.
