Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of positive emotion, time availability,and money availabilty toward impulsive buying behavior both partially andsimultaneously. The respondent of this research are university students who haveexperienced unplanned buying in several department stores at Yogyakarta City. Purposivesampling method was utilized then 102 respondents were chosen. The resultsindicate that positive emotion, time availability, and money avaiability positively andsignificantly influence impulsive buying behavior. The three independent variables asstated above, simultaneously influence impulsive buying behavior also. Finally, as themanagerial implication stated, it can be concluded that understanding consumerscondition related with unplanned buying is important topics in recent years, especiallyin department store.

Abstract

KUR atau kredit usaha rakyat merupakan skema pembiayaan modal kerja dan atau investasi yang khusus diperuntukkan bagi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di bidang usaha produktif yang sebenarnya merupakan subsidi dari pemerintah kepada bank-bank yang ditunjuk. Pemberian bunga yang rendah di satu sisi diharapkan dapat menggerakkan sektor riil. Tetapi bagi bank-bank swasta, bank BPR di sektor mikro kecil yang tidak menyalurkan KUR, pemberian kredit dengan bunga yang terlalu rendah dapat berpotensi mengancam eksistensi bank yang dapat berpengaruh pada melambatnya penyaluran kredit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah rendahnya suku bunga KUR dapat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah mikro kecil di bank lain non penyalur KUR. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Jumlah sampel untuk sebanyak 53 responden yang merupakan nasabah kredit di bank non penyalur KUR. Hasil penggujian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya suku bunga KUR (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank non penyalur KUR (Y) dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05 dengan R Square sebesar 0,09. Artinya masih terdapat faktor-faktor sebesar diluar suku bunga KUR sebesar 91% yang menentukan variasi dalam loyalitas nasabah.

The respondent of this research are university students who have experienced unplanned buying in several department stores at Yogyakarta City. Purposive sampling method was utilized then 102 respondents were chosen. The results indicate that positive emotion, time availability, and money avaiability positively and significantly influence impulsive buying behavior. The three independent variables as stated above, simultaneously influence impulsive buying behavior also. Finally, as the managerial implication stated, it can be concluded that understanding consumers condition related with unplanned buying is important topics in recent years, especially in department store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.
