Abstract

Investors in the Indonesian capital market continue to increase in number every year. The current total capital market investors are 6,100,525 investors. But this number is still very far when compared to the total population of Indonesia. What is the strategy of stakeholders in the Indonesian capital market to increase student interest in investing in shares in the capital market. This study aims to determine and examine how influential investment knowledge is on the interest of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Bandar Lampung University batch 2018 to invest in stocks in the capital market.The population in this study were regular undergraduate students/class 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung with a total of 211 people. In this study, the determination of the sample using random sampling technique (random). And for the data collection technique using a questionnaire (google form) which will be distributed to regular S-1 students/I class 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung.It is known that based on the results of research, investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the investment interest of FEB students at Bandar Lampung University batch 2018, with a tcount value of 10,560 > from ttable 2,008. The average of the 18th FEB UBL students' answers regarding investment knowledge and investment interest are in the "Good" category. The securities companies are expected to be able to coordinate well with the related academic parties in providing knowledge or seminars on investment to students in a more attractive manner so that students are more enthusiastic in listening to the material and are more motivated to invest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pelayanan publik yang inovatif bagi pemerintah daerah guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara kualitatif dengan 50 pejabat pemerintah daerah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang ada dan survei kuantitatif dengan 200 warga untuk mengukur kepuasan dan efisiensi layanan. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pelacakan aplikasi waktu nyata, pengelolaan data terintegrasi, dan pemberitahuan otomatis. Temuan utama menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi layanan publik, dengan waktu penyelesaian rata-rata yang berkurang dari 5 menjadi 2 hari, serta peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat dari 65% menjadi 85%. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelibatan pengguna akhir dalam proses pengembangan, yang memastikan bahwa umpan balik mereka digunakan untuk penyempurnaan sistem yang berkelanjutan dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan transparansi tetapi juga secara signifikan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

This research explores strategic legal pathways for addressing the unresolved maritime boundary delimitation in East Segment II of the Singapore Strait, a maritime area jointly bordered by Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. The lack of formal delimitation in this segment has resulted in a jurisdictional vacuum, often referred to as a legal grey zone, which has significant implications for state sovereignty, international legal compliance, and regional maritime security. Through a qualitative legal analysis grounded in empirical research methods, this study investigates the intricate legal issues surrounding the Trijunction Point—a critical zone of overlapping claims. As a potential solution, the study supports the application of the Three-Stage Approach, comprising the construction of a provisional equidistance line, adjustment based on relevant geographic and legal considerations, and the application of a disproportionality test. Widely employed in international maritime adjudication, this method is recommended as a viable and equitable framework to facilitate legal certainty, foster regional cooperation, and uphold the rights and obligations of the littoral states involved.
