Abstract

Constitutionally, the Republic of Indonesia can be said to be designed as a welfare state. This can be seen in a series of articles in the 1945 Constitution, starting from Article 27, 28, 31, 33, and Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution, the welfare state is one type of legal state that is considered modern. The principles of good governance were born during the development of the welfare state. This study reveals the legal basis of the general principles of good governance of some regulations. The results showed that the general principles of good governance is currently regulated comprehensively in the legislation in Indonesia. These regulations include 1) Law No. 5 of 1986 on administrative justice amended by 2) law No. 9 of 2004 (Administrative Court Act 2004) 3) Law No. 28 of 1999 on the implementation of a clean and Free State KKN 4) Law No. 37 of 2008 on Ombudsman 5) law no. 5 of 2014 on the State Civil apparatus 6) law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service 7) Law No. 23 of 1024 on Local Government and 8) law no. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration). As a modern country, the general principle of good governance is the spirit for the implementation of the administration of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in the context of clean implementation of governance based on expediency, justice, and legal certainty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan ejaan dalam menulis karangan deskripsi yang dibuat oleh siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naratif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SD di Desa Besito Kecamatan Gebog Kabupaten Kudus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi membaca, menandai atau mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasikan data dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak siswa kelas IV SD 04 Besito yang melakukan kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital dalam penggunaan ejaan, kesalahan penulisan kata depan dan  terdapat kesalahan tanda titik pada akhir kalimat sedangkan kesalahan koma terdapat pada karangan siswa yang tidak memberikan tanda koma untuk memisahkan detail kata. Faktor penyebab kesalahan ejaan siswa yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan siswa dalam materi mengejaan, Cara guru mengurangi tingkat kesalahan ejaan siswa adalah dengan memberikan latihan menulis karangan, kemudian mengingatkan penggunaan ejaan sebelum menulis karangan dll

Abstract

This research aims to; know the profile of Competence of Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness Expertise;know relevance Competence of Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness Skills with DU/DI. This research method is a survey that uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. The research subjects are industries engaged in Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness and Vocational High Schools which have competency programs for Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness expertise in South Sulawesi Province. Research result Analysis of Competency Profiles of Industry-Based Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture Expertise in Vocational High Schools;The Competency Aspect of the Basics of Plant Cultivation is the only aspect of competence of which the thirteen basic competencies are applied by all schools that are sampled. . Competency Aspects of Nursery and Plant Tissue Culture are aspects that have at least the most maximally applied basic competencies. Aspects of Creative Product Competence and Entrepreneurship are the last aspects of the Agribusiness and Horticulture Agribusiness Skills Competence;Relevance Competence expertise of Food Crops and Horticulture Agribusiness with DU/DI is very Relevant, for PT. East West Seed Indonesia is the industry that has the highest relevance value, which is 24% and for the Bunga Cap Tanah Merah farmer group, it is the industry that has the lowest relevance value, which is 13%.
