Abstract

Background: Back pain in pregnant women is a common thing when pregnant women enter the third trimester and the gestational age increases, the more complaints felt by pregnant women. Disturbances in comfort during pregnancy can have an impact on pregnant women, namely the quality of sleep. If pregnant women experience sleep disorders, it can affect the quality of sleep. Research objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of back pain on the sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women at the Yapida Gunung Putri Clinic for the period January-April 2022. Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design, and the statistical test is the T test. The number of samples = 20 respondents, data collection is by observation before and after being given biscuits to pregnant women in the Karawang Kulon Health Center area. Research results: sleep quality in 40 respondents of third trimester pregnant women showed a bad value, namely as many as 25 respondents. While the quality of sleep is good as many as 15 respondents. Chi Square results show that there is an effect of back pain on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester (p-value 0.000). Suggestion: It is hoped that pregnant women will control and quickly relieve back pain, so that the quality of sleep for pregnant women is maintained properly. Abstrack: Latar belakang: Nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil merupakan hal yang sering terjadi ketika ibu hamil memasuki trimester III dan usia kehamilan semakin bertambah, semakin banyak keluhan yang dirasakan oleh ibu hamil Gangguan kenyamanan selama kehamilan dapat memberi dampak pada ibu hamil yaitu kualitas tidur. Jika ibu hamil mengalami gangguan tidur maka dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nyeri punggung (back pain) terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester III di Klinik Yapida Gunung Putri periode Januari-April 2022. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian cross sectional dengan pengambilan data pada waktu tertentu dimana data tersebut dapat menggambarkan pada waktu tersebut, dan uji statistiknya adalah chi square. Jumlah sampel= 40 responden, pengambilan data dengan cara kuisioner tertutup yang di berikan kepada ibu hamil trimester III di Klinik Yapida Gunung Putri. Hasil Penelitian: kualitas tidur pada 40 responden ibu hamil Trimester III menunjukkan nilai Buruk yaitu sebanyak sebesar 25 responden. Sedangkan kualitas tidur baik sebanyak 15 responden. Hasil Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh nyeri punggung terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil Trimester III (p-value 0,000). Saran: diharapkan untuk ibu hamil lebih mengontrol dan cepat meredakan nyeri punggung, sehingga kualitas tidur ibu hamil tetap terjaga dengan baik.

Abstract

Selama kehamilan kebutuhan gizi akan mengalami peningkatan setidaknya hingga 300 kalori perhari, meskipun telah banyak edukasi diberikan pada ibu hamil, nyatanya sampai saat ini masih banyak ditemukan ibu hamil yang mendapati masalah pada gizi khususnya gizi kurang seperti Kurang Energi Kronis atau KEK. Berbagai upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk melakukan perbaikan status gizi ibu hamil dengan KEK, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberian pendamping gizi yang terdiri dari kader Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendampingan gizi terhadap perubahan perilaku pemenuhan gizi ibu hamil kurang energi kronik (KEK). Penelitian ini adalah quasy ekserimental. di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lebak Wangi pada bulan Mei tahun 2023. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 ibu hamil yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner perilaku yang diadaptasi dan teruji validiatas serta reliabilitasnya. Analisis beda dilakukan dengan uji Mann whitney. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney dimana pada pair sebelum pendampingan dan setelah pendampingan diperoleh nilai Sig.2-tailed sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan rata – rata skor perilaku pada sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan yang dinilai bermakna secara statistik

Abstract

Sexual violence against women is a serious issue requiring focused attention, where midwives play a strategic role in prevention and management. However, implementing TPKS Law No. 12 of 2022 and Health Law No. 17 of 2023 in first-level health facilities faces challenges, particularly regarding the understanding and preparedness of medical personnel. This study evaluates the role of midwives in managing sexual violence cases under the TPKS Law No. 12/2022 and Health Law No. 17/2023 in first-level health facilities. The research employed a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design involving 100 midwives. Data were collected using questionnaires to assess midwives’ understanding of the laws and their effectiveness in handling sexual violence cases. Pearson correlation and linear regression were used for analysis, considering age, work experience, and recent education. Results showed a significant positive correlation between understanding and management effectiveness (r = 0.55, p = 0.001). A one-unit increase in understanding improved effectiveness by 0.45 units. Age and work experience significantly influenced the outcomes, while recent education had no significant effect. The regression model explained 56.2% of the variance in effectiveness. The study recommends enhancing midwives' understanding of the laws through targeted training and ongoing support to improve sexual violence management.

Abstract

Perineal wounds are a common complication experienced by postpartum mothers during childbirth. Delayed wound healing increases the risk of infection and discomfort during the puerperium. Nutritional intake, particularly protein, plays a vital role in supporting tissue regeneration. Boiled eggs are known as an affordable and highly nutritious source of animal protein. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of boiled egg consumption for accelerating perineal wound healing among postpartum mothers at Klinik Multazam in 2025. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was used, involving 60 postpartum mothers, of which 32 had perineal wounds. Samples were obtained through total sampling. Data were collected using observation sheets and analyzed with the chi-square test. The results showed that most respondents who regularly consumed boiled eggs (78.9%) experienced faster wound healing within (<6 days). The chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.008 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between boiled egg consumption and the speed of perineal wound healing. Regular consumption of boiled eggs was shown to be effective in accelerating perineal wound healing among postpartum mothers. This simple nutritional intervention may serve as a promotive and preventive effort in postpartum midwifery care.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Emesis gravidarum is nausea and vomiting that occurs in early pregnancy until the age of 20 weeks caused by changes in the endocrine system that occur during pregnancy, mainly caused by Human Chorionic Gonadtropin (HCG), Progesterone, Estrogen and Seritonin. This study aims to determine the effect of ambon bananas on the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester. The research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental using a two-group pre and post test design approach, namely research conducted in two groups, the control group was given ambon bananas. cooked bananas consumed directly and measured the frequency of nausea and vomiting before and after, in the intervention group treated with the consumption of ripe kepok bananas consumed directly and measured the frequency of nausea and vomiting before and after. The number of samples is 30 people. Univariate analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test and bivariate analysis using the T-Test. The results of this study showed that there was a significant effect on both groups with a p-value of 0.000, but the control group was more influential with a mean difference of 0.2 and p-value = 0.000. and the value of the effectiveness of giving Ambon bananas and Kepok bananas with a T value = 0.496 and P-value = 0.045 0.05 means that there is effectiveness of consumption of Ambon bananas and Kepok bananas on emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester. There are no external variables (age of the mother, education, occupation, parity, and gestational age) which are related to the frequency of emesis gravidarum. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that giving Ambon bananas is effective in reducing emesis gravidarum. It is hoped that first trimester pregnant women with nausea and vomiting can use Ambon bananas as an alternative treatment to reduce nausea and vomiting. Keywords: Ambon Banana, Emesis Gravidarum, Pregnant mother  ABSTRAK Emesis gravidarum adalah mual dan muntah yang terjadi di awal kehamilan sampai umur 20 minggu disebabkan oleh perubahan dalam sistem endokrin yang terjadi selama kehamilan, terutama disebabkan oleh Human Chorionic Gonadtropin (HCG), Progesteron, Esterogen dan Seritonin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pisang ambon terhadap frekuensi mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan menggunakan pendekatan two group pre and post test design yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada dua kelompok, kelompok kontrol diberikan pisang ambon matang yang di konsumsi langsung dan diukur frekuensi mual muntah sebelum dan setelah, pada kelompok intervensi dengan perlakuan konsumsi pisang kepok matang di konsumsi langsung dan diukur frekuensi mual muntah sebelum dan setelah. Jumlah sample sebanyak 30 orang. Analisa univariat dilakukan dengan uji wilcoxon dan analisis bivariat dengan uji T-Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kedua grup dengan p-value 0.000, namun kelompok kontrol lebih berpengaruh dengan selisih mean 0,2 dan p-value = 0.000. dan nilai efektivitas pemberian pisang ambon dan pisang kepok dengan nilai T = 0,496 dan P-value = 0.045 0,05 berarti terdapat efektivitas konsumsi pisang ambon dan pisang kepok terhadap emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I.Tidak ada variabel luar  (umur ibu, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, dan usia kehamilan) yang berhubungan dengan frekuensi emesis gravidarum. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa pemberian pisang ambon efektif menurunkan emesis gravidarum di harapkan ibu hamil trimester 1 dengan mual muntah dapat memanfaatkan pisang ambon sebagai pengobatan alternatif  untuk menurunkan mual muntah. Kata Kunci: Pisang Ambon, Emesis Gravidarum, Ibu Hamil

Abstract

ABSTRACT Prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia tahun 2017-2022 adalah 36,4%. Kondisi kesehatan dan gizi ibu sebelum dan saat kehamilan serta setelah persalinan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin dan risiko terjadinya stunting serta faktor lainnya adalah lurangnya kadar hb apada ibu hamil serta asupan nutrisi yang kurang pada saat kehamilan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan prevalens. The method used in the preparation of this study is the Literature Review by analyzing a number of predetermined articles. This research consists of four articles which will be analyzed according to the criteria. The results showed that counseling in increasing HB levels in pregnant women in an effort to prevent stunting proved to be quite influential on the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding hemoglobin levels and stunting. However, further research needs to be done on hemoglobin levels and stunting to be more effective in reducing the birth rate of stunted babies. From the results obtained, it shows that counseling on the importance of hb levels in pregnant women helps reduce stunting cases in Indonesia Keywords: Counseling, Increasing HB Levels, Pregnant  ABSTRAK Ancaman permasalahan stunting di dunia 165 juta balita menderita stunting dan lebih dari 90% berada di Asia dan Afrika.Menurut data WHO Indonesia termasuk kedalam negara ketiga dengan prevalensi tertinggi di regional Asia, prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia tahun 2017-2022 adalah 36,4%. Kondisi kesehatan dan gizi ibu sebelum dan saat kehamilan serta setelah persalinan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin dan risiko terjadinya stunting serta faktor lainnya adalah lurangnya kadar hb apada ibu hamil serta asupan nutrisi yang kurang pada saat kehamilan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting di antaranya adalah intervensi pada ibu hamil tentang meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai kadar hb ibu hamil dengan melakukan penyuluhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini yaitu Literature Review dengan menganalisis sejumlah artikel yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat artikel yang akan di analisis sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyuluhan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting terbukti cukup berpengaruh pada tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai kadar haemoglobin serta stunting. Abstract

ABSTRACT Pregnant women who experience anemia in Indonesia are 48.9%. As much as 84.6% of anemia in pregnant women occurs in the age group of 15-24 years. Giving avocado juice can help increase hemoglobin levels because avocados are rich in iron and copper which are beneficial for pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effect of giving avocado juice on hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women with anemia in Atar Bawang Village, West Lampung Regency. Type of quantitative research and pre-experimental design with Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population of all third trimester pregnant women is 20 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, statistical tests used paired t test (paired t test), The results showed that the average increase in hemoglobin levels before being given avocado juice to third trimester pregnant women with anemia had an average value of 10.51 gr/dl. The average increase in hemoglobin levels after being given avocado juice to third trimester pregnant women with anemia had a value the average hemoglobin level is 11.35 gr/dl. There is an effect of giving avocado juice on hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women with anemia, with a p-value = 0.000. It is recommended that pregnant women be active in seeking information and increase their knowledge so that they know more about anemia in pregnancy and are advised to carry out routine pregnancy checks and it is recommended that pregnant women consume more iron-containing foods and can actively participate in maternal classes and activities at posyandu. as well as making avocado juice as an effort to prevent anemia during pregnancy. Keywords: Avocado Juice, Hemoglobin Levels, Anemia ABSTRAK Ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia di Indonesia sebesar 48,9%. Sebanyak 84,6% anemia pada ibu hamil terjadi pada kelompok umur 15-24 tahun. Pemberian jus alpukat dapat membantu meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin karena alpukat kaya akan zat besi dan tembaga yang bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus alpukat terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia di Desa Atar Bawang Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan rancangan pra eksperiment dengan Non-Equivalent Control Group. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil trimester III sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-–rata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin sebelum diberikan jus alpukat pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia mempunyai nilai rata-rata 10,51 gr/dl Rata–rata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin sesudah diberikan jus alpukat pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia mempunyai nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin 11,35 gr/dl. Ada pengaruh pemberian jus alpukat terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia, dengan p-value = 0,000. Disarankan ibu hamil agar aktif dalam mencari informasi dan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan agar lebih mengetahui tentang anemia pada kehamilan serta disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan secara rutin dan disarankan ibu hamil lebih banyak mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi dan untuk dapat aktif mengikuti kelas ibu serta kegiatan di posyandu. serta menjadikan jus alpukat sebagai salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan anemia dalam kehamilan. Kata Kunci: Jus Alpukat, Kadar Hemoglobin, Anemia

ABSTRACT Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. Iron deficiency anemia in the mother can affect the growth and development of the fetus/infant during and after pregnancy. Based on the 2018 Riskesdas data in Indonesia, 48.9% of pregnant women experience anemia. The coverage of anemia in pregnancy in Lampung Province in 2021 is 43.5%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving strawberry juice and honey to increasing hemoglobin in third trimester pregnant women at the Ketapang Health Center, North Lampung Regency in 2023. Type of quantitative research and pre-experimental design with Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population of all third trimester pregnant women is 15 responden. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, statistical tests used paired t test (paired t test). The results of the study showed that the average increase in hemoglobin levels before being given strawberry juice and honey in third trimester pregnant women with anemia had an average value of 10.513 gr/dl. The average increase in hemoglobin levels after being given strawberry juice and honey in third trimester pregnant women with anemia has an average hemoglobin level of 11.287gr/dl. There is an effect of giving strawberry juice and honey on hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women with anemia, with a p value = 0.000. It is recommended that pregnant women pay attention to nutrition during pregnancy and routinely do pregnancy exercise and are advised to consume strawberry juice and honey as a companion in consuming Fe tablets and are good for daily consumption. Keywords: Strawberry Juice And Honey, Hemoglobin Levels, Trisemester III  ABSTRAK Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan risiko kelahiran prematur, kematian ibu dan anak, serta penyakit infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pemberian jus strawberry dan madu terhadap peningkatan hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Ketapang Kabupaten Lampung Utara Tahun 2023. Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia often occurs during pregnancy because the blood undergoes hemodilution. PMB Latibes Juliana Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, pregnant women in their third trimester who experience anemia each year have increased from 2020-2022, namely 13.6% to 15.8%. The government has tried to prevent it by giving Fe tablets and consuming foods that contain iron, one of which is dragon fruit. Knowing the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with anemia in the third trimester at PMB Latibes Juliana Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is pregnant women who experience anemia in April-May 2023 as many as 20 samples using a purposive sampling technique. The intervention was given 250g once a day for 14 days. Bivariate analysis using paired simple t test. The results of univariate study of Hb levels of pregnant women before administration of dragon fruit juice averaged = 10.215 gr/dl and after administration of dragon fruit juice averaged = 11.305 gr/dl. The results of the paired simple t test obtained a p value = 0.000. There is an effect of giving dragon fruit juice on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with anemia in the third trimester. Pregnant women are expected to be diligent in consuming foods that contain iron, one of which is dragon fruit juice and be obedient in consuming Fe tablets in order to increase Hb levels in the mother's blood. Keywords: Administration of Dragon Fruit Juice, Hb Levels of Anemia Pregnant Women  ABSTRAK Anemia sering terjadi pada saat kehamilan karena darah mengalami hemodilusi. PMB Latibes Juliana Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami anemia setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2020-2022 yaitu 13,6% menjadi 15,8%. Pemerintah telah berupaya untuk mencegahnya dengan adanya pemberian tablet Fe dan mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi, salah satunya buah naga. Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil dengan anemia pada trimester III di PMB Latibes Juliana Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Pre-eksperimental desain dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel adalah ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia pada bulan April-Mei tahun 2023 sebanyak 20 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi diberikan 1 x sehari 250g selama 14 hari. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji paired simple t test. Hasil penelitian univariat kadar Hb ibu hamil sebelum pemberian jus buah naga rata-rata = 10,215 gr/dl dan sesudah pemberian jus buah naga rata-rata = 11,305 gr/dl. Hasil uji paired simple t test didapatkan nilai p value = 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil dengan anemia pada trimester III. Ibu hamil diharapkan rajin mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi salah satunya jus buah naga dan patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe agar dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb dalam darah ibu. Kata Kunci: Pemberian Jus Buah Naga, Kadar Hb Ibu Hamil Anemia
