Abstract

This research is motivated by the habits of the people of Indonesia, which often use the products being sold but need to pay more attention to matters of halal certification, which often does not include a halal label. These habits can endanger everyone because, in the end, everyone will be free to sell goods or food and can buy anything regardless of the halalness of a product, especially food products and other products. This study uses a qualitative literature study method, namely by looking at the phenomena that occur and previous research. This research will show how consumers can behave to improve their awareness when buying a product closely related to halal, be it a food product (which is consumed) or other products (used or used). This research aims to make consumers aware that they still prioritize halal rather than interest in a product that will be purchased, used, and even consumed, whose benefits are not only for the individual but for everyone or the good of many people. Furthermore, by increasing awareness, we can carry out our daily lives to be more actual and more on target while remaining in the corridors of goodness and benefit.Keywords: Awareness, behavior, food product, halal.

Abstract

Dalam dunia kerja pastinya dapat ditemukan hal-hal yang bertolak belakang dengan kinerja para pekerja terhadap kerjaannya. Dan masih ditemukan suatu hal yang janggal pada saat bekerja yang tidak mendukung akan nilai-nilai pekerjaan yang disiplin, Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat vital dan perlu diberikan perhatian yang serius. Tenaga kerja atau karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja atau kemajuan suatu perusahaan, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Bagian Aset dan Investasi Kantor Walikota Medan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada bagian aset dan investasi kantor walikota medan yang mana dengan metode wawancara kepada pegawai kantor tersebut, maka peneliti mendapat sebuah hasil. Yang mana ternyata dengan segala cara dan pengembangan pada SDM pada kantor ini seperti pelatihan, pengevaluasian, dan peningkatan kinerja menjadikan sdm pada kantor ini menjadi lebih baik. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada pegawai pada kantor Bagian Aset dan Investasi Kantor Walikota Medan, diharapkan data yang diterima menjadi data yang dapat dipercaya dan memiliki nilai yang baik. Selain itu peneliti juga menyempurnakannya dengan mencari referensi dari penelitian sebelumnya agar hasil yang dibuat akan lebih baik lagi isinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an explanation of the management of zakat fitrah, that zakat fitrah is very important to be paid and implemented. A strong understanding of zakat fitrah, an understanding from a religious perspective about zakat fitrah and the obligation to carry it out. This article is also done to find out the values of zakat fitrah and its relation to the socio-economy, so here we will prove its suitability. This article is also theoretical and conceptual in nature where we will present theories about zakat from various sources and look deeper to get appropriate results. Whatever the form, the most important thing is the awareness of the obligation of zakat (muzakki). And know how zakat fitrah affects during Eid al-Fitr.

Abstract

Manik Maraja Village is well-known for its natural beauty and diverse natural resources. However, the village faces a serious problem in waste management, which has resulted in negative impacts on the environment and the quality of life for its residents. Garbage trucks from the district government no longer serve the village adequately, and unfair fees have burdened the residents. Some residents have resorted to managing their waste in ways that are not always environmentally friendly. Effective waste management in this village requires cooperation between the government and the community. This involves education, motivation, and training to enhance awareness and behavior of the community in waste management. The 3R paradigm (reduce, reuse, recycle) becomes a crucial approach in building this awareness. This research examines the potential for waste management in Manik Maraja Village through interviews with local stakeholders. The results indicate the need for more effective and fair solutions in waste management, as well as closer cooperation between the government and the community. Through collective efforts, it is hoped that the village can create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

Abstract

It is hoped that this research can identify and examine appropriate procedures in business correspondence that can be used to determine client complaints in the Tiktokshop application. The Tiktokshop application is now one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms between buyers and sellers in today's digital era. However, the problem of customer complaints is also growing as a result of the rapid growth of platform users and transactions. This study uses a subjective examination strategy by leading meetings from top to bottom with various Tiktokshop clients and dissecting information using substance investigation techniques. The results of the examination show that an effective business communication strategy for dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application consists of several important steps. First, it is important to have a well-trained and responsive customer support team. This team must respond quickly to customer complaints and provide the right solutions. Second, effective communication through the Tiktokshop platform itself is also important. The use of private messages or comments under posts can be used to interact directly with customers and provide real-time problem solutions. When dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application, an effective business communication strategy includes quick responses, effective cross-platform communication, an empathetic approach, and a long-term relationship building system. This study contributes to understanding the importance of effective business communication in handling customer complaints in the fast-growing e-commerce era.
