Abstract

Background: Sexual violence against children is a very serious problem. One way that can be done to prevent it is to involve parents as the closest people to children who have a very important role in preventing sexual violence with an adequate level of knowledge and attitude. Object: To find out whether there is a relationship between parents' knowledge and attitudes with the prevention of sexual violence in children aged 6-12 years in Rangas. Methods: Descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach, the number of respondents is 41 people using the Purposive Sampling sample selection technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Results: data analysis concluded that 70.7% of respondents had good knowledge, 29.3% of respondents had sufficient knowledge and 95.1% of respondents had good attitudes. Statistical test results for knowledge obtained a value of ρ = 0.734 > α = 0.05, for attitudes obtained a value of ρ = 0.453 <α = 0.05. Conclusion: knowledge and attitudes of parents do not have a significant relationship with the prevention of sexual violence in children, because the level of education of parents is still low so that attitudes are not formed that can be shown to families, especially children, do not have the ability to shape behavior to conduct early sexual education in children and considers that giving explanations to children about the positive and negative impacts of sexual health is taboo.

Abstract

Increasing the capacity of Posyandu Cadres is needed in order to meet the target of 80% exclusive breastfeeding nationally. Exclusive breastfeeding is expected to be able to reduce the number of stunting which continues to increase in West Sulawesi Province, especially in Bababulo Village, Pamboang District. The role of Posyandu cadres in increasing the understanding of pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers about fulfilling exclusive breastfeeding and optimizing the government's program, namely exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this training activity is to increase knowledge and empower posyandu cadres in Exclusive Lactation and Breastfeeding Management. The method used in the activity is pretest, training, counseling and post test. This community service activity was carried out with partners from the Babaulo Village Health Center, Pamboang District. The activity participants were all Posyandu cadres in Bababulo Village, namely 25 people. The implementation of this activity was carried out for 3 days from 21-23 July 2023. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of posyandu cadres after training and counseling on Lactation Management and Exclusive Breastfeeding. Seeing these results, it was concluded that posyandu cadre empowerment activities could increase knowledge about lactation management and exclusive breastfeeding in Bababulo Village, Pamboang District.

Abstract

Abstract. National Quality Indicators of Health Services, hereinafter referred to as Quality Indicators, are benchmarks used to assess the level of success of the quality of health services in health care facilities. Purpose: this study aims to find out the description of the Implementation of National Quality Indicators in the Inpatient Room of the Majene District Hospital which is directly related to the role of nurses. Sample: totaling 117 respondents using Stratified Random Sampling. Design: namely a quantitative descriptive research design that aims to describe or describe the variables studied without analyzing the relationship between variables and presented in a descriptive form, which is used to describe the implementation of the National Quality Indicators in the Inpatient Room of RSUD Majene. Results: hand hygiene compliance (70.9%), PPE use compliance (76.1%), patient identification compliance (78.6%) and patient fall risk prevention compliance (72.6%). Conclusion: shows the level of compliance with the implementation of the National Quality Indicators in the Inpatient Room of RSUD Majene which is directly related to the role of nurses who have not complied because they did not reach the target level of compliance according to compliance standards from the Ministry of Health. Abstrak. Indikator Mutu Nasional Pelayanan Kesehatan yang selanjutnya disebut Indikator Mutu adalah tolok ukur yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat keberhasilan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Pelaksanaan Indikator Mutu Nasional di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Kabupaten Majene yang berhubungan langsung dengan peran perawat. Sampel: berjumlah 117 responden dengan menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Desain: yaitu desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan variabel-variabel yang diteliti tanpa menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif, yang digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Indikator Mutu Nasional di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Kabupaten Majene. Hasil: didapatkan kepatuhan kebersihan tangan (70,9%), kepatuhan penggunaan APD (76,1%), kepatuhan identifikasi pasien (78,6%) dan kepatuhan upaya pencegahan resiko pasien jatuh (72,6%). Kesimpulan: menunjukan tingkat kepatuhan pelaksanaan Indikator Mutu Nasional di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD kabupaten Majene yang berhubungan langsung dengan peran perawat belum patuh karna tidak mencapai target tingkat kepatuhan sesuai standar dari Kemenkes.
