Abstract

Comparison between ReST API and SOAP web services in providing data services that are carried out to support the improvement of these web services. The data tested is divided into 2, namely data with the same size format and data with different size formats. The test is divided into 3 stages, the first collecting with 10 data, the second 20 data, and the third 30 data, by carrying out data loading from each comparing web service. From the overall results obtained from the ReST API runs faster than SOAP. With an overall total data collection time on different devices with the same size format in the ReST API it produces 3.4 seconds and SOAP produces 3.9 seconds. While receiving data on different devices with different size formats on the ReST API, it takes 4.7 seconds and SOAP takes 5.3 seconds.

Abstract

Viola Jones method uses the file classifier to object detection. The training process to create object classifier file requires very high computer resources and time which is directly proportional to the amount of training data. The amount of training data determines the accuracy of object detection. The long training process is caused because the computer has low specifications and the distribution of Haartraining files will speed up the process of vector file formation, minimize errors when cutting Haar features on positive objects and also minimize errors that occur during the training process. The problems that arise next are how to overcome this so that a better knowledge is obtained. This study provides analysis results of the process of merging knowledge acquisition and its effect on the accuracy of object detection using the Viola-Jones method with the final result undetected object decrease 52.62% and object detected increase 23.78%

Abstract

Adisutjipto College of Technology in introducing campus information that is still using print and internet media, therefore, an application is needed that can introduce and provide information on buildings on campus by utilizing Augmented Reality technology. With the technology of Augmented Reality able to provide real information and can interact directly with buildings on campus. This application was created using the Unity and Vuforia application. Making 3D models using the Google SketchUp application which is then exported to the Unity application. Testing is done to detect markers of light intensity, distance, marker size, and color. From the results of testing markers for light intensity of at least 4 lx and effective detection distance between 20 cm to 40 cm and marker size of at least 350 x 350 Pixels, while the color has no effect due to edge detection which is the basic technique of reading by Vuforia markers. This application has been successfully made in Augmented Reality in the form of STTA 3D visualization as a supporting medium for the introduction of the Adisutjipto College of Technology Yogyakarta environment. This application can only be run on Android-based smartphones with a minimum version of 5.0.

Abstract

Drone merupakan salah satu teknologi canggih yang berupa kendaraan udara. Bentuknya tersebut menyerupai pesawat terbang atau helikopter yang dapat dikendalikan oleh remote control. Drone yang dikendalikan menggunakan remote memiliki keterbatasan sinyal. Sinyal yang digunakan bersumber dari jaringan WI-FI sehingga jarak jangkauan terbang drone terbatas. Layanan internet dari provider telekomunikasi belum bisa dimanfaatkan oleh drone karena fasilitas pada drone belum bisa terhubung pada jaringan tersebut. Agar data GPS dapat diambil dan dikirimkan melalui jaringan internet maka pada penelitian ini drone akan menerbangkan smartphone yang memiliki fasilitas GPS yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan data ke web server dan menampilkannya pada web. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa titik koordinat atau lokasi pada smartphone yang diterbangkan oleh drone berhasil mengirimkan data latitude dan longitude melalui jaringan internet dan menampilkannya dalam bentuk Maps pada web.

Abstract

Abstract - Drones as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle that are controlled using remote control are experiencing better development. The speed of the drone that cannot be accessed on the remote control can be determined through a client-server based application. The client side application, named Mydrone, is placed on the drone while on the server side, named Admin Drone, on earth. Mydrone and Admin Drone are applications made in this research based on andorid. This application on the client and server is used to monitor the speed of flying drones by using the Google Play Service library. Data sent from the client to the server in realtime by using Google Firebase. From the tests carried out it can be seen the speed of the drone when flying horisontal ly, while when flying vertically the speed is not detected. Battery capacity will also decrease when the speed of the drone gets faster, this is seen in the data when the speed is 8,741 km / h, the electricity demand taken from the battery is 31%.

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) products in the Pathuk District of Gunung Kidul Regency covering of food, crafts and tourism. The SMEs living in the villages of Pathuk, Salam, Ngoro ngoro, Terbah, Nglanggeran, Semoyo, Pengkok, Putat, Bunder, and Nglegi attended training held at the Office of the Village Cooperation Agency (BKN) Pathuk District. Some participants have products that already have a Food License for Home Industry. The market asistance using Instagram for social media material involved alumni and students from the Adisutjipto College of Information Technology Department. The results in the form of marketing and promotion using Instagram with the hashtag #pkmdepartemeninformatikastta with good criteria results of 27.8%, enough by 61.1% and less good by 11.1%

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence-based systems, particularly the field of computer vision more specifically the detection of objects always involves a process of training and testing. The quality of the object detection greatly influenced the training process object detection. Viola-Jones method is often used in object detection process where this method requires a classifier file obtained from the training process. This research is used to determine the trend of the number of the training process on the quality of bottle caps object detection fanta, sprite, Frestea, coca-cola and soda. Tendency obtained can be linear or exponential graph. the result of the research detection a bottle cap, happened saturation amount of test data so that a larger number no longer affect the quality of detection the bottle caps and the relationship between the number of files of positive file and negative file affect the accuracy in detecting an object.

Abstract

The rapid development of object detection technology has opened new opportunities in the healthcare sector, especially in early cancer detection. This paper presents a deep learning-based breast cancer detection system using ultrasound images. The primary goal of this study is to create a model that can effectively differentiate between malignant and benign breast tumors, assisting in early diagnosis. The proposed system employs the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm with You Only Look Once version 5 (YOLOv5) architecture, which is renowned for its high speed and accuracy in object detection tasks. A dataset comprising 10,954 ultrasound images was used to train the model, with 70% allocated for training, 20% for validation, and 10% for testing. The study reveals that the model achieves a high accuracy rate of 92.8% for malignant tumor detection and 99.1% for benign tumors, with precision rates of 99.6% for malignant tumors and 97.5% for benign tumors. These results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model as a reliable tool for early breast cancer detection. The findings highlight the potential of deep learning in medical image processing, suggesting that this technology could be further developed into an accessible, efficient early detection system for breast cancer in clinical settings. Future research could explore the integration of additional imaging modalities and the application of this model in real-world healthcare environments

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah bagi guru-guru MGBK MA. Pendampingan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan publikasi ilmiah para guru, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan bimbingan individu yang dilakukan secara intensif. Pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman teori dan dasar-dasar penulisan ilmiah. Workshop sangat efektif dalam membantu peserta memahami struktur jurnal dan teknik penulisan. Pendampingan Individu sangat efektif untuk memastikan keberhasilan penulisan artikel karena memberikan bimbingan langsung sampai tahap akhir. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh para guru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai struktur dan kaidah penulisan artikel ilmiah, di mana seluruh peserta mengalami perbaikan skor setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, 100% artikel yang dihasilkan oleh para guru sebagai peserta pengabdian ini telah berhasil diunggah ke Cakrawala Jurnal Ilmiah Bidang Sains. Partisipasi aktif dalam pendampingan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam menulis dan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah, sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan peningkatan jumlah peserta yang berhasil memahami teknik sitasi, penggunaan referensi berbasis database akademik, serta format penulisan yang sesuai dengan standar jurnal ilmiah. Dengan demikian, program pendampingan ini terbukti menjadi model yang efektif untuk diterapkan di institusi pendidikan lainnya guna meningkatkan budaya menulis dan penelitian di kalangan para guru, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan reputasi akademik sekolah.
