Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of cargo service users at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of samples in this study was 125 respondents. The respondents in this study were users of cargo services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample by taking respondents who happen to be available or available somewhere according to the research context. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the Normality, Heterodicity, Linearity, Simple Regression, and t-tests were carried out using the SPSS 22.00 program. The research results show that: 1) The quality of cargo services is in the high category of 75.2%, the moderately high category is 24.8%, the moderately low category is 0% and the low category is 0%. Satisfaction of cargo service users is in the high category of 96.0%, quite high category of 4.0%, moderately low category of 0%, and low category of 0%. The loyalty of cargo service users is in the high category of 76.0%, quite a high category of 23.2%, moderately low category of 0.8%, and low category of 0%. 2) There is an effect of the quality of cargo services on the satisfaction of cargo service users as shown by the results of the t-test where the probability value (sig.) is 0.00 so that the value is less than the standard error value which is 0.05. 3) There is an effect of the quality of cargo services on the loyalty of cargo service users as shown by the results of the t-test where the probability value (sig.) is 0.016 so the value is less than the standard error value which is 0.05.

Abstract

Based on Boeing 737-900ER unscheduled removal data of pitot probe 0851HT-1 January, 2020 to November, 2021 found 14 removal for pitot probe with one of the defect is “pitot light on”. This indicate that there is a problem with the component and can disrupt the pilot and delay the aircraft. Knowing the result of failure identification and the type of failure be the aim of this research. Analysis using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis used to identify failure modes, causes and effects of failure, severity, occurrence, and detection ranking so that the risk priority number obtained. Based on the FMEA Worksheet, there are 8 failure modes that occur on the pitot probe with the highest Risk Priority Number is 126 on mode “IAS AND ALT DISAGREE”.

Abstract

Delaminasi adalah sebuah ukuran dari area rusak sekitar lubang (Abdullah, 2019). Delaminasi tinggi bisa mengakibatkan kekuatan struktur yang berkurang. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan drilling dengan parameter permesinan yang sesuai dalam kaedah permesinan, selanjutnya dilakukan observasi citra makro terhadap lubang yang dihasilkan. Pengujian dilakukan pada material serat gelas 5 layer, dengan pahat drilling diameter 6.3 mm. Parameter drilling menggunakan variasi putaran mesin 1860 rpm, 2920 rpm, 4540 rpm, dan kecepatan pemakanan vertikal (plunging) 0.038 m/menit, 0.067m/menit. Didapatkan hasil nilai terendah delaminasi didapat pada spindle speed 1860 RPM dan plunging rate 0.038 rev/min sebesar 1.24. Nilai tertinggi delaminasi didapat pada spindle speed 4540 RPM dan plunging speed 0.076 rev/min

Abstract

The development of the number of vehicles exceeding the capacity of highways in urban areas causes frequent traffic jams and increases the risk of accidents. This often happens during year-end holidays and Eid holidays. So it is very necessary to monitor traffic density during the annual holiday period to reduce the number of fatalities due to traffic accidents. Monitoring traffic density using helicopters is expensive because of the high fuel consumption and maintenance. So we need a new alternative, namely using Unmanned Aircraft (PUNA) because it is easy to operate and cheap to maintain. So it is very necessary to design PUNA for traffic density monitoring missions. Aircraft for this purpose are classified as small because the payload, namely the camera, only weighs 2 kg. Study obtained the following results: fuselas/body length 1.94 m, wingspan 1.46 m, airfoil NACA 2412. engine OS MAX-40FX, engine located in the nose, take-off Gross Weight 6.11 kg, material weight 321.09 grams, use an Oblique Camera type camera, the camera weight is 2 kg, and the camera position is 3 ft from the nose.

Abstract

Grob G 120 TP - A beta system aircraft is a system that regulates the size of the angle on the propeller. 42 failures occurred in the beta system from August 2016 to May 2021, resulting in the beta system having to be replaced even before reaching its 2500 flight hour age limit. Using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method, which begins with defining the failure and determining the boundary conditions of the beta system, describing the fault tree model, identifying the minimum cut set from the fault tree, performing a qualitative analysis of the faults tree, and doing a quantitative analysis of the fault tree, it can be seen that the failure that often occurs in the beta system of the Grob G 120 TP-A aircraft is the occurrence of high oil temperature over 84 ℃, the qualitative analysis found 12 causes of failure on the beta system, and based on quantitative analysis obtained probability the occurrence of beta system failure is 0.76363.

Abstract

Sources of electrical energy in Indonesia still use a lot of conversion results from fossil energy such as coal, gas and oil. This fossil energy source is getting less and less and the price keeps going up and contributes a lot of carbon gas emissions that are released into the air, renewable energy, such as solar energy, wind, hydropower, and biomass are alternative energy sources that are environmentally friendly. which needs to be further developed in the future.The author's analysis will take into account the effect of implementing solar panels on several obstacles to the failure of the electricity supply from PLN at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport. The purpose of implementing solar panels is to overcome the failure of PLN electricity supply, save electricity costs and reduce carbon gas emissions to the environment in a step to support the concept of an airport with green energy or Eco- Airport, in the calculation method using component analysis, the effect of temperature and also from an economic perspective on the initial investment of the project
