Abstract

With the development of information technology and the need for human resources in a company. Therefore we need an information system that can facilitate the company in the process of recruitment and selection of employees. PT. Kiyokuni Technologies is a company engaged in the field of electronic parts which is a growing company. Currently the employee selection process is still carried out in writing and using paper. This raises several problems such as applicant data that accumulates, is easily lost and damaged, it takes a long time to carry out the employee selection process and when selecting the HR department, it often encounters problems in determining the results of the selection decisions made by applicants. This research resulted in an employee selection information system design using the waterfall method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams that can be used as a basis for implementing the employee selection information system to be used as a solution in solving existing problems. Abstract

Currently practicing general practitioner dr. SITI HODIJAH still provides services to patients manually which are recorded in a book starting from patient registration, examination, treatment, action, recording of patient reports, billing of fees and results of patient reports which can cause errors, inaccurate reports and delays in information services when processed. Therefore we need a web-based medical record information system to display patient medical record data quickly and easily and provide convenience in manufacturing. This system is made web-based, using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In planning the system using UML and the waterfall method is used as a system development method and uses the Laravel framework. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based patient medical record information system that can assist in managing patient data and reducing the risk of losing patient data as well as displaying medical record data quickly and easily. In placing the system, you can use hosting or localhost, which can be adjusted to your needs.

Abstract

There are more and more information systems for school needs, including attendance systems. The attendance system is important in the ongoing teaching and learning activities in schools, especially for students. Security is very important for someone, everyone needs security and comfort in their life. Thus developments in the field of technology are designed to provide security and protect one's assets. In addition to this, of course, the application of a security system that will be designed can reduce the number of fraud that occurs in students, especially absenteeism fraud. The login process is part of the system that authenticates users. The login process still uses the same password every time it logs into a system. This is still not safe enough to protect users from irresponsible parties. Therefore, to minimize the use of the system by unauthorized persons, it is necessary to use the One-Time Password method in a login system. One-Time Password is a password that is only valid for a single login session or single transaction. It is hoped that the designed student attendance system will help shorten time, make it easier for teachers to recapitulate attendance data. Researchers used the Agile Software Development method in designing the proposed system. This research was conducted using the Secure Hash Algorithm method to implement One-Time Password (OTP). OTP can be a fairly appropriate solution for securing data in a student attendance system. One of the cryptographic methods, namely the hash function is used to be able to create an OTP password and the character selection is chosen randomly with the Pseudo Random Number Generator.

Abstract

Human resource evaluation plays a crucial role in supporting organizational performance, particularly in determining outstanding employees objectively and efficiently. At Permata Keluarga Hospital, the employee performance assessment process was still conducted manually, resulting in time-consuming data processing and unmeasured accuracy levels. This study aims to implement a data mining approach using the C5.0 decision tree algorithm to classify employee performance and support decision-making in selecting outstanding employees. The research employed the CRISP-DM methodology, including business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment stages. The dataset consisted of 250 employee performance records with attributes such as competence, intellectual ability, accuracy, communication, loyalty, teamwork, discipline, initiative, and attitude. Data were processed through preprocessing and split validation with an 80:20 ratio for training and testing. The modeling results indicate that the C5.0 algorithm successfully generated a decision tree with 12 classification rules, where teamwork emerged as the root node, followed by discipline, initiative, and attitude. The implementation of the model into a web-based system enabled automatic classification and improved the efficiency and objectivity of performance evaluation. Overall, the application of the C5.0 algorithm effectively supports decision-making in determining outstanding employees.

Abstract

Tingginya angka Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) di sektor manufaktur akibat pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak signifikan bagi masyarakat Desa Jayamukti, Perum Cikarang Baru. Untuk menghadapi tantangan ini, penelitian ini menghadirkan solusi inovatif dengan mengembangkan technopreneurship berbasis agribisnis dan teknologi digital. Program ini menawarkan pelatihan budidaya anggur sebagai peluang usaha baru yang bernilai ekonomis, serta pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan melalui teknologi ChatGPT untuk mendukung strategi pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Melalui pendekatan holistik, program ini tidak hanya membekali masyarakat dengan keterampilan teknis dalam pertanian perkotaan, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi digital yang dapat memperluas akses pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Dengan adanya dukungan dari kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kolaborasi antara akademisi dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan solusi yang berkelanjutan. Pada akhirnya, program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi, mendorong jiwa wirausaha berbasis teknologi, serta membuka peluang baru di sektor agribisnis yang inovatif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman.
