Abstract

This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) carried out by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University were carried out in order to increase knowledge about business development at Thasya Ethnic. The PKM implementation team participated in the practice of making tissue holders and wall hangings which were part of Thasya Ethnic's production. The raw materials are prepared by the owner of the Thasya Ethnic, making it easier for us to carry out the PKM. As a result of this activity the PKM Team from the Faculty of Business, Universitas Mitra Indonesia, gained sufficient knowledge to participate in producing ethnic products made from tapioca combined with woven fabrics or synthetic leather. Innovations are continuously carried out to maintain the sustainability of products that continue to develop to cope with increasingly varied market demands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh masa kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPS Kabupaten Pesawaran. Dilatarbelakangi oleh isu ketidaksesuaian masa kerja dengan produktivitas dan belum meratanya penerapan budaya organisasi, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis jalur pada 36 populasi pegawai (sampel jenuh), hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja dan budaya organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan budaya yang kuat menjadi faktor krusial dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.00. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai BPS Kabupaten Pesawaran yang berjumlah 36 orang , dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner , yang diuji kualitasnya (validitas dan reliabilitas) serta memenuhi asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas).Kata Kunci: Masa Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai, Badan Pusat Statistik.
