The transition between childhood and adulthood is the period of puberty. An important event in puberty is rapid body growth, the appearance of secondary sex features, menarche, and psychic changes. Menarche is too early to be associated with risk factors for some malignant disease such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and myoma. Hyperplasia cholecystitis, incidence of uterine cancer and risk of Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM / Type II) as adults. The consumption of junk food tends to increase from year to year. The habit of consuming junk food among modern teenage children will affect the improvement of nutrition. This is because the fat content, animal protein and trans fat contained in junk food will trigger the release of hormones that affect the occurrence of menarche and the emergence of secondary signs in children faster than normal age. The purpose of this study analyzed the effect of junk food consumption on early puberty incidence in junior high school girls in Jember district. This study was conducted in two stages, the first quantitative observational analytic study with cross sectional design and the second stage of the laboratory using pre experimental design with one shot case study approach for the most frequently consumed food samples. The sample of this research is 88 female teenagers of junior high shool. Data analysis was processed using logistic regression statistic test of significance level p<0,05. Result showed that there was significant effect between junk food consumption pattern on early puberty statistically p = 0,002 < 0,05. From the laboratory test results also showed that the fat content of junk food on average over 20%. The conclusion are consumption habits, consumption time and percentage of fat consumed from junk food affect the incidence of early puberty in female teenagers, while the frequency of consumption does not affect the incidence of early puberty.

WHO mengumumkan covid-19 menjadi pandemi global dikarenakan penyebarannya yang begitu cepat, termasuk di Indonesia. Hal ini mengharuskan pemerintah membuat kebijakan pencegahan penyebaran dengan social distancing juga kebijakan meliburkan proses pembelajaran dengan mengganti pembelajaran berbasis daring, tempat hiburan yang dibatasi serta beberapa perkantoran yang menerapkan Work From Home (WFH). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait pola makan dan pola hidup sehat agar imun tetap terjaga dengan baik pada mahasiswa khussunya tingkat akhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan pada mahasiswa STIKES dr. Soebandi Jember melalui aplikasi zoom clood meeting. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir semester sebanyak 6 kali, dengan rincian sesi 1-3 sosialisasi dan pendidikan kesehatan dengan penyuluhan sedangkan sesi 4 dan 5 dengan pemutaran video GERMAS dan PHBS serta imunomodulator dari bahan herbal serta cara penggunaan antiseptik dan desinfektan yang baik dan benar yang diikuti jumlah peserta sebanyak 240 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang menempuh skripsi. Evaluasi dilakukan pre test dan post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan ada peningkatan pola makan dan pola hidup sehat yang sebelumnya baik hanya 60% meningkat menjadi baik sebesar 86%. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai penerapan pola makan dan pola hidup sehat sehingga menjaga dan meningkatkan imunitas dimasa pandemi dalam menghadapi pembelajaran secara daring. Diharapkan mahasiwa mampu menerapkan pola makan dan pola hidup sehat selama pandemi dengan menjaga dan mengatur pola makan dan olahraga secara teratur.

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Indonesia terhadap masalah kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah masalah gizi. Masalah gizi yang dihadapi salah satunya adalah masih tinggi jumlah anak diindonesia yang tinggi badannya di bawah standart atau pendek (stunting). Stunting merupakakan salah masalah multisektoral baik dari bidang kesehatan, pertanian, ekonomi maupun sosial. Salah satu intervensi yang bisa diberikan adalah pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, penatalaksanaan gizi kurang/buruk, promosi kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Intervensi yang diberikan pada pengabdian masyarakat in adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan stunting dan bahayanya, juga sosialisasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting Stunting is one of the main multisector problems in the health, agriculture, economy and social sectors. One of the interventions that can be given is management of malnutrition and health improvement. The interventions provided in this community service are education and training involving the role of the family in nutrition gardening activities around the house to provide healthy food with the nutrition awareness family program (KADARZI). This community service activity aims to increase the role and empowerment of families in efforts to prevent stunting through a nutrition garden. This family empowerment method is carried out by providing health education and socialization, land use training and making complementary foods for breast milk. This training activity was attended by 30 people. The results of the evaluation of activities from the first meeting to the last obtained the results before the training activities were that the level of knowledge was mostly lacking namely 73% and after participating in activities and training the level of knowledge increased to good knowledge of 81%. This KADARZI training is an effort to help mothers save on shopping expenses for purchasing vegetables, this is because it has been fulfilled by planting vegetables around their home land.

Kesehatan merupakan kondisi dimana kita berada jauh atau terbebas dari penyakit. PHBS merupakan sekumpulan perilaku yang dipraktikkan atas dasar kesadaran sebagai hasil pembelajaran yang menjadikan seseorang atau keluarga dapat menolong diri sendiri dibidang kesehatan dan berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakatnya. Pondok Pesantren merupakan sekolah Islam berasrama (Islamic boarding school) dan pendidikan umum yang persentase ajarannya lebih banyak1 ilmu-ilmu pendidikan agama Islam daripada ilmu umum, dimana semua kegiatan dilakukan di sana dengan padatnya penghuni yang menimbulkan masalah kebersihan antara lain kebersihan yang ada di lingkungan pondok pesantren yang terkenal kotor, kumuh, tidak higienis selain itu juga masalah sanitasi dan keterbatasan sarana sanitasi dan perilaku santri yang belum berPerilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Tujuan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan ini adalah untuk meningkatan Softskill Kader Kesehatan Remaja dalam meningkatkan PHBS pada Santri di Pondok Pesantren Shofa Marwa Kabupaten Jember. Metode peningkatan softskill dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan cara berPHBS yang baik dan melalui beberapa kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh santriwan dan santriwati sebanyak 30 orang yang menjadi kader kesehatan remaja di Pondok Pesantren Sofa Marwa. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pada pertemuan pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta kegiatan dari sebelum0diberikan penyuluhan0kesehatan dibandingkan setelah0kegiatan sebanyak 80%. Para santri juga bisa mendemonstrasikan kembali kegiatan peningkatan PHBS dengan benar. Tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini adalah melihat kemampuan kader pada saat menerapkan peilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga terjadi peningkatan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) Pada para santri yang ada dilingkungan tempat. tinggal. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah dengan mengevaluasi kemampuan kader dalam melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dilingkungan Pesantren Shofa Marwa. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan PHBS pada santri diPondok Pesantren Shofa Marwa.

Corona virus merupakan virus yang berasal dari keluarga severe acut respiratory syndrome coronavirus 20 (SARS-CoV-2) yang mengakibatkan penyakit dengan gejala gangguan pernapasan akut seperti demam, batuk dan sesak napas. Masa inkubasi rata-rata 5-6 hari dengan masa inkubasi terpanjang 14 hari. Pada kasus COVID-19 yang berat dapat menyebabkan pneumonia, sindrom pernapasan akut, gagal ginjal dan bahkan kematian. Tanda-tanda dan gejala klinis yang dilaporkan pada sebagian besar kasus adalah demam dengan beberapa kasus mengalami kesulitan bernapas dan hasil rontgen menunjukkan infiltrate pneumonia luas di kedua paru. Tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar kelompok Ibu-Ibu Pengajian di Perumahan Villa Bukit Cemara Jember memahami tentang Covid-19 dan langkah-langkah pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti sebanyak 30 ibu-ibu yang berada di perumahan Villa Bukit Cemara Jember. Hasil kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pendidikan kesehatan khsusunya bagaimana cara mencegah dan menularkakan penyakit Covid19. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu-ibu dalam upaya pencegahan Covid 19 terutama pada keluarga masing-masing. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah para ibu-ibu mampu menerapkan upaya-upaya pencegahan tersebut. Evaluasi kegiatan dilihat melalui penerapan 3M mencuci tangan menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak ketika bertemu atau berinteraksi dengan orang lain.

Masa peralihan antara masa kanak-kanak dan masa dewasa merupakan masa pubertas. Kejadian yang penting dalam pubertas ialah pertumbuhan badan yang cepat, timbulnya ciri-ciri kelamin sekunder, menarche dan perubahan psikis. Menarche terlampau dini dikaitkan dengan faktor risiko beberapa penyakit keganasan seperti terjadinya kanker ovarium, kanker payudara dan mioma. hiperplasia kolesistitis, insiden kanker uterus dan kanker payudara resiko terjadinya Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 saat dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis efek konsumsi junk food terhadap kejadian pubertas dini pada remaja putri di SMP daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional dan laboratorium menggunakan desain pra eksperimental dengan pendekatan one shot case study untuk sampel makanan yang paling sering dikonsumsi. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja putri yang duduk bangku SMP sejumlah 88 remaja dari SMP daerah pedesaan dan 88 remaja SMP daerah perkotaan Jember. Analisis data diolah menggunakan uji statistik regresi logistik tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara pola konsumsi junk food terhadap pubertas dini secara statistik p=0,000 < 0,05 baik untuk SMP daerah perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Dari hasil laboratorium juga menunjukkan bahwa kandungan lemak dari makanan junk food rata-rata diatas 20%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kebiasaan mengkonsumsi, waktu konsumsi dan besarnya lemak yang dikonsumsi dari makanan junk food mempengaruhi kejadian pubertas dini pada remaja putri sedangkan frekuensi konsumsi tidak mempengaruhi kejadian pubertas diniKata kunci : pubertas dini, junk food, lemak

Adolescence is a vulnerable period because this period is a time forthem to find their identity.This is the time we need to pay attention to. One manifestation of the government's concernfor youth to become a quality generation through the Ministry of Health is to promote theAdolescent Health Care Services (Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja) . These programsinclude counseling, clinical services and counseling by program implementers, as well astraining peer counselors. Peer counselors in question are adolescent health cadres who havebeen given additional training in interpersonal relationships and counseling. This programcan be applied to students to create clean living behavior for students in Islamic boardingschools. The purpose of the study was to detremine the effectiveness of adolescent healthcadrea in improving PKPR (Adolescent Care Health Services) behaviour in Santri at theShofa Marwa Islamic Boarding School, Jember Regency.This research was quantitative witha quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-test-post-test design approach.The population was students with a sample of 50. Clean and Healthy Life Behavior ofstudents before the Adolescent Care Health Service is in good criteria by 10% and after theAdolescent Care Health Service was formed there was an increase in good criteria to 60%.There was a significant change in the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle of the santri before andafter the Adolescent Care Health Service was established. P=0.000<α 0.05. It is hoped thatthe Islamic boarding school can continue to monitor this activity so that the Clean andHealthy Life Behavior of students can continue to be improved.

Coronavirus is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.Where that can be infect the respiratory system which causes the death of thousands people and becomes a big problem for many countries including Indonesia. Precaution the spread of virus is by washing hands, wearing masks, and keeping a distance. Handwash gel has an important role when we was washing hands. The purpose of the activity is to increase a skills and knowledge of making handwash gel in the Central Patrang area. Community dedication activities are using methods of increasing knowledge, training and practicing the manufacture and packaging of handwash preparations. The implementation of the activities is began with licensing in the local area, opening, pretest, material presentation, implementation of the manufacture and packaging of handwash gel. The output target of the activities is to be achieved that able to provide understanding and increase community productivity in the manufacture of handwash gel. The results of observations during the activity obtained positive results, the participants showed good attention to the material and implementation of making. therefore, the community dedication in Patrang area is running well.

One of the significant health problems in the world, including in Indonesia, is mental health. Data from the Ministry of Health research conducted every five to six years regarding public health figures shows that the number of people with mental health problems in Indonesia needs serious treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Mental Health Literacy and Stigma Mental Disorders. This research is a correlation study using data collection techniques in the form of the Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire (MHKQ) and the Peer Mental Illness Stigmatization Scale (PMISS). The research subjects were 52 using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between mental health literacy and the stigma of mental disorders was 0.086 with a significance of 0. 542. The significance number in the results of this study exceeds the predetermined significance number, which is > 0.05. This means that there is no relationship between mental health literacy and the stigma of mental disorders. For further research, it is necessary to conduct further research on mental health literacy in the community in order to know the impact that can be caused on the stigma of mental disorders.
