Abstract

This study aims to find out the model of waste handling in Ngampel Kulon village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of handling waste management using a waste bank system, the method of this research is field research, meaning that the data used as a reference in this study are field facts that are directly related to the research site, The results of this study are known that the waste bank system developed by empowering Karang Taruna has been able to make a positive contribution to the community to care about the household waste produced, then other results explain that handling the waste can help the economy of villagers, although not too large a contribution, in terms of education, sanitation, economy, social and culture, in terms of education, from the efforts of educating citizens to carefully select garbage and know . environment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the factors of work experience, education and compensation on the performance of the Ad hoc Agency in Bawaslu Demak Regency, with the target being the Ad hoc committee at the sub-district level and the village/sub-district level in Demak Regency with a total of 294 people. This research uses a collaborative or combined method, which is combining qualitative methods with quantitative methods with the aim of obtaining more valid answers that will be able to explain the research problem.. From the results of the test, it can be concluded that all the variables studied have a positive effect on the performance of the Ad Hoc Body. There are several important notes that need to be paid attention to by the Demak Regency Bawaslu, that the lowest indicator states that actually the Ad hoc committee is of the opinion that the honorarium they receive needs to be increased. Then there is an indicator that has the greatest value, namely that all Ad hoc committees are of the opinion that training/technical guidance must be carried out frequently by the Demak Regency Bawaslu.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of training, equipment availability, and marketing activities on the catch and income of fishermen who are members of fishing groups in the Pekalongan Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN) area. The research activity involved fishing groups, with respondents selected randomly and balanced proportions, resulting in 80 fishing groups. The method used was a quantitative approach. However, among all respondents, only 30 fishing groups were willing to complete the questionnaire. The main objective of this study was to identify factors that influence fishermen's catch and income, and to determine the most dominant factor. The results of the analysis showed that the first hypothesis (H1) had a coefficient of 9.687 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that it was accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) had a coefficient value of 0.165, with a significance level of 0.703, and was therefore rejected. Meanwhile, the third hypothesis (H3) showed a coefficient value of -0.063 with a significance level of 0.027. Based on the regression test, the relationship between variables is classified as low with an R value of 0.315. The independent variable influences the dependent variable by 0.236, or 23.6%, while factors outside the scope of this study influence the remaining 76.4%. The recommendation is for the local government to encourage the development of the fisheries sector as a strategic sector, while also evaluating whether this sector is worthy of being the mainstay of the economy for fishermen, especially in the Pekalongan PPN area.
