Islamic bank as a fnancial institution that manages the already famous and no doubt its existence. Another case when the Islamic bank is associated with the endowment money. Not many people know, and still sparked many questions. This article intends to describe the institutional instrument cash waqf in Islamic banks. In some countries, in developing the waqf money, Nazhir not only work alone. But, he involves the Islamic bank as a strategic partner in the management of waqf money. This is the difference with cash waqf endowments of land, because the money including the type of property that is moving and more easily lost. In fact, the main task is to manage the property Nazhir endowments to be productive, not spend. Therefore, in order waqf money is not slim down, then took Nazhir Islamic bank as a partner in its management. This step has been done in several countries: among them are Indonesia, Bangladesh and Jordan. Difference model of partnership between Nazhir waqf money with Islamic banks in the three countries is what is described in this article

Abstraksi Pelaksanaan perdagangan bebas di Indonesia melahirkan kontroversi. Pengamat ekonomi khawatir tentang kondisi perekonomian Indonesia, terutama tentang eksploitasi dan perluasan kepentingan negara-negara maju yang ingin keuntungan tanpa batas untuk dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana Islam melihat ini? Menurut konsep ekonomi Islam, negara ini memiliki peran yang sama dengan pasar, tugasnya adalah untuk mengatur dan mengawasi ekonomi, menjamin kompetisi di pasar sempurna, kesetaraan informasi, dan keadilan ekonomi. Perannya sebagai regulator tidak selalu membuatnya dominan. Untuk negara, tidak pernah diizinkan untuk mengganggu pasar dalam keseimbangan, perannya hanya diperlukan bila ada distorsi dalam sistem pasar.   Abstract Implementation of free trade in Indonesia spawned controversy. Economic observers worried about the condition of Indonesia economy, especially about the exploitation and expansion of the interests of the developed countries who want profits without limits for himself. How does Islam view this? According to the concept of Islamic economics, the country has the same role with the market, its task is to regulate and supervise the economy, ensure competition in the market place perfectly, equality of information, and economic justice. His role as a regulator does not necessarily make it dominant. For the state, never allowed to disturb the market is in balance, its role is only necessary when there is a distortion in the market system.

Penelitian ini menganalisis struktur kalimat dalam bahasa Arab menggunakan teori transformasi Noam Chomsky, dengan menyoroti kompleksitas sintaksis yang khas dari bahasa Arab. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data diambil dari kalimat-kalimat dalam Bahan Ajar Al Arabiyah Lil Hayah Jilid 1. Metodologi melibatkan identifikasi struktur dalam dan struktur permukaan, serta penerapan transformasi sintaksis seperti inversi, penghilangan, dan substitusi untuk mengungkap prinsip-prinsip gramatikal yang mendasarinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen seperti partikel eksistensial (هناك) sering dihilangkan dalam struktur permukaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, sementara inversi urutan kata memperkuat penekanan dalam kalimat verbal. Penyederhanaan kalimat majemuk juga ditemukan, yang memfasilitasi komunikasi yang lebih jelas. Transformasi ini menegaskan fleksibilitas sintaksis bahasa Arab dan kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip tata bahasa universal Chomsky. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa teori transformasi efektif dalam mengungkap kompleksitas sintaksis bahasa Arab, memberikan kontribusi pada teori linguistik dan pembelajaran bahasa secara praktis. Integrasi kerangka linguistik Barat dengan analisis tata bahasa Arab membuka jalur baru untuk penelitian linguistik komparatif.

The development of online-based Arabic learning media is a requirement in this modern era to improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this research is (1) to produce an exercise of online-based listening learning in Al 'Arabiyah Lil Hayah Book. (2) Analyzing the feasibility of online listening learning exercises in the Al 'Arabiyah Lil Hayah Book.This study uses a research and development model according to Borg and Gall with 10 stages, namely: (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning, (3) develop preliminary form of product, (4) preliminary field testing, (5) main product revision (6) main field testing, (7) operasional product revision, (8) operasional field testing, (9) final product revision, (10) dissemination and implementation.The output of this research and development is an exercise of online-based listening learning in Al 'Arabiyah Lil Hayah Book which can be accessed by users very easily via a computer or smartphone connected to an internet network without having to download certain applications, but simply typing the website address ppb.uin-malang.ac.id/alh in the user's device browser.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out by the researcher, it can be concluded that the exercise of online-based listening learning in Al 'Arabiyah Lil Hayah Book is feasible to use. This refers to the data obtained by researchers from the results of the questionnaire analysis by the Arabic learning media experts, namely Dr. Danial Hilmi, M.Pd. as well as respondents from PKPBA students in the preliminary field testing, main field testing and operasional field testing.

Tindak pidana penipuan dengan pemalsukan identitas termasuk kedalam berbentuk berkejahatan yang sering dijumpai pada masyarakat, yang berpacu pada alat yang didasari dengan mengandung unsur ketidakbenaran atau palsu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku penipuan dengan menggunakan identitas palsu sebagai doketer dan mengetahui akibat hukum yang diberikan kepada pelaku. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini ialah hukum normatif serta menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini ialah pertanggungjawaban tindak pidana penipuan menggunakan identitas palsu sebagai dokter dapat ditentukan dengan terpenuhinya unsur penipuan dengan terindikasi adanya tipu muslihat, kebohongan dan keadaan palsu yang menguntungkan diri. Kemudian akibat hukum yang bisa diberikan kepada pelaku adalah dikualifikasikan dengan tuntutan dalam pasal 378 jo Pasal 263 KUHP atau menggunakan ketentuan khusus yang bersifat lex specialis Pasal 77 Undang-undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 jo Pasal 441 Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 Tentang Kesehatan dengan ancaman 5 tahun penjara
