Abstract

This study aims to examine how BTN Syariah Bekasi branch office customer satisfaction is related to service quality, product and profit sharing amount. The research method uses quantitative research with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. The results of the research show that the quality of service, product quality and the amount of profit sharing on deposits affect customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This indicates that customer satisfaction at the BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch Office needs development for the BTN iB On Call deposit product through strategy and evaluation of these products with the hope that in the future customers will have the same interest as the BTN iB deposit product.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic has caused shortages of food, drinks and health items such as medicines and masks. From the use of these masks, there are opportunities that can increase household income, namely the manufacture of mask connectors which are usually used by hijab users. The method used in this community service is training. The results during the training were based on the participants' statements that the training was very useful for opening a small business using a small amount of capital.

Abstract

Indonesia confirmed its first case of infection with the corona virus that causes Covid-19 in early March 2020. The decline in economic growth due to the Covid-19 pandemic can trigger impacts on other aspects such as social aspects. The role of the government and educators is needed to carry out outreach in the economic field such as financial planning during this covid outbreak. The method used in this community service is outreach to the public regarding the importance of sharia financial planning. The results in this study are to add knowledge to the community regarding Islamic financial planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to help and overcome the problems faced related to the less than optimal marketing management of the PAUD Qur'an Sabilussomad institution in Lubang Buaya Village. The solution offered to the PAUD Qur'an Sabilussomad institution by optimizing digital-based sharia marketing management via social media instagram and whatsApp. The implementation method used in helping and overcoming the problems encountered via several real lecture programs, namely first, socialization and education of digital-based sharia marketing management concepts. Second, training in making marketing strategies and flyer designs. Lastly, assistance in digital-based sharia marketing activities via social media instagram and whatsapp. The results of the implementation of service to partners are first, partners can understand the concept of digital-based sharia marketing management. Second, partners can create marketing strategies and design flyers. Finally, partners can implement digital-based sharia marketing activities via social media instagram and whatsapp.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises are instruments driving the macro economy at the village level based on local potential and local wisdom. The management of Village-Owned Enterprises can be a solution to advance and improve the village economy. The majority of Karangsegar villagers are Muslim, so the management of business activities should be in accordance with Islamic law. However, there are still many people who do not know about Islamic economics and are not interested in implementing Islamic economics. Therefore, the socialization of the introduction of Islamic banking and the internalization of Islamic economic contracts is very necessary. This study aims to provide an understanding of contracts in Islamic economics and explain related to the implementation of Islamic transactions in society to determine the understanding and interest of the community to use Islamic economics in carrying out their business activities. The implementation method used is the community education method which was attended by 6 BUMDES management. The collection of supporting data is carried out by field studies through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Karangsegar village BUMDES have not implemented transactions with the sharia economy, so researchers provide results in the form of a sharia contract implementation model through contract internalization on Karangsegar village BUMDES products.
