Abstract

To process all the pixels in the face image, feature extraction can be performed using the Haar Wavelet method so that it processes identifiers with lower dimensions. However, a classification algorithm must separate the distance between classes with minimal data to classify low-dimensional facial images. KNN and SVM algorithms are classifiers that can be used for facial image recognition. When classifying images, SVM creates a hyperplane, divides the input space between classes and classifies based on which side of the hyperplane the unclassified object is placed when it is placed in the input space. KNN uses a voting system to determine which class an unclassified object belongs to, taking into account the nearest neighbor class in the decision space. When classifying, KNN will generally classify accurately, resulting in some minor misclassifications that plagued the final classified image. This study aims to compare the two algorithms on image identifiers with low dimensions resulting from haar wavelet extraction. The research results obtained are facial image classification using the haar wavelet extraction method using the SVM algorithm to obtain an accuracy of 98.8%. Whereas when using the KNN algorithm, the accuracy obtained is 96.6%. The results of this study show that the SVM algorithm produces better accuracy in facial image recognition using haar wavelet feature extraction compared to the KNN algorithm. The SVM algorithm can recognize facial images even though it uses image training data with various face poses and sizes, resulting in higher accuracy.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public administration requires local government agencies to manage knowledge systematically as part of efforts to achieve smart governance. However, knowledge management at the Transportation Agency of Bogor Regency still faces several challenges, including knowledge gaps among human resources, the lack of integrated knowledge storage, and limited cross-departmental knowledge utilization. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) as an effort to digitalize transportation knowledge management. The research method employed is the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC), which consists of knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, system design, implementation, and evaluation stages. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database management system. The results show that the developed KMS supports centralized knowledge storage and knowledge sharing across departments, facilitates the transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, and improves organizational knowledge accessibility. The implementation of this KMS has been proven to reduce knowledge gaps among human resources and enhance work effectiveness. Therefore, the application of a web-based KMS can serve as a supporting instrument for smart governance through strengthening organizational capacity, information integration, and improving knowledge-based decision-making within the Transportation Agency of Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Objective: To identify the business position of Ciwaluh Ecotourism Village and formulate an appropriate digital tourism marketing strategy to support its development and competitiveness. Method: A case study approach was employed using digital marketing strategy analysis through the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix. The analysis assessed market growth rate and relative market share by comparing Ciwaluh Ecotourism Village with its competitors. Results:  The BCG Matrix analysis revealed a market growth rate of 12.81% and a relative market share of 1.82, placing Ciwaluh Ecotourism Village in the “Star” quadrant. The findings indicate the need for business expansion, government support, infrastructure development, and the utilization of digital platforms to improve tourism information access and marketing effectiveness. Novelty: BCG Matrix as a strategic digital marketing framework to support sustainable ecotourism village development. By integrating market growth and competitive positioning with digital marketing strategies, the study provides a data-driven decision-making model that contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) through sustainable tourism development and improved destination competitiveness.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the suboptimal utilization of social media as a marketing tool for agricultural products by the Women Farmer Group (KWT) RCR Sejahtera in Bojonggede, Bogor. Although the group had established social media accounts, the published content lacked structure, consistent visual identity, and effective promotional strategies. The objective of this program was to enhance the digital content creation capacity of KWT members through social media–based marketing to expand market access for their agricultural products. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation, training, and monitoring and evaluation. The activity involved 22 participants and employed pre-test, post-test, and satisfaction questionnaires as evaluation instruments to measure program effectiveness. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, increasing from 54.54% in the “understanding” category during the pre-test to 90.91% in the post-test, representing a 36.37% increase. Furthermore, the overall satisfaction score reached an average of 4.18, categorized as “Satisfied.” These findings demonstrate that the social media–based digital content training was effective in improving participants’ digital literacy and promotional skills. The program contributes to strengthening the group’s digital capacity and has the potential to expand market reach and enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Setiap manusia mengalami proses masa muda, dewasa, dan tua, yang selaras dengan kekuatan fisik, dengan melemahnya fisik seiring bertambahnya usia. Dalam proses bertahan hidup, setiap individu harus mampu menjaga kesehatannya dengan mengendalikan segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan kesehatannya. Proposal ini mendemonstrasikan kondisi seseorang menggunakan teknologi yang mampu mengakses forum diskusi. Pemantauan kesehatan individu dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan kondisi seseorang yang melakukan kebiasaan berolahraga, mendengarkan musik spiritual selama pemulihan setelah sakit, dan pemicu terkini untuk menjaga kesehatan. Lebih lanjut, diskusi tentang penyakit dan promosi kesehatan dilanjutkan melalui forum diskusi yang dirancang dengan konten yang menarik. Makalah ini mengusulkan aplikasi seluler dengan forum diskusi, dan makalah ini mencakup diagram kasus penggunaan, antarmuka pengguna, dan diagram kelas untuk tujuan yang lebih detail.
