Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Rumah Kreatif Banten pasca pandemi khususnya juga pada program kerajinan dan keterampilan. Peneliti kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam survei ini berjumlah 7 orang, termasuk pembina Rumah Kreatif Banten, tutor, dan warga belajar program kerajinan dan keterampilan. Adapun hal yang di teliti dalam hasil strategi Rumah Kreatif Banten dalam mengembangkan program kerajinan dan keterampilan ini adalah (1) Strategi Rumah Kreatif Banten (2) Hasil kerajinan dan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian yang sudah di lakukan menunjukan bahwa Rumah Kreatif Banten ini telah melakukan pengembangan kembali dengan dilakukannya melalui strategi promosi serta pemasaran agar dapat berjalan kembali, terbukti setelah adanya pandemi program kerajinan dan keterampilan sendiri saat ini sudah berjalan seperti biasanya, kembali melakukan kegiatan dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan tangan, dan pengunjung juga sudah mulai ada. Walaupun memang belum maksimal dikarenakan ada perbedaan ketika sebelum pandemi dan sesudah pandemi.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan merupakan kondisi di mana individu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokok seperti sandang, pangan, pendidikan, lapangan pekerjaan, dan kesehatan. Kondisi ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh pada tingkat pendidikan masyarakat. Pendidikan adalah bagian dari pembangunan nasional untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan masyarakat. Tingginya angka kemiskinan dan putus sekolah di Indonesia mendorong pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan nonformal. Pembelajaran masyarakat adalah upaya untuk memperkuat kewenangan golongan lemah dalam masyarakat. Pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk mencapai perubahan sosial dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Pendekatan berbasis masyarakat bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat untuk memecahkan masalah sendiri. Kualitas hidup dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan perilaku sehat, investasi dalam kesehatan masyarakat merupakan investasi masa depan bagi negara. Pencegahan penyakit melalui vaksinasi, gaya hidup sehat, dan pemeriksaan rutin mengurangi beban biaya perawatan medis di masa depan. Jumlah penduduk yang besar membutuhkan sumber daya yang cukup, pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali dapat menyebabkan masalah kompleks seperti kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB) bertujuan mengendalikan pertumbuhan penduduk dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Kampung KB Melati di Kota Cilegon adalah contoh program Kampung KB yang berhasil. Program ini melibatkan berbagai sektor pembangunan dan berusaha meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembangunan penduduk, dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat sangat penting dalam keberhasilan program-program pemberdayaan seperti Kampung KB. Evaluasi program pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat diperlukan untuk perbaikan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian tentang pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perilaku sehat di Kelurahan Rawa Arum Kecamatan Gerogol Kota Cilegon merupakan langkah penting dalam memahami dampak dan kekurangan program-program tersebut

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the parenting counseling program at PKBM Janji and the increase in student learning motivation results after participating in the parenting counseling and home visit program at PKBM Janji Baik. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques and guidelines used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 8 people, namely 1 head of PKBM Janji Baik, 1 head of the counselor division, 3 parents/guardians of students and 3 students. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it shows that: (1) the implementation of the parenting counseling program has gone well and can provide benefits for parents in understanding the character and education of students. It is said to be going well because parents have implemented parenting in accordance with the indicators in the implementation of the parenting counseling program. (2) the implementation of the home visit program has gone well. It is said to be going well because the implementation of the home visit program is in accordance with the indicators for the implementation of the home visit program. (3) students' learning motivation can be said to be good. This can be seen based on existing indicators, starting from students who have the drive to learn to the goals they want to realize.

Abstract

Mobile Training Units are training facilities that use mobile vehicles to visit places located in remote areas with the hope of being able to improve the competence of the workforce in various specific fields. This study aims to determine (1) the Management of the Mobile Training Unit (2) the results of community empowerment (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the MTU program. The method used by the authors in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research consisted of 12 people, namely 1 training coordinator, 2 training instructors and 9 training participants. The results of this study indicate that (1) the management of the mobile training unit (MTU) program at PPKD West Jakarta has been going well from the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring stages. (2) Empowerment results, namely participants can produce food products and can apply their cooking knowledge to open a business. (3) the supporting factors in the MTU program are the motivation of the training participants and fairly complete infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are the characteristics of the training participants and the training venues.
