Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan team work terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 133 orang pegawai, dan model pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknis slovin sehingga diperoleh 44 orang pegawai sebagai sampel. Model yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase sebesar 66,7% dan sisanya sebesar 33,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti, misalnya disiplin kerja, penghargaan, motivasi, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 81,7%, artinya kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan positif dengan kepemimpinan (X1) dan team work (X2).Hasil pengujian statistik uji f menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (41,083>3,226). Sedangkan secara parsial kepemimpinan dan team work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (4,761dan 2,718>2,017). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel kepemimpinan (X1) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0,567 dan kemudian diikuti oleh variabel team work (X2) dengan nilai sebesar 0,324. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Team Work dan Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract. This research aims to know the influence of leadership and team work against the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) branch of Banda Aceh. This research population totaled 133 employees, and sampling is carried out by technical slovin so retrieved 44 employees as a sample. This model is used in multiple linear regression analysis is. Research results show that leadership and team work have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, it is proved that the leadership and team work liquid one of the factors that affect the performance of the employees, who evidenced by the results of the research show the percentage of 66.7% 33.3% registration and the rest is influenced by factors other than that there are variables that are examined, such as a work discipline, awards, Wow, there's a cake, compensation and more. The coefficient of correlation (R) value shows that the relationship (correlation) between the free variables with variables of bound 81.7%, the performance of acting employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch of Banda Aceh have strong relationships and positive leadership with (X 1) teamwork and (X 2). The f-test statistics testing results demonstrate that leadership and team work simultaneously effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of Fcount > F table (41.083 > 3.226). In partial while leadership and team work effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of tcount > ttable (4, 761dan > 2.017 2.718). Based on multiple linear regression analysis results that both variables are examined, it turns out that variable leadership (X 1), which had the most influence on performance clerk Mottled on PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh with a value koefesien of 0.567 and then occurs followed by the variable work team (X 2) with a value of 0.324. Keywords: Leadership, Team Work and performance of Employees.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini berjudul faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja ynag mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja termasuk motivasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Aceh dengan jumlah 209 orang pegawai, maka penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 68 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifika terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai Fhitung sebesar 5,752 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 2,352. Maka Ha = diterima dan Ho = ditolak. Secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,863 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,995. Maka Ha = diterima dan Ho = ditolak. Secara parsial variable disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,547 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,995. Maka Ha = diterima dan Ho = ditolak. Secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,569 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,995. Maka Ha = diterima dan Ho = ditolak. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,684 yang menandakan bahwa hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen adalah positif karena memiliki nila R > 0,5.  Nilai R2 sebesar 0,734 menunjukkan bahwa hanya sebesar 73,4 % variasi variabel dependen (produktivitas kerja) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen (motivasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi) dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sisanya yang sebesar 26,6 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Produktivitas Kerja  Abstract. This study entitled factors that influence work productivity at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence work productivity including motivation, work discipline and organizational culture at the Aceh Office of Culture and Tourism. The population in this study were employees at the Aceh Office of Culture and Tourism with a total of 209 employees, then the sample collection in this study used the Slovin formula which amounted to 68 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously motivational variables, work discipline, and organizational culture have a significant effect on work productivity because the calculated F value of 5.752 is greater than the Ftable value of 2.352. Then Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected. Partially the motivation variable has a significant effect on work productivity because the value of tcount of 2.863 is greater than the table of 1.995. Then Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected. Partially the variable work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity because the value of tcount is 2.547 greater than the table of 1.995. Then Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected. Partially organizational culture variables have a significant effect on work productivity, because the value of tcount is 2.569 greater than t table of 1.995. Then Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected. The correlation coefficient (R) shows a value of 0.684 which indicates that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is positive because it has a value of R> 0.5. The R2 value of 0.734 shows that only 73.4% of the variation of the dependent variable (work productivity) can be explained by variations in the independent variables (motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture) in this study. While the remaining 26.6% is explained by other variables that are not included in research that might affect work productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

Abstract

This study is an implicit study of the influence of leadership, compensation and competence on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation and competency either partially or simultaneously on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The study population is all over Government Employees that works on Banda Aceh Public Health Office, amounting to 84 employees. The entire population is sampled because the population is affordable or less than 100. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Primary data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study explain the leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Public Health Office of Banda Aceh. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and competence have a strong and positive relationship with employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The role of leadership, compensation and competence in influencing employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office also more dominant than other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Aceh Province. This research was conducted at the Archive and Library Agency of the Province of Aceh, with the object of research being the effect of compensation, Leadership Style and work motivation on employee performance at the Archive and Library Board of the Province of Aceh. This analysis is based on data obtained from 181 population determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, which is 44 people sampled. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods (Multiple Linear Regression) which are processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results of the study based on the F test (simultaneously) obtained an F-count of 24.196 while the Ftable at a significant level α = 5% was 3.225. This shows that Fcount> F table, with a significance level of 0,000. The results of this calculation can be drawn a conclusion that accepting the null hypothesis, meaning that the compensation variable (X1) leadership style (X2) and work motivation (X3), jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. This means that overall respondents agreed to the indicators examined, thereby affecting the performance of employees at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. While partially from the three variables examined, it turns out that the compensation variable (X1) which has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Agency, because the regression coefficient is greater than the other variables. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kesejahteraan para perempuan pedagang kaki lima yang ada di pasar induk Almahirah Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peran ganda perempuan dalam menghidupi keluarganya melalui bekerja di luar rumah untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan selain pendapatan yang diperoleh suaminya. Kini banyak perempuan yang turut berperan aktif dalam dunia kerja terutama pada sektor perdagangan. Selain memberikan dampak positif, peningkatan peran serta perempuan dalam dunia kerja juga memberikan dampak negatif bagi perempuan itu sendiri. Di mana perempuan sebagai pekerja akan mengalami permasalahan beban ganda. Artinya perempuan yang berkerja akan mempunyai dua tanggungjawab yaitu tanggungjawab pekerjaan publik dan tanggungjawab pekerjaan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk dapat menganalisis mengenai peran ganda perempuan pedagang kaki lima dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya peran ganda yang dilakoni oleh para perempuan ini maka mereka sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan serta membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga menjadi lebih baik dan sejahtera. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.
