Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of return on investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, debt to total asset (DTA), earning pershare (EPS), and size as independent variabel to dividen kast as dependent variabel both simultaneously an partially in manufacturing companies listed in Jakarta stock exchange (JSX). Observation periods from 2001 until 2005. The type of research used in verification research or research to verify hypothesis with simple random sampling.The object of population are manufacturing industries which listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX)  that it’s financial statement has information about return on investment (ROI,)  cash ratio, current ratio, debt to total asset (DTA), earning pershare (EPS), size and paid to dividen kast. The research samples 21 manufacturing corporation. To aimed influence of independent variable to dependent variable both simultaneously and partially use multiple regression.Result of this research show that; (1) ROI has no significant influence on dividen kast, (2) cash ratio has no significant influence on dividen kast, (3) current ratio has significant influence on dividen kast, (4) DTA has no significant influence on dividen kast, (5) EPS has a significant influence on dividen kast,(6) size has no significant influence on dividen kast, (7) simultaneously ROI, Cash ratio, current ratio, DTA, EPS and size has a significant (72%) influence on dividen kast. Keywords:  return oninvestment (ROI), Cash ratio, current ratio, debt to total asset (DTA),earning per share ( EPS), size and dividen kast.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan team work terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 133 orang pegawai, dan model pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknis slovin sehingga diperoleh 44 orang pegawai sebagai sampel. Model yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase sebesar 66,7% dan sisanya sebesar 33,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti, misalnya disiplin kerja, penghargaan, motivasi, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 81,7%, artinya kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan positif dengan kepemimpinan (X1) dan team work (X2).Hasil pengujian statistik uji f menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan team work secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (41,083>3,226). Sedangkan secara parsial kepemimpinan dan team work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (4,761dan 2,718>2,017). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel kepemimpinan (X1) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0,567 dan kemudian diikuti oleh variabel team work (X2) dengan nilai sebesar 0,324. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Team Work dan Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract. This research aims to know the influence of leadership and team work against the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) branch of Banda Aceh. This research population totaled 133 employees, and sampling is carried out by technical slovin so retrieved 44 employees as a sample. This model is used in multiple linear regression analysis is. Research results show that leadership and team work have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, it is proved that the leadership and team work liquid one of the factors that affect the performance of the employees, who evidenced by the results of the research show the percentage of 66.7% 33.3% registration and the rest is influenced by factors other than that there are variables that are examined, such as a work discipline, awards, Wow, there's a cake, compensation and more. The coefficient of correlation (R) value shows that the relationship (correlation) between the free variables with variables of bound 81.7%, the performance of acting employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch of Banda Aceh have strong relationships and positive leadership with (X 1) teamwork and (X 2). The f-test statistics testing results demonstrate that leadership and team work simultaneously effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of Fcount > F table (41.083 > 3.226). In partial while leadership and team work effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of tcount > ttable (4, 761dan > 2.017 2.718). Based on multiple linear regression analysis results that both variables are examined, it turns out that variable leadership (X 1), which had the most influence on performance clerk Mottled on PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh with a value koefesien of 0.567 and then occurs followed by the variable work team (X 2) with a value of 0.324. Keywords: Leadership, Team Work and performance of Employees.

Abstract

This study is an implicit study of the influence of leadership, compensation and competence on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation and competency either partially or simultaneously on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The study population is all over Government Employees that works on Banda Aceh Public Health Office, amounting to 84 employees. The entire population is sampled because the population is affordable or less than 100. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Primary data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study explain the leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Public Health Office of Banda Aceh. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and competence have a strong and positive relationship with employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The role of leadership, compensation and competence in influencing employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office also more dominant than other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate ability prediction of earnings and current operating cash flows to future operating cash flows, the profit report use  are  firms  reporting  positive  profit  and  firms  reporting  negative  profit. There are several  prior study indicates a strengthening relationship between earnings and future operating cash flows for both firms profit reporting and losses reporting, while relationship between current and future operating cash flows are neither increasing nor decreasing. The result of research indicates that both earnings and cash flows have ability to predict future operating cash flow for positive profit reporting. On the other hand, negative profit reporting, earnings are not significant to predict future operating cash flows while current operating cash flows still have ability to predict future operating cash flows.  Key words:   earnings, current operating cash flows, future operating cash flows, positive profit reporting, negative profit reporting

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Rasio CAMEL (capital, assets, management, earning, liquidity) Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan di Indonesia khususnya bank-bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada perbakan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode amatan tahun 2006 s.d 2008, memiliki kantor cabang operasional di Banda Aceh, menyajikan laporan keuangan secara berturut-turut selama periode 2006 s.d 2008, dari kriteria jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 9 Bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa rasio CAMEL secara simultan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan yang diindikasikan dengan hasil uji statistik P-value dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, tidak signifikan karena lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 5%. Secara parsial tidak ada satu rasio pun yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perbankan. Ini diindikasikan oleh nilai P-Value untuk tiap-tiap rasio independen  yang lebih besar daripada nilai signifikansi 5%. Kesimpulan yang diambil bahwa rasio CAMEL tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan di Banda Aceh, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Untuk itu disarankan Penelitian berikutnya perlu mempertimbangkan faktor selain rasio CAMEL seperti; kebijakan moneter, fluktuasi nilai tukar dan tingkat inflasi, volatilitas tingkat bunga, sekuritisasi, persaingan antar bank maupun lembaga keuangan nonbank, perkembangan teknologi, inovasi instrumen keuangan, sosial dan politik, dan globalisasi. Juga perlu mempertimbangkan jumlah bank yang lebih besar, bukan hanya bank yang beroperaasional di Banda Aceh.  Key words: Rasio CAMEL, Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan.

Abstract

The aimed of research are to measure return on investment at big scale supermarket in Banda Aceh. The research do for Banda Aceh Industrial and Trading Agency registered supermarket, using selected criteria such as financial report, have trading capital up to 500 millions, have advantage and do purchasing 2 times in  month. Based on 30 supermarket in Banda Aceh who fulfill the criteria, received 4 supermarket sample in this project. Analyze technical data using in this project are simple linear regression: Y=α+βX+ε elaborate with statistical analyze using statistical program for social science (SPSS). Data in this research use data from 2008 data compile with several financial report by 4 supermarket sample. Analyze from research with SPSS showing return on investment in the big scale supermarket result with the formula Y=35,250 +0, 95 X with Y are advantage and X are return on supplies, with hypothetical t count t table (4,4033,182). From this test showed return on investment have positive influence and significant to earnings of big scale supermarket in Banda Aceh. Independent Variable influence with dependent variable are 90, 6% and 9, 4% influence by other variable out of research. Keyword :  return on investment, earnings

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of   net income, operation cash flow, and free cash flow both simultaneously   and partially in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE). Observation periods  from 2001 until 2005. The type of  research used in verification research or research to verify hypothesis with simple random sampling.The object of population are  manufacturing industries which listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange that has net income, the positive operation cash flow, the positive free cash flow and paid cash dividend. This research sample 109 population. To aimed influence net income, the positive operation cash flow, and the positive free cash flow both simultaneously and partially use multiple regression.Result of this research show that; (1) net income has a significant influence    on cash dividend, (2) the positive operation cash flow has a significant influence on cash dividend, (3) the positive free cash flow ha a significant negative  influence on cash dividend, and (4)  simultaneously net income,  operation cash flow, and free cash flow  has a significant  influence on cash dividend.
