Abstract

This study is an implicit study of the influence of leadership, compensation and competence on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation and competency either partially or simultaneously on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The study population is all over Government Employees that works on Banda Aceh Public Health Office, amounting to 84 employees. The entire population is sampled because the population is affordable or less than 100. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Primary data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study explain the leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Public Health Office of Banda Aceh. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and competence have a strong and positive relationship with employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The role of leadership, compensation and competence in influencing employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office also more dominant than other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of advertising, brand, consumer beliefs and consumer attitudes on purchasing Honda branded vehicles in Banda Aceh city. Advertisements, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes are independent variables, and purchases are the dependent variables. This sample was conducted using an objective sampling method from 100 respondents using Honda brand vehicles, specifically vehicles produced up to 2019. The results showed moderate associations between advertising variables, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes towards purchasing Honda vehicles in Banda Aceh City. Honda car purchases in Banda Aceh City are influenced by promotional variables, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes, with the remaining 53.7% being influenced by other variables. Evidence for all independent variables in this study, partially using t-tests, shows that all independent variables in this study have a significant impact on Honda vehicle purchases in Banda Aceh City. On the other hand, the simultaneous validation using the F-test also showed that the variables advertising, brand, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes had a significant impact on the purchase of Honda brand vehicles in Banda Aceh city at the same time. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the hypotheses tested in this study are accepted.

Abstract

The plastic waste recycling industry plays a crucial role in reducing environmental impacts while creating economic value through recycling. This study aims to identify strategies for selecting recycled raw materials that can enhance the profitability of the plastic recycling industry. Using a literature review approach, the study explores various sources of raw materials, such as household, industrial, and commercial waste and analyzes their quality, contamination levels, and processing costs. The findings indicate that high-quality raw materials with low contamination levels, such as industrial waste, result in higher production efficiency and lower costs compared to other materials. Additionally, the adoption of modern technologies such as chemical recycling can increase production efficiency by up to 85%. This study contributes by providing a strategic framework for selecting appropriate raw materials, supporting both environmental sustainability and industry profitability.

Abstract

Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law Number 10 the Year 1998 states that banking is a financial institution that collects funds from the public in the form of savings, time deposits, and demand deposits and which can be equated with them. Furthermore, it is channeled back to the public in the form of credit (financing in the Syari'ah Bank), with the aim of achieving people's welfare. Furthermore, based on Law Number. 21 of 2008 explains that a Syari'ah bank is a bank financial institution that runs its operations in a Shari'ah manner. One of the duties of banking institutions is to channel credit/financing to the public so that it can spur economic growth in the informal sector in the Region and National in the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In the provision of credit/financing, it is not uncommon for fraudulent (internal) practices carried out by loan officers (AO / FO), finance staff, so that they can worsen Non-Performing Loans / Financing, which in turn can undermine the bank's own capital. The debtor information system is a strategic effort to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans so that the quality of financing can still be controlled at all times. The collectability of financing can also be used as a benchmark in increasing the competitiveness and selling value of a bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which banking institutions, in this case, the Islamic People's Financing Bank have implemented these provisions, what obstacles were found, and efforts to resolve them. This type of research is an Empirical Juridical, namely examining the Regulations governing Anti Money Laundering (APU) and the Prevention of Terrorism Funding (PPT) as well as Debtor Information within the scope of the financing process in several Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in Aceh Province. Based on research in eleven Sharia People's Financing Banks in Aceh Province, it is known that 68.3% have operational procedures (sop) on AML and CFT and run them well, while 31.7% have AML and CFT regulations, but have not implemented them optimally. . The reason why this provision has not been implemented optimally is that more intensive socialization is needed to related parties, including bank debtors, considering that debtors are prime customers in growing a bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of online customer ratings and reviews on online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. With the development of e-commerce in Indonesia, consumers are increasingly relying on information from other users when making purchasing decisions. High ratings and positive reviews are intended to increase consumer trust and encourage purchases, while low ratings and negative reviews can reduce purchase intentions. The survey method is a survey distributed to Shopee users who shop. The resulting data is analyzed using regression analysis techniques to determine the relationship between rating variables, reviews, and purchasing decisions. This study shows that there is a significant positive influence between online customer ratings and reviews on purchasing decisions. The higher the rating and the more positive the reviews, the more likely consumers are to buy. This study helps business owners and marketers understand the importance of online reputation management and effective marketing strategies in the digital era. Therefore, sellers in the Shopee marketplace must pay attention to the quality of their products and services and actively manage customer reviews to increase the appeal of their products.

Abstract

This study was done to examine the effect from the country of origin and knowledge of product on purchase intention and product evaluation as mediating variable (study at electronics product, Maspion at Banda Aceh), the respondents of this study is Banda Aceh's society (purposive sampling). Model analysis in this study is using path analysis. Based on the result of the analysis found that country of origin have an influence on purchase intention, knowledge of product have no influence on purchase intention, country of origin have an influence on product evaluation, knowledge of product have to influence on product evaluation, evaluation product have an influence on purchase intention, the effect from the country of origin to purchase intention mediated by product evaluation, and the knowledge of the product to purchase intention mediated by product evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental stimuli and social factors against impulsive buying tendency case study on Indomart consumers in Banda Aceh. The data analysis method used in this study was through data quality testing to determine the validity of each question item. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is carried out using the path analysis test tool. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the conclusions of the study are 1) The influence of environmental stimuli has a significant effect on positive emotions in Indomart Superstore consumers in Banda Aceh, 2) Social factors have a significant effect on positive emotions in Indomart Superstore consumer products in Banda Aceh, 3 ) Environmental stimuli have a significant negative effect on impulse buying at the Indomart Superstore in Banda Aceh, 4) The influence of social factors has a significant effect on impulse purchases at Indomart Superstore in Banda Aceh, 5) The influence of positive emotions has a significant effect on impulsive buying at the Indomart Superstore in the city Banda Aceh, 6) Positive emotions mediate environmental stimuli to impulse buying at Indomart Superstore in Banda Aceh city, and 7) Positive emotions mediate social factors to impulsive buying at Suzuya Superstore in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of cash turnover and growth in the number of customers on profitability at PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch, Sawang Cash Office, North Aceh. Based on the results of the study illustrates that the increase in cash turnover and the number of customers contributed to increasing the profitability of PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang unit, North Aceh Regency. With high cash flow turnover, banks can channel the proceeds from revolving funds to other productive sectors quickly and accurately, of course with a fluctuating profit level. Thus PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Lhokseumawe branch office, Sawang cash office have contributed to increased economic growth in Aceh in general, North Aceh, in this case Sawang District, North Aceh Regency in particular. This can be seen from the growth of various products and community businesses as well as the use of natural resources as superior products from Sawang District, North Aceh Regency.
