Abstract

Leader merupakan salah satu intisari, sumber daya pokok dan titik sentral dari setiap aktivitas yang terjadi dalam suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Kreativitas dan dinamikanya seorang leader dalam menjalankan wewenangnya akan sangat menentukan apakah tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai atau tidak. Hal yang perlu di tekankan adalah bahwa tidak selamanya manajer buruk dan leader adalah baik. Metode penelitiannya adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu studi kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan content analysis adalah metodologi penelitian dari sebuah dokumen. Kajian isi adalah teknik penelitian yang dimanfaatkan untuk menarik kesimpulan yang replikatif dan sahih dari data atas dasar konteksnya. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah Kepemimpinan didefinisikan secara luas sebagai proses mempengaruhi, yang mempengaruhi interpretasi mengenai peristiwa-peristiwa para pengikut, pilihan dari sasaran-sasaran bagi kelompok atau organisasi, pengorganisasian dari aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut, motivasi dari para pengikut, untuk mencapai sasaran, pemeliharaan hubungan kerja sama dan teamwork serta perolehan dukungan dan kerjasama dari orang-orang yang berada di luar kelompok atau organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan hasil interaksi antara pemimpin dan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya dalam berbagai keadaan yang mempengaruhinya. Gaya kepemimpinan yang menggambarkan perilaku dalam interaksi tersebut, bila dihimpun berdasarkan kesamaannya yang dominan, akan menghasilkan berbagai tipe kepemimpinan yang tetap terlihat meskipun kondisi yang mempengaruhinya berubah-ubah, karena bersifat insedental. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan yang pokok atau dapat juga disebut ekstrem ada tiga macam yaitu: 1) Kepemimpinan yang otokrasi . Tipe ini menempatkan atau menunjukkan kekuasaan pada satu orang. 2) Kepemimpinan Demokratis. Kepemimpinan gaya ini lebih berorientasi pada manusia dan memberikan bimbingan yang efisien pada bawahan. 3) Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire (bebas). Pada gaya kepemimpinan ini pemimpin tidak memimpin, dia hanya membiarkan kelompoknya berbuat semaunya sendiri.

Abstract

Pengembangan masyarakat yang ada di Indonesia saat ini cukup signifikan untuk menigkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, apabila ditinjau dari kondisi sumberdaya manusia yang ada, masih perlunya upaya pengorganisasian masyarakat melalui strategi yang sesuai. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengorganisasian masyarakat dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat di Kabupaten melalui penyuluhan HIV AIDS kepada masyarakat Desa Kedungmoro, Kecamatan Kunir, Kabupaten Lumajang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penyakit HIV dan AIDS dilakukan melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab interaktif, sehingga segala pesan atau informasi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik dan jelas oleh peserta penyuluhan. Penyuluhan kesehatan di Desa Kedungmoro memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam durasi waktu singkat dan sesuai teori yang ada. Materi yang disampaikan oleh penyuluh dikemas menarik sehingga menumbuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menerima materi penyuluhan.

Abstract

There are two types of corruption faced by Islam, which led to the stagnation of the creativity of ijtihad of the mujtahids, so that the lack of Islamic legal products, such as: First, churafat, including idolatry, which is the height of corruption, shamanism, predictions about the arrival of good and bad things, magic, gambling and others. Secondly, the suppression of freedom of thought, which leads the mind to take a policy from an essence that is not in accordance with the correct position of the Dzan. This phenomenon has plagued the thinking of Muslims in recent decades. The purpose of this research is to explain freedom of thought (tahrir al-aqli) as the most basic manifestation of the preservation of reason (hifzu 'aql). Freedom of thought is one of the efforts to preserve the mind from the side of its preservation, which is part of the concept of the basic structure of Maqashid Shari'ah, which revolves around the basic paradigm of benefit (Paradigm Based On Maqashid Shari'ah). This research is a literature study using descriptive analysis method through maqasid al-shari'ah approach. The results of this discussion show that the solution to break the stagnation of thought in the Islamic world, so that the door of Ijtihad is reopened, is to promote and demonstrate freedom of thought. All forms of restriction of thought that prevent critical thinking must begin to be abandoned. By maximising the potential of freedom of thought, which is the movement of the intellect to find the essence of something, it will be able to understand the divine treasure and reveal the shar'i laws to enforce the Shari'a according to what the Shari'a wants

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education in schools plays a crucial role in integrating religious moderation values to prevent intolerance, which is frequently observed among adolescents aged 14–20. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects include the school principal, vice principal, and Islamic Religious Education educators. The findings indicate that the religious moderation values integrated into Islamic Religious Education learning include tolerance, balance, harmony, humanism, equality, patriotism (hubbul wathon), mutual respect, forgiveness, cooperation, justice, discipline, and independence. These values are implemented through various approaches and integration strategies in Islamic Religious Education learning. The strategies include the traditional integration strategy, which emphasizes direct advice; the free-choice integration strategy, which allows students to internalize values independently; the reflective strategy, which connects theory with real-life experiences; the transinternal strategy, which emphasizes inner involvement; and the transdisciplinary strategy, which links religious values with other fields of knowledge. This study highlights that integrating religious moderation values in Islamic Religious Education learning is essential for shaping students into moderate, inclusive individuals with a balanced religious perspective. By employing appropriate strategies, schools can foster a harmonious educational environment free from intolerance.

Abstract

This article aims to analyse the role of hadroh extracurricular activities in fostering students' love for Islamic arts and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at the Nurul Ahmadi Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. The research focuses on how hadroh functions not only as a means of entertainment but also as a medium for worship, preaching, and character building for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study design. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers, coaches, and students, as well as documentation of hadroh activities. Data validity was tested using source, technique, and time triangulation techniques, while data analysis was carried out using an interactive model of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of the study indicate that hadroh activities play a strategic role in fostering students' love for Islamic arts through strengthening spirituality, instilling discipline and responsibility, developing Islamic artistic talents, and reinforcing Islamic cultural identity. The main supporting factors include the support of caregivers, the availability of facilities, and the solidarity of students, while the inhibiting factors are the busy academic schedule and the limited number of professional trainers. The contribution of this article lies in confirming previous findings regarding the function of hadroh as a medium for religious guidance, while also contributing a new perspective by emphasising its role as an instrument of cultural da'wah and a means of preserving Islamic cultural identity in Islamic boarding schools. Thus, this article enriches the study of the integration of Islamic arts in Islamic boarding school education.

Abstract

Islamic religious education has an important role in growing and increasing faith, noble character and practicing the teachings of the Islamic religion. The role of teachers is also very large in achieving success in the teaching and learning process. Apperception needs to be done to find out students' knowledge, motivate students by presenting interesting material and encourage students to know various new things. Apperception carried out by the teacher can direct students' knowledge towards the learning objectives to be achieved. Reviewing the lessons that have been learned, conveying inspirational stories, providing motivation given to students will greatly influence the level of thinking and students' understanding of the lesson material provided by the teacher. The results of the research conducted by the author can be seen that: 1). Teachers foster students' enthusiasm for learning through several methods such as telling inspirational stories, advice, role models, fun stories, ice breaking and others. The forms of apperception that are applied are checking students' understanding of the subject matter in previous material, relating a phenomenon to the material to be studied, relating the subject matter presented to the context of everyday life so that students can understand the explanation or description of what they have learned. studied. From this understanding, students will realize and try to practice the values ​​of Islamic teachings so that their thinking, acting and behaving are always imbued with Islamic values ​​which will ultimately form a person who is devout and has good moral character.

Abstract

Management is an activity that uses other people in achieving a goal. The success of an organization depends on several factors including leadership in the organization. The function of the leader / manager is to provide motivation to all existing members in the organization, thus it can be expected that all members of the organization can perform their duties properly so that organizational goals can be achieved. In management, humans are those who carry out what is called: planning, organizing, staffing, budgeting, acuating, monitoring, and corecting. Another important factor in leadership must be realized that leadership is a set of moral qualities, intellectual qualities, and human knowledge of a person, which gives a possibility to move other people to carry out the tasks assigned. Thus management and leadership are an inseparable element. good and successful leadership will make the management process run smoothly without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan Model kepemimpinan yang menekankan pentingnya sistem nilai untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengikut tentang masalah-masalah etis, memobilisasi energy dan sumber daya untuk mereformasi institusi. Pemimpin yang transformasional mampu menggerakkan pengikut untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses perubahan.Oleh karena itu pemimpin transformasional biasanya memiliki kepribadian yang kuat sehingga mampu membangun ikatan emoisional pengikut untuk mewujudkan tujuan ideal institusi. Pemimpin transformasional membangun loyalitas dan ikatan emosional pengikut atas dasar kepentingan dan sistem nilai ideal yang diyakini strategis untuk kepentingan jangka panjang. Ciri pemimpin transformasional antara lain : Mampu mendorong pengikut untuk menyadari pentingnya hasil pekerjaan, Mendorong pengikut untuk lebih mendahulukan kepentingan tim/organisasi, Mendorong untuk mencapai kebutuhan yang lebih tinggi dan Proses untuk membangun komitmen bersama terhadap sasaran organisasi dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada pengikut untuk mencapai sasaran. Selain itu Perilaku pemimpin transformasional diantaranya : Pengaruh ideal Dalam hal ini pemimpin membangkitkan emosi dan identifikasi yang kuat terhadap visi organisasi, Stimulasi Intelektual yakni Upaya pemimpin untuk meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap permasalahan organisasional dengan sudut pandang yang baru dan Pertimbangan individual Yakni Bentuk perhatian, dukungan dan pengembangan bagi pengikut. Berkaitan dengan Implemetasi dari Karakter kepemimpinan transformasional diantaranya Membantu para anggota staf untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara budaya kerjasama(kolaborasi), Budaya professional dan Membantu mempercepat pengembangan dan membantu para tenaga pendidik untuk memecahkan masalah lebih efektif. Abstract

Islamic education ideology is a systemic concept based on the Koran, al-Hadith, and ijtihad which aims for the happiness of human life in this world and the hereafter. The curriculum includes material from religious studies (aqidah, syari’ah, and morals) as well as general subjects such as mathematics. The methods used are classical and modern methods. Meanwhile, conservative educational ideology places more emphasis on conventional teachings which assume that everything humans do is God's will. The curriculum places more emphasis on moral aspects and the methods used also tend to be conventional, such as lectures. This is different from the ideology of liberal education which prioritizes individual freedom to develop educational concepts. The curriculum places more emphasis on practical matters and the teaching methods are free to suit individual wishes
