Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy by raising the economic level of the general public, alleviating poverty, and earning foreign exchange for the country. The Covid 19 pandemic has had a significant economic impact in Indonesia. Khansa Food has been able to survive and rise from the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic by utilizing the resources available to them. The implementation of the marketing mix strategy at Khansa Food is critical to the company's long-term viability. The right marketing mix combination is a means to maintain, expand, and increase company profits. The objective of this study was to determine how the marketing mix was implemented at Khansa Food. The descriptive qualitative research method was used, with primary and secondary data. The study's findings that Khansa Food's combination of product, price, location, and promotion is well-defined. Khansa Food's products are of high quality and are standardized. Prices are kept competitive, and customers can purchase products either online or in-store. Online promotions and various exhibitions have been programmed. There is always room for improvement to boost business performance. According to the research findings, online sales can be increased in order to reach a larger market. Increased online promotion via social media can be used as a low-cost alternative promotion. Manufacturers must adapt to online promotions and sales due to changes in consumer behavior toward online transactions. The enhancements are expected to benefit Khansa Food's business in both the short and long term.

Abstract

Organic liquid fertilizer, particularly that derived from rabbit urine, plays a vital role in supporting plant growth while simultaneously addressing waste management challenges. This study evaluates the economic potential and feasibility of producing organic liquid fertilizer from rabbit urine, with a focus on key economic indicators. To assess the feasibility of the business, the Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C ratio), Break-Even Point (BEP), and Return on Investment (ROI) were calculated. The findings reveal an R/C ratio of 2.591, indicating significant profitability. The break-even point is reached at a price of IDR 11,575.15 per liter, with a minimum production volume of 78.86 liters required to cover costs. Furthermore, the ROI is calculated at 159.1%, demonstrating that investment in the production of liquid organic fertilizer from rabbit urine offers considerable financial returns. Despite its promising potential, Joglo Tani faces several challenges, including suboptimal agricultural land conditions, limited knowledge among farmers, and complexities in the export licensing process. To ensure the sustainable development of this business, targeted strategies are essential, such as providing training programs to enhance farmers’ knowledge and establishing partnerships to streamline export licensing procedures. The production of liquid organic fertilizer from rabbit urine holds significant promise for advancing sustainable agricultural practices, boosting economic growth, and promoting effective waste management solutions.

Abstract

Rapid population growth and changes in people's consumption patterns lead to changes in trends and lifestyles. One of the most in-demand vegetable commodities among the public is lettuce, which has promising market prospects. The increasing demand for lettuce provides an economic opportunity for the development of this business. The hydroponic system using the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) method is an effective way to cultivate lettuce on limited land more efficiently. The aims of this research are to conduct a feasibility study on lettuce cultivation using the NFT hydroponic system and evaluate the level of business risk. Both primary and secondary data were used for this case study. The analyzed of business feasibility criteria are included Break Even Point, R/C ratio, and return on investment (ROI). The results found that the BEP value of the product is 303.45 kg with the BEP price is IDR 5,373/kg. The R/C value is 3.2 and the ROI is 216.6%. Based on these results, it can be stated that the hydroponic lettuce farming business using the NFT system is feasible. The hydroponic lettuce business at BWS Hydroponics is in the low-risk business category, with the value of CV is0.42 with a lower profit limit (L) of IDR. 1,761,605. Keywords: business analysis, hydroponic, NFT, risk INTISARIPesatnya pertambahan penduduk dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat terjadi seiring dengan perubahan trend dan gaya hidup.  Selada menjadi salah satu komoditas sayuran yang banyak diminati masyarakat dan mempunyai prospek pasar yang cukup menjanjikan. Kenaikan permintaan selada menjadi peluang ekonomi bagi perkembangan usaha ini. Selada dapat dibudidayakan dengan baik melalui sistem hidroponik dengan metode Nutrient Film Technique (NFT), sehingga bisa diterapkan pada lahan yang terbatas dan lebih efisien.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi kelayakan usaha tani budidaya selada dengan sistem hidroponik NFT dan mengetahui tingkat risiko usaha yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan data primer serta sekunder. Beberapa kriteria kelayakan usaha yang dianalisis antara lain Break Event Point, R/C ratio dan Return on investment (ROI). Hasil analisis usaha menunjukkan nilai BEP produk adalah sebesar 303,45 kg dan BEP Harga Rp 5.373/kg. Nilai R/C pada usaha selada hidroponik adalah 3,2 dan ROI sebesar 216,6%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa usaha tani selada hidroponik dengan sistem NFT layak untuk diusahakan. Usaha selada hidroponik di BWS Hidroponik berada pada kategori usaha dengan risiko yang rendah, yakni dengan nilai koefisien variasi (CV) sebesar 0,42 dan batas bawah keuntungan (L) sebesar Rp 1.761.605. Kata kunci: analisis usaha, hidroponik, NFT, risiko

Abstract

Jamur merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang banyak diminati masyarakat. Jumlah peningkatan permintaan jamur harus diiringi dengan ketersediaan bibit jamur yang berkualitas. Usaha pembibitan jamur mempunyai prospek yang menjanjikan untuk dijalankan karena jumlah permintaan jamur yang kian meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisa usaha pembuatan baglog jamur (bibit F3) di Rumah Kebun Jamur dengan menghitung Break Event Point, R/C ratio dan Return on investment. Metode peneilitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisa usaha menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Kebun Jamur berada di titik impas pada harga produk Rp 1.238 per pcs dengan volume produksi sebanyak 12.880 pcs. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai R/C ratio 2,01 dan ROI sebesar 101% yang berarti bahwa usaha tersebut layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, di sisi lain UMKM dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis pada usaha Sari Kedelai Bu Ade dengan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi internal (Strengths-Weakness) dan eksternal (Opportunities- Threats) perusahaan. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa usaha Sari Kedelai Bu Ade berada pada kuadran 1, yaitu strategi agresif. Hal terebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha Sari Kedelai Bu Ade mempunyai peluang untuk tumbuh dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada. Alternatif Strategi SO yang bisa diterapkan antara lain memberikan pelayanan prima, perluasan segmen pasar, kerjasama dengan jasa pengiriman paxel, pemetaan konsumen dan diskon pada momen tertentu
