Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa, dimana motivasi belajar sangat penting bagi siswa karena dari motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi kualitas serta hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terdapat 34 siswa atau 94,4 % siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi serta terdapat 1 siswa atau 2,8 % yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan suatu apa adanya dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil skala motivasi belajar yang dibagi menjadi empat kategori yaitu pada kategori sangat rendah berjumlah 0 siswa atau 0%, pada kategori rendah terdapat 1 siswa atau 2,8 % selanjutnya pada kategori tinggi terdapat 34 siswa atau 94,4% serta pada kategori sangat tinggi terdapat 1 siswa atau 2,8%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI SMK N 7 Semarang memiliki motivasi belajar pada kategori tinggi

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak menuju masa dewasa. Menghadapi masa remaja, banyak tantangan dan tekanan yang dihadapai. Tekanan dan tantangan yang dialami remaja dapat bersifat akademik maupun non akademik. Namun, tidak semua remaja yang masih berstatus sebagai siswa, siap dan mampu menghadapi beragam tekanan dan tantangan yang muncul. Menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi, memerlukan peningkatan keterampilan diri untuk menghadapi perubahan dan mendukung perkembangan pribadi remaja. Melalui Pelatihan keterampilan diri yang bersifat holistik, diharapkan dapat membantu remaja meraih potensi optimal dan menjadi bekal dalam mengatasi tantangan di masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada remaja/ siswa di MTs. Hasyimiyah Desa Kalisidi Kecamatan Ungaran Barat pada tanggal 1 Maret 2024. Terdapat 101 orang siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan yang diselenggarakan di Aula sekolah. Pelatihan terbagi menjadi beberapa sesi yaitu pretest, pelatihan dan post test. Pelatihan menggunakan metode seperti ceramah, refleksi diri, games dan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat peningkatan skor pretest dan post test. Dalam tindak lanjut, perlunya menggunakan metode permainan yang dilakukan di out door.

Abstract

Quality education is education that successfully achieves well-defined goals, satisfies and meets expectations. The aims of this research are 1) to analyze the influence of the role of the principal on the quality of education, 2) to analyze the influence of the school climate on the quality of education, 3) to analyze the influence of the role of the principal and the school climate together on the quality of education. Quantitative research approach with survey methods. Type of correlational research. The research population was 221 teachers and the research sample was 142 teachers. Data collection with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) the role of the school principal influences the quality of education by 68.7%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 2.721 + 0.487 X1. with a correlation coefficient value of 0.829. 2) school climate influences the quality of education by 79.9%, with a regression equation Ŷ = 0.629 + 1.119 X2 with a correlation coefficient of 0.894. 3) the role of the principal and the school climate influence the quality of education by 80.6%, with the equation Ŷ = 3.053 + 0.106 X1 + 0.920 X2 then the correlation coefficient r is 0.898. The conclusion of this research is that the role of the principal and the school climate influence the quality of education by 80.6%. The author suggests that school principals reflect and evaluate the role of the principal and the school climate. Teachers can take part in training and seminars in order to improve school quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Teacher professional competence is very necessary in the world of education, so that we are not left behind by the dynamics of the times. Factors that can improve teacher professionalism are the implementation of learning communities and also the creation of real actions on the independent teaching platform. The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community on teacher professional competence. 2) To determine the effect of creating real actions on the independent teaching platform on teachers' professional competence. 3) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique, namely proportionate random sampling, obtained a sample of 127 teachers consisting of school principals and teachers from 23 state elementary schools in Temanggung District, Temanggung Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques start from descriptive statistics then prerequisite tests after that are multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research show (1) There is an influence of the function of the learning community on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 155.305 > f-table 3.92 with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of making real actions on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 141.650 > f-table 3.92 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is an influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 102.224 > -table 3.07 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Suggestions: (1) For teachers, this research can provide input and policy in an effort to draw decisions regarding appropriate platforms and training models. (2) school principals can achieve continuous improvement in teacher professional competence by providing full support, motivation and providing facilities to utilize the independent teaching platform. (3) this research can be used as a source of data and reference for further research based on more complete information.
