Abstract

Opening an e-commerce business offers tremendous flexibility and convenience. Unlike traditional stores, an online business allows entrepreneurs to operate from anywhere at any time. The purpose of this research is to assist people who wish to start an e-commerce business without having to invest a lot of money and time in the website building. For the building of the e-commerce website in our research, we use the Drupal open-source framework and Cloud Platform as a service (PaaS). Cloud PaaS provides a dependable, effective, secure, and stable business.Then, we perform the network simulations using a virtual machine program known as GNS3. Additionally, Cloud PaaS gives users flexibility by enabling them to access it from any location and instantly expand the capacity of their server. The result of this research allows the users that is in the inside of the zone and dmz zone to access the Internet. Additionally, users from outside of the zone are able to access the http://192.168.3.3/drupal and the drupal servers

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of the Quran memorization program at Ulil Albab Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen. Qualitative research was used in this study with the subjects of the principal, head of memorization, ustadz/ah, and students of Quran memorization at Ulil Albab Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen. Data were collected from observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The findings of the study showed that the management of the Quran memorization program at Ulil Albab Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen had been implemented optimally through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Program planning was carried out by setting program objectives, appointing a program coordinator, setting memorization targets, preparing a schedule, preparing a strategy, and preparing program facilities and infrastructure. Organization was overcome by forming an organizational structure accompanied by the main tasks of each member of the organization. The Quran memorization program is held every Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 09.45 with memorization, tajwid, and book study materials. Program supervision is carried out by the foundation's supervisors and administrators through preliminary, ongoing, and feedback supervision.

Abstract

A conducive learning environment impacts children's development. Schools, as educational institutions, play a crucial role in creating a supportive and child-friendly learning environment. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of a positive discipline approach in efforts to establish a conducive learning environment for elementary school students. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach. The study was conducted at Jemur Public Elementary School in Kebumen. The subjects of this study include the school principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Triangulation techniques were used to ensure data validity. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model. The results of the study indicate that the positive discipline approach has been implemented effectively at Jemur Public Elementary School in Kebumen. However, collaboration between parents and the school needs to be further enhanced to ensure children can learn comfortably wherever they are. Strong collaboration among schools, families, and the community is recommended based on this research.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of principal leadership and work motivation on kindergarten teacher discipline in Temanggung District. Teacher discipline plays a crucial role in maintaining a conducive and high-quality learning environment. Effective principal leadership and strong work motivation are essential factors in fostering teacher discipline, ensuring professionalism, and improving educational outcomes. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study sample consists of 106 kindergarten teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire, then analyzed using simple and multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that principal leadership significantly influences teacher discipline, with a t-value of 5.923 and a contribution of 43.3%. Work motivation also has a significant effect, with a t-value of 3.241 and a contribution of 36.2%. Simultaneously, these two factors contribute 59.8% to teacher discipline. These results emphasize the importance of strengthening principal leadership and implementing strategies to enhance teacher motivation. Schools should focus on leadership training programs and motivation-enhancing initiatives to create a more disciplined and professional educational environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The background of the problem in this study is 1) the pedagogical competence of teachers is still in the category of needing improvement, 2) the implementation of learning communities is not optimal, 3) the achievement motivation of teachers is still lacking. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of learning community on pedagogical competence of public elementary school teachers in Temanggung District; 2) the effect of achievement motivation on pedagogical competence of public elementary school teachers in Temanggung District; 3) the effect of learning community and achievement motivation on pedagogical competence of public elementary school teachers in Temanggung District. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation, effective contribution, and relative contribution. The population of this study were all principals and teachers of public elementary schools in Temanggung District of Temanggung Regency totaling 186 and the research sample was 127. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that 1) the relationship between learning communities and teachers’ pedagogical competence is included in the strong category. The magnitude of the influence of the learning community on the teacher’s pedagogical competence variable is 47.8%. 2) the relationship between achievement motivation and teacher pedagogical competence is included in the strong category. The magnitude of the effect of achievement motivation on teacher pedagogical competence variables is 47.2%. 3) Learning community, and achievement motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher pedagogical competence variables by 55.9%. Suggestions from researchers on pedagogical competence are to improve the quality of curriculum development and the flow of learning objectives. In addition, tis recommended to improve collaboration in collective learning, teachers must be actively involved in collective learning activities in learning communities. And teachers must consistently develop a positive attitude towards the teaching profession and always be oriented towards improving the quality of learning. Abstract

ABSTRACT Teacher professional competence is very necessary in the world of education, so that we are not left behind by the dynamics of the times. Factors that can improve teacher professionalism are the implementation of learning communities and also the creation of real actions on the independent teaching platform. The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community on teacher professional competence. 2) To determine the effect of creating real actions on the independent teaching platform on teachers' professional competence. 3) To determine the influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique, namely proportionate random sampling, obtained a sample of 127 teachers consisting of school principals and teachers from 23 state elementary schools in Temanggung District, Temanggung Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques start from descriptive statistics then prerequisite tests after that are multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research show (1) There is an influence of the function of the learning community on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 155.305 > f-table 3.92 with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of making real actions on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 141.650 > f-table 3.92 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is an influence of the function of the learning community and the creation of real action on the independent teaching platform on the professional competence of State Elementary School teachers in Temanggung District, this is based on the calculated f value of 102.224 > -table 3.07 and the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Suggestions: (1) For teachers, this research can provide input and policy in an effort to draw decisions regarding appropriate platforms and training models. (2) school principals can achieve continuous improvement in teacher professional competence by providing full support, motivation and providing facilities to utilize the independent teaching platform. (3) this research can be used as a source of data and reference for further research based on more complete information. Asrofi, Muhammad. 2025. “Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al Sya’iriyah Limpung Kabupaten Batang”. Tesis Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan. Program Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Dosen Pembimbing: 1) Dr. Maryanto, M.Si, 2) Dr. Dyah Nugrahani, M.Hum. Pendidikan di Indonesia telah menerapkan berbagai jenis kurikulum dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu inovasi terbaru dalam perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia adalah kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum ini terbagi menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu mandiri belajar, mandiri berubah, dan mandiri berbagi, yang diterapkan sesuai dengan kesiapan masing-masing jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di MA Takhassus Al Syairiyah Limpung Batang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Takhassus Al Syairiyah Limpung Batang telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat berbagai kendala karena belum semua guru memahami kurikulum merdeka secara menyeluruh. Meskipun demikian, kendala tersebut tidak menjadi hambatan besar bagi kepala madrasah dan para guru dalam mengimplementasikannya. Selain itu, diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka secara optimal.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the work results that can be achieved by someone in an educational institution or madrasah such as their duties and responsibilities in achieving educational goals. A person's success must meet the established criteria, if the teacher has met these criteria, it means that someone can be said to be successful and have good quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of teachers in order to produce HR 217 graduates in the Palembang City environment. Teacher effectiveness is the teacher's teaching process which includes teaching, learning, teaching, learning, teaching, and evaluation. Teachers play an important role in ensuring professional development and encouraging student growth. They provide teaching materials, teach, and evaluate students, focusing on their skills, abilities, and motivation. Teachers also play a role in fostering student development and evaluating their progress in a continuous learning environment. This study examines the role of teachers in improving the quality of education at SDN 212 Palembang, emphasizing the importance of teacher training and development, both formal and non-formal, to improve pedagogical and professional skills, while avoiding significant impacts on student performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of educational fund management, community participation, and financial supervision on the quality of education in public junior high schools (SMP Negeri) in Cepu District. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method, the study involved 191 teachers, with 129 selected as samples through stratified random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, assumption tests, and regression analysis. The findings show that: (1) educational fund management positively influences education quality by 10.1%, (2) community participation has a positive impact of 22.7%, (3) financial supervision affects education quality by 23.7%, and (4) all three factors together contribute 34.3% to education quality. The study concludes that improving education quality requires effective fund management, enhanced community participation, and transparent financial supervision. Abstract

This study examines the role of school principals as managers and supervisors in improving academic quality at SMK Negeri 1 Sale, Rembang Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings highlight the principal’s role in designing academic programs, managing resources, and fostering a conducive learning environment. As a supervisor, the principal provides guidance and evaluation to enhance teachers’ pedagogical competence. Effective academic supervision leads to improved teacher performance and student achievement. The success of this process relies on communication and support from all school stakeholders. The study concludes that strengthening the principal's leadership and supervisory skills should be prioritized in educational policies. Keywords: Principal; Manager; Supervisor; Academic quality
