Abstract

Kreativitas menjadi suatu tantangan dan peluang tersendiri bagi ibu-ibu PKK untuk mengembangkan olahan  minuman herbal menjadi sebuah kebutuhan alternatif untuk menjaga imunitas dalam tubuh. Jamu Herbal Temulawak dusun Burneh Kecamatan Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu- ibu PKK dusun Burneh. Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan ada empat tahap yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, pengemasan, dan Pemasaran. Tahap Persiapan tim bersama mitra mulai menyusun kegiatan, Tahap Pelatihan yang akan dilakukan berupa pelatihan pembuatan jamu temulawak tanpa ampas, Tahap Pengemasan menggunakan label untuk identitas produk jamu. selain itu Tahap Pemasaran menjaring mitra dan pemasaran secara online. Selanjutnya pelatihan manajemen pembukuan keuangan secara sederhana. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan dilanjutkan pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama kegiatan PKM sampai mitra berhasil dengan baik dalam mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by three well-known duck restaurants in Bangkalan City, namely Bebek Suramadu, Warung RI/Restu Ibu, and Bebek Ikhlas. The background of this research departs from the increasing competition in the duck culinary business in the region. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a SWOT analysis approach as well as the 4P marketing mix (product, price, venue, promotion). The results of the study show that the three restaurants have different marketing strategies but both focus on taste excellence, competitive prices, service, and social media-based promotions. One of the standouts is the use of TikTok live as an effective means of promotion. This research provides an overview that creative and adaptive marketing strategies can increase the competitiveness of local culinary businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this community service program is to provide training to subject teachers at Vocational High Schools (SMK) on the integration of numeracy skills in subjects taught at SMK. The method used to run this program is the direct talk show method between the resource persons and the participants of the training program. The results obtained from this activity are (1) the positive response from all participants to the program we hold; (2) response to the attractiveness of the presentation of material 84.44% in the very interesting category, 11.11% in the interesting category, and 4.45%; The response to benefits was 95% in the very useful category and 5% in the beneficial category. Another result that we obtained from this activity is an increase in knowledge about the integration of numeracy skills into several subjects in Vocational High Schools. This proves that teachers as the main figures in the world of education can be directly involved in helping the government in improving numeracy skills. Teachers can provide simple examples of students' life problems, so that students can directly apply their knowledge of numeracy. The habituation of students in solving problems about numeracy is also a driver to improve numeracy skills in the students themselves.
