Abstract

Indonesia has a culinary diversity that stretches from west to east Indonesia and is still embedded in the social life of the local community. Each region has its own unique food because each culture is different from one another. For example, Madurese cuisine is synonymous with spicy salty taste. The development of the Food House business in Bangkalan is progressing very quickly. One example in Bangkalan is Mie whip, Mie endes, and so on. Many things are taken into consideration by consumers to arrive at a decision to choose a particular restaurant or company. The restaurant management must try to meet the criteria that are considered by consumers, both in terms of service quality, price and location so that they can easily attract consumer buying interest. One of them at the Endess Mie Restaurant is a noodle restaurant that is currently popular among young people. Based on the background that arises above, it makes researchers interested in conducting research on "The Effect of Price, Quality and Location on Consumer Interest." This research uses Mie Endes Arosbaya as the object of research. The population in this study was the end of the Arosbaya noodle restaurant and the sample taken was 60 people with questionnaire data as an instrument. The method in this research is quantitative research. This type of research uses associative research. associative research is a type of research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The results showed that price partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, location partially had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, while service quality partially had no effect on consumer buying interest in Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant, and simultaneously price, service quality and location have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at Arosbaya Endess noodle restaurant.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of marketing management in increasing consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken restaurants in Bangkalan. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of marketing management is in improving the nelongso Fried Chicken restaurant in Bangkalan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, technical analysis of data in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. After the authors conducted data analysis, a result was found from the effectiveness of marketing management in increasing consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken restaurants in Bangkalan implementing 4P, namely: (1) product, by providing a menu of food and drinks with various menus with different tastes, (2) price , by setting prices that consumers can reach, (3) place, providing a comfortable place and having complete facilities, (4) promotion, using various social media and consumers, namely word of mouth.

Abstract

Kreativitas menjadi suatu tantangan dan peluang tersendiri bagi ibu-ibu PKK untuk mengembangkan olahan  minuman herbal menjadi sebuah kebutuhan alternatif untuk menjaga imunitas dalam tubuh. Jamu Herbal Temulawak dusun Burneh Kecamatan Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu- ibu PKK dusun Burneh. Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan ada empat tahap yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, pengemasan, dan Pemasaran. Tahap Persiapan tim bersama mitra mulai menyusun kegiatan, Tahap Pelatihan yang akan dilakukan berupa pelatihan pembuatan jamu temulawak tanpa ampas, Tahap Pengemasan menggunakan label untuk identitas produk jamu. selain itu Tahap Pemasaran menjaring mitra dan pemasaran secara online. Selanjutnya pelatihan manajemen pembukuan keuangan secara sederhana. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan dilanjutkan pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama kegiatan PKM sampai mitra berhasil dengan baik dalam mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu gerakan proses pemberdayaan diri untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat besifat kontinual dan jangka panjang karena dalam membangun sebuah masyarakat dibutuhkan proses yang panjang. Banyak aspek yang harus di sentuh untuk menjadikan masyarakat itu lebih baik, karakternya, budidayanya, sampai pola pikirnya harus disentuh untuk benar-benar menciptakan suatu masyarakat yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, ekonomi masyarakat harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan perencanaan program yang terstruktur dan melibatkan banyak pihak sesuai dengan wewenang dan kompetensinya. Guna mewujudkan tangggung jawab dan semangat ingin mengabdi kepada masyarakat, peneliti melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dikemas dalam pemberdayaan bersinergi dengan pemerintahan desa Togubang kecamatan Geger kabupaten Bangkalan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan potensi Bangkalan Tahun 2024 ini mengusung tema “pemberdayaan potensi ekonomi desa Togubang kecamatan Geger melalui pemberdayaan potensi desa Oleh karena itu, Bidang Ekonomi pemberdayaan potensi desa Togubang berfokus pada pengembangan potensi ekonomi desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM. Peneliti melakukan kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: Pemasaran berbasis digital, Pengembangan usaha swasta didesa, Pengolahan produk unggulan desa, Pembuatan BumDes. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, masyarakat warga desa Togubang kecamatan Geger kabupaten Bangkalan merasakan sangat bermanfaat dengan adanya program pengabdian ini.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan potensi desa, Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Profil Desa, Desa Togubang. AbstractCommunity service is a movement process of self-empowerment for the benefit of society. Community service is continuous and long-term because building a society requires a long process. There are many aspects that must be touched to make society better, its character, cultivation, and even thought patterns must be touched to truly create a better and better society. Therefore, the community economy must be carried out in a sustainable manner with structured program planning and involving many parties in accordance with their authority and competence. In order to realize responsibility and the spirit of wanting to serve the community, researchers implemented a community service program packaged in empowerment in synergy with the Togubang village government, Geger sub-district, Bangkalan district. The 2024 Bangkalan potential empowerment activity carries the theme "empowering the economic potential of Togubang village, Geger sub-district through empowering village potential. Therefore, the Economic Sector of Togubang village potential empowerment focuses on developing village economic potential through training and mentoring MSMEs. Researchers carried out activities including: digital-based marketing, development of private businesses in villages, processing of superior village products, creation of BumDes. Based on the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, the residents of Togubang village, Geger subdistrict, Bangkalan district feel that this service program is very beneficial.Keywords: empowerment of village potential, Sustainable Development Goals, Village Profile, Togubang Village.

Abstract

Smart Economy is a technology-based approach in managing the economic sector to improve efficiency, productivity, and business competitiveness. In today's digital era, MSMEs are faced with the demand to be able to adapt to technological developments, one of which is through the implementation of Smart Economy. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of Smart Economy can increase the income of MSME actors in Pesisir Utara, Maneron Village, Sepulu District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method on five MSME actors who have used digital technology in their business processes. The results of the study show that the implementation of e-commerce and social media has a direct impact on increasing income and expanding the reach of the MSME market. However, there are still obstacles in terms of digital literacy, internet infrastructure, and business assistance. This study recommends continuous digital training, strengthening infrastructure, and multi-party collaboration as strategies to strengthen the Smart Economy in coastal areas.
