Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya pemahaman guru PAUD terhadap perkembangan motorik anak usia dini. Pada usia dini anak memiliki periode yang penting dalam masa perkembangannya, dan hal penting untuk diperhatikan baik oleh orangtua maupun guru PAUD. Guru PAUD memiliki peran penting dalam memfasilitasi dan mendukung perkembangan motorik anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yaitu memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data terkait melalui buku, jurnal, artikel yang sesuai dengan tema yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman guru PAUD terhadap perkembangan motorik pada anak sangat penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar.  Pemahaman guru PAUD tentang perkembangan motorik anak usia dini pencakup pengetahuan tentang tahapan perkembangan motoric anak secara normal dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai. Keterbatasan dalam pemahaman guru PAUD terhadap perkembangan motorik anak usia dini dapat menghambat proses kemajuan anak dalam mencapai kemampuan motoric yang sesuai usianya. Dalam hal ini diperlukan pemahaman dan pelatihan guru PAUD secara terus menerus.Kata kunci: Guru, Motorik, AUD

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Islamic perspective on violence against children. This type of research is literature study research, namely the author obtains and collects related data through books, articles, and journals that are relevant to the research themes discussed. The subject of this research is related to violence against children. Child violence is one of the important problems in the view of Islamic law. Islamic law places great emphasis on protecting children from all forms of violence and neglect, as well as guaranteeing their rights to receive good care and education. While the object of research is the Islamic point of view. Islam has always been closely related to every aspect of human life. In overcoming the problems that occur, Islam always adheres to the Al-Qur'an and hadith as a guide. There are no exceptions regarding the protection and education of children which are found in the Al-Quran. Islamic law guarantees children's rights in matters of inheritance, guardianship and legal protection. In addition, Islamic law forbids all forms of violence against children, both physical and psychological, as well as neglect that can endanger their safety and well-being. Parents who commit acts of violence or neglect of children may be subject to legal sanctions in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In conclusion, Islamic law pays great attention to protecting children and guaranteeing their rights. Child protection must be carried out responsibly by parents, families

Abstract

This research is inspired by the lack of taxpayer compliance. Thus, many hotel taxes on boarding houses have not been registered so that it affects local tax revenue in the Grogol Petamburan area of the West Jakarta Administrative City. This research is purposed by the author to analyze the extensification of hotel tax on boarding houses in order to increase local tax revenue at the Regional Tax Collection Service Unit (UPPPD) Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta Administrative City in 2022-2023. As well as knowing the obstacles and efforts in overcoming these obstacles in increasing the realization of hotel tax revenue on boarding houses. This research used qualitative research methods. The data used are primary data obtained from informant interviews and secondary data. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results showed that the extensification carried out had been quite effective and contributed to increasing the number of boarding house taxpayers from 234 tax objects in 2020 to 285 active tax objects in 2023. In terms of revenue, there was a significant increase, from Rp3.5 billion in 2022 to Rp4.7 billion in 2023. However, the implementation of this policy still faces obstacles such as low tax literacy among boarding house owners, outdated tax object data, and limited use of technology in the registration and reporting process. To overcome these obstacles can use method by improving coordination with the village and RT/RW, expanding direct and digital socialization, and facilitating tax services through online systems.
