Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is a social issue that is a serious problem in people's lives, especially inurban areas. The challenge faced by the GMIT Eklesia Nun Baun Delha Congregation in terms of wastemanagement lies not only in the quantity of waste but also regarding waste management that is not yetgood. The problem is caused by the lack of availability of proper garbage disposal sites and low awareness of the congregation and the community around the location of the GMIT Eklesia Nun Baun DelhaCongregation's place of worship to dispose of waste in its place. The use of robotic technology in trash binsplaced in the GMIT Eklesia Nun Baun Delha congregation's service building is an alternative offered with theaim of reducing the amount of trash scattered around the worship building and building awareness of themembers of the GMIT Eklesia Congregation themselves to dispose of trash in the space provided. This activity was carried out using the practical method of making a trash can device. At present the GMIT EklesiaNun Baun Delha congregational worship building has a trash can that can be operated by utilizing roboticstechnology where its use is very effective.

Abstract

Suhu lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas ayam. Dimana suhu yang terlampau tinggi atau rendah dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan ayam menjadi lamban sehingga menurunkan produksi daging. Faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ayam pedaging adalah kondisi kelembaban kandang. Karena kelembaban akan mempengaruhi suhu yang dirasakan oleh ayam pedaging. Semua unggas mengeluarkan panas ke lingkungan dengan penguapan kelembaban dari saluran pernafasan dan melalui kulit. Pada kelembaban yang lebih tinggi, kehilangan penguapan lebih sedikit terjadi, meningkatkan suhu nyata anak ayam pada suhu tertentu. Dimana, suhu rata-rata untuk pertumbuhan ayam pedaging pada masa starter adalah 350 C. Penggunaan perangkat kontrol suhu dan kelembaban udara berbasis arduino uno sangat membantu pelaku usaha ternak ayam pedaging untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kondisi suhu dan kelembaban udara dan dengan segera dapat mengambil tindakan untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembaban kandang sesuai dengan standar yang diperbolehkan sehingga pertumbuhan ternak ayam tidak terganggu.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' critical thinking skills, with collaborative ability acting as an intervening variable, in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum for the Database subject in vocational education. This research was conducted at SMKN 6 Kupang involving 60 eleventh-grade students of the Software and Game Development (PPLG) program. A quantitative approach was employed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings of Model 1 indicate that the PjBL model has a significant positive effect on students' collaborative ability (β = 0.390, p < 0.05), explaining 15.2% of the variance. Furthermore, Model 2 reveals that the PjBL model significantly influences students' critical thinking skills both directly and indirectly through collaborative ability. Collaborative ability was found to have a significant effect on critical thinking skills and partially mediates the relationship between PjBL and critical thinking. These results suggest that PjBL not only directly enhances students' critical thinking skills but also strengthens them indirectly by fostering effective collaboration during project implementation. Therefore, the integration of PjBL in vocational learning, particularly in Database subjects, is effective in supporting the development of critical thinking and collaborative competencies required in 21st-century learning and the Merdeka Curriculum framework.
