Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendekatan saintifik; untuk mengetahui kendala apa sajakah yang dialami oleh guru sejarah dalam kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendekatan saintifik, dan untuk mengetahui cara guru sejarah mengatasi kendala dalam kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Observasi focus pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Studi dokumen dalam penelitian ini berupa silabus, RPP, hasil tugas siswa dan ketuntasan dalam penilaian autentik. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis hipotesis yang bersifat proposisi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik guru sejarah di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang mengalami kendala yang cukup kompleks. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dengan 5 M (mengamati, menanya, menalar, mencoba dan membuat jaringan). Kendala yang dialami oleh guru sejarah di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang adalah sebagai berikut kendala alokasi waktu, kendala penilaian autentik dan kendala kreativitas guru. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh guru sejarah di SMK Negeri 7 Semarang adalah mementingkan materi pembelajaran sejarah dengan mengurangi aspek penilaian autentik dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi agar pembelajaran tidak monoton. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and company size on firm value in the large trade sub sector of manufactured goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018, either simultaneously or partially. The population used in this study is the sub-sector companies of large-scale production goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which submit their financial reports of 26 companies. The design of this research is causal quantitative as proof of the effect of capital structure and firm size as independent variables on firm value as the dependent variable. The data collected by documents recording, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) capital structure and firm size had a significant effect on firm value, (2) capital structure had a positive and significant effect on firm value, (3) firm size had a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The challenge for society in the digital era is the emergence of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity, or VUCA, so sensitivity, adaptivity, and constructive understanding are needed for all elements in a country, especially society. This study aims to describe how efforts to build coastal community resilience in the VUCA era through the business sector and knowledge management. This research is qualitative with a grounded theory method with a Straussian approach. Research data were collected through indirect observation and interviews so that they could be analyzed through detailed narratives. Based on the research results, it is known that coastal communities can face the VUCA era through the development of the business sector, especially on a small and medium scale. Even so, efforts are needed to implement a knowledge management system so that every business actor in the coastal area can innovate and compete in the VUCA era. The existence of business activities accompanied by systematic knowledge management will improve coastal communities economic conditions sustainably, even in the VUCA era.

Abstract

Dalam kriteria kelulusan, nilai akhir seorang siswa yang menentukan apakah lulus atau tidak diperoleh dari nilai ujian nasional dan nilai sekolah dalam ujian praktik maupun tertulis. Di sisi lain nilai siswa juga dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi sistem pengolahan nilai siswa yang dapat menghitung dan menilai secara otomatis berbasis Web. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto untuk menentukan siswa yang berprestasi. Sistem ini menggunakan empat user login yaitu Admin, Wali Kelas, Guru, dan Siswa. Setiap user login memiliki sistem yang berbeda-beda. User Admin dapat mengolah data siswa dan guru. User Wali kelas dapat mengontrol siswa satu kelas sesuai wali kelasnya dan wali kelas dapat mencetak nilai siswa berupa Raport. User Guru dapat memberikan nilai siswa sesuai mata pelajaran dan dapat mencetak laporan berupa Trankrip (Daftar nilai siswa). User Siswa dapat melihat nilai yang diperoleh. Nilai yang dibutuhkan dalam sistem antara lain nilai tugas, UH (Ulangan Harian), PTS (Penilaian Tengah Semester), dan PAS (Penilaian Akhir Semester).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of learning history in curriculum 2013 using a scientific approach, to find out what constraints experienced by history teachers in the 2013 curriculum using a scientific approach, and to find out how history teachers overcome obstacles in the 2013 curriculum using a scientific approach This research uses data collection method in the form of observation, interview, and document study. Observation focuses on the implementation of learning using a scientific approach. Document study in this research is the syllabus, RPP, the result of student tasks, and mastery in authentic assessment—technique examination of data validity using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis analysis, which is a proposition. The results of this study indicate that in implementing the scientific approach to history, teachers in SMK Negeri 7 Semarang experienced quite complex constraints. The implementation of history learning in the 2013 curriculum uses a scientific approach with 5 M (observing, asking, reasoning, trying, and networking). The obstacles experienced by history teachers in SMK Negeri 7 Semarang are the constraints of time allocation, authentic assessment constraints, and teacher creativity constraints. The solution made by the history teacher at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang is concerned with historical learning materials by reducing aspects of authentic assessment and using varied learning methods so that learning is not monotonous.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the web system training conducted in Kanyoran Village, Kediri Regency, focusing on the development of applications that benefit the community. The issue faced by the villagers is the lack of understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology for marketing their craft products, particularly bamboo weaving. In response to this challenge, the research employs a step-by-step training method, beginning with an introduction to the material and extending to the use of hosting services. Over the course of two days, participants were equipped with practical skills through interactive teaching designed to enhance their knowledge and confidence in using digital applications. The evaluation results indicate that the majority of participants found the training material easy to understand, the developed application useful, and the hosting training sufficiently clear. The questionnaires filled out by participants revealed that 70% of respondents felt motivated to use the application for further marketing. Thus, the training successfully achieved its goal of improving the community's understanding and skills in leveraging digital technology. Recommendations for future activities include extending the training duration and providing more hands-on practice sessions to enhance participants' confidence in using the application, as well as incorporating advanced modules that cover deeper digital marketing strategies

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the needs of local wisdom-based literature learning modules in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires to teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that literature learning in schools is not optimal because most teachers still rely on text teaching materials and have not consistently linked the material to local culture. Meanwhile, student responses showed high enthusiasm for literature learning that is contextualized with their regional life and culture. The use of learning modules is considered capable of improving the structure, interactivity, and relevance of learning materials. Therefore, the development of local wisdom-based literature modules is a strategic step to strengthen cultural identity, increase learning motivation, and make the learning process more meaningful.

Abstract

The term hybrid contracts (al-ququd al-murakkabah / multiakad) are already familiar to practitioners and academics of sharia economic law. This indicates the rapid innovation in sharia economic law, especially in sharia financial institutions. Each product issued by Islamic financial institutions certainly uses more than one contract, including multipurpose financing products. Then what about the hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad who stated "... has prohibited two agreements (contract) in one agreement (contract) ...". Is multipurpose financing including prohibited or not? To answer this question, the author tries to examine more comprehensively about the application of the concept of hybrid contracts to Multipurpose Financing. The results of the author's analysis suggest the following: first, that in its implementation, multipurpose financing applied in Islamic banking uses a hybrid contracts (al-‘uqud al-murakkabah / multiakad). The contracts applied to this multipurpose financing are murabahah contracts, ijarah contracts, and kafalah contracts; second, the application of hybrid contracts in multipurpose financing turns out as long as it does not conflict with the rules in Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking and does not conflict with the MUI DSN Fatwa on Murabahah, Ijarah and Kafalah, and does not conflict with the Compilation of Islamic Economic Law (KHES), therefore, the application of these hybrid contracts is permissible. and third, as for the object of multipurpose financing in the form of halal goods and / or services (allowed by sharia), including financing to meet customer needs for halal goods / objects, in addition to land and residential buildings, flats (apartments, shop houses, home office) cars and gold. The financing objects that are allowed include: two-wheeled motorcycles, building materials, electronic goods, household furniture. These objects are not necessarily the same as those applied to other banks.
