Observation form as an instrument. Univariat and bivariate variable were used and used paired t-test with alpha 0,05. Result: The results showed that 60.0% of mothers given perineal massage did not experience perineal rupture, the average rupture was 1.47 with a standard deviation of 0.64 and as many as 46.7% of mothers who were not given perineal massage had a secon degree rupture, on average rupture is 1.40 with a standard deviation of 0.986. Perineal massage has an effect on the spontaneous perineal rupture in maternal (p value 0.008). Abstract

Breech position is one of the four main indications for caesarean section worldwide. This breech location can occur in 3-4% of all deliveries. A breech delivery gives a poor prognosis because it increases the risk of complications for the mother and fetus. There are two ways to manage a breech pregnancy, namely knee chest and external version, but there are physical exercises that can provide abdominal space so that it gives the baby the opportunity to rotate, namely prenatal yoga activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between prenatal yoga and knee chest in changing the position of the breech fetus to normal. The methodology of this research is using post test with control group design. The study population was pregnant women in the third trimester with a breech position as many as 42 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 30 people into samples which were divided into 2 groups, namely 15 experimental group (prenatal yoga) and 15 control group (knee chest). The research instrument used the results of Ultrasonography and observation sheets. Data analysis used the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that there was a difference in the average time needed to change the position of the fetus by doing prenatal yoga and knee-chest. Prenatal yoga takes a shorter time (10 days) while knee-chest takes longer (15 days) so that prenatal yoga is more effective for pregnant women in improving fetal presentation. Bivariate results showed a ( p-value of 0.002 < 0.005). Conclusions based on the results of the study there was a difference in the average time required to change the position of the fetus by doing prenatal yoga and knee-chest. Prenatal yoga takes a shorter time while knee-chest takes longer to help turn the fetal presentation into a head so that prenatal yoga is more effective in helping to improve fetal presentation.

Abstract

Background: The second highest MMR in Indonesia in 2023 was due to obstetric haemorrhage, which accounted for 17.16% of the total MMR of 4,129. One of the factors causing obstetric haemorrhage is anaemia. In 2023, the Indonesian Health Service Office reported that the proportion of anaemia in pregnant women in Indonesia was 27.7%, and in West Java in 2023 it was 10.44%. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to help overcome anaemia is the administration of date juice. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of date juice administration on haemoglobin levels and blood glucose levels in pregnant women with anaemia. Method: This type of research is a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population is pregnant women in the third trimester with anaemia. The sample in this study consisted of 20 people who were then given treatment. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon test and Paired sample t test. Result: The results showed an increase in the average haemoglobin level before (10.11 g/dL) and after (11.60 g/dL) the providing of date juice. Meanwhile, the average blood glucose level before (96.30 mg/dL) and after (96.65 mg/dL) showed a slight increase. The results of the Wolcoxon test on haemoglobin levels showed a p value = 0.000, so there is a significant effect of date juice administration on haemoglobin levels. Meanwhile, from the results of the paired sample t test on blood glucose levels, the p value = 0.953, so there is no effect of date juice administration on blood glucose levels in pregnant women in the third trimester with anaemia.
