This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control on financial management behavior of students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau. The population in this study were active undergraduate students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau, batch 2018 and 2019 both male and female who lived in boarding houses with a total of 88 students. The sample of this study amounted to 88 students with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through google forms and the collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out with partial and simultaneous significant tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.440, which means that 44% of financial management behavior was influenced by financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control while the remaining 56% was influenced by other independent variables not included in this study. Future research is expected to be able to examine other variables other than the three variables in the study. This study aims to analyze the influence of the school environment and self-efficacy on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. The problem addressed is the low student learning outcomes, which are suspected to be caused by a lack of support for the school environment and self-efficacy. The methodology used was a quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of 165 students and a sample of 63 students drawn using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure the school environment and self-efficacy, as well as documentation of final semester exam scores for learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the school environment and self-efficacy significantly influenced student learning outcomes, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 59.1%. A t-test indicated that the school environment and self-efficacy each significantly influenced learning outcomes with significance values of 0.001 and 0.000, respectively. These findings emphasize the importance of developing the school environment and self-efficacy in improving student learning outcomes.

This paper discusses the effectiveness of creative product learning and entrepreneurship in the light vehicle engineering programme at Class XII of SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara. The method the researchers used was a quantitative descriptive method with a formative evaluation model. The research object was creative product learning and entrepreneurship of class XII. Data collection techniques used tests and observation. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results imply that the presentation for the learning process was 72.5% and students’ learning outcome was 53.85%. Thus, it can be concluded that (1) the creative products and entrepreneurship learning process in the light vehicle engineering program at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara is still in the sufficient category, (2) students’ learning outcome of creative products and entrepreneurship in the light vehicle engineering program at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara is still in the less category, and (3) the effectiveness of creative product learning and entrepreneurship in the light vehicle engineering program at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara is still not effective.

This article addresses the low learning outcomes in integrated Social Studies (IPS) for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru during online learning. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method to examine the effect of learning motivation and learning independence on students’ learning outcomes. The population included all eighth-grade students, with a purposive sample of 78 students from classes VIII B and VIII G. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results showed that learning motivation contributed 70.3% to students’ learning outcomes, while learning independence contributed 76.2%. The findings indicate that both learning motivation and learning independence have a positive and significant effect on students’ learning outcomes during online learning, with a combined contribution of 76.2% in integrated IPS subjects.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has transformed various sectors, including education. One of the most influential AI-based applications today is Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), which is widely used by students as an interactive learning assistant. This study aims to examine the influence of ChatGPT usage on students’ perceptions of learning quality. This quantitative correlational research involved 100 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through the Chi-Square test and Ordinal Logistic Regression. The findings reveal a significant correlation between ChatGPT usage and students’ learning quality perception. These results indicate that the more frequently and critically students use ChatGPT, the more positive their perception of learning quality becomes. ChatGPT thus serves as an innovative and adaptive learning tool that enhances educational quality when utilized responsibly and ethically.

This research is motivated by the low motivation of students to learn, especially in the subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship caused by the use of conventional learning media. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the use of interactive PowerPoint media in increasing students' learning motivation. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design through a pretest-posttest control group design pattern. The research population amounted to 130 students, with a sample of 54 students and was selected using the class-based Cluster Sampling technique (intact group). The determination of this sample also contains elements of Purposive sampling. The results on the paired sample t-test of the control and experimental classes showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the results of the independent sample t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The average N-Gain value of the control class was 16.97% (low category), while the experimental class was 57.80% (medium category). This shows that the use of interactive PowerPoint media is more effective in increasing students' learning motivation compared to conventional methods. Thus, interactive PowerPoint media can be recommended as an innovative learnig alternative to increase students' motivation to learn.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using e-booklet teaching materials and the intensity of practice questions in improving students' accounting learning outcomes in Vocational High Schools (SMK). Students' low learning outcomes in Special Commercial Accounting Journal material are caused by the complexity of the material, limited learning resources, and the application of teacher-centered learning. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design on two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcome tests, observations, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the use of e-booklet teaching materials proved to be statistically effective in improving the accounting learning outcomes of vocational high school students, as shown by the results of the two-group difference test with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05 and reinforced by the N-Gain test results with an effectiveness level of 82.6% in the high category. Meanwhile, the intensity of practice questions was in the moderate to high category, show a statistically significant difference in learning outcomes, thus acting as a supporting factor whose effectiveness depends on the quality of practice and concept reinforcement during learning.

The University of Riau Student Cooperative (KOPMA UR) serves as a platform for economic activities and a vehicle for entrepreneurial education for students. The success of the cooperative is greatly influenced by the performance of the board in managing the organization and providing services to members. Good board performance is expected to increase member satisfaction, which ultimately encourages participation, loyalty, and the sustainability of the cooperative. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of board performance on the satisfaction of members of the University of Riau Student Cooperative. The study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and causal-associative (bivariate) research methods. The study population consists of 50 active members, with total sampling used. Data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression after undergoing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that management performance has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.802 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.552 indicates that 55.2% of the variation in member satisfaction is explained by the performance of the management, while 44.8% is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that improving the performance of the management—particularly in terms of transparency, service quality, communication, and innovation—plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and the sustainability of the cooperative.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning model based on Flipped Classroom in improving student learning activities and conceptual understanding of financial statements at SMK Perbankan Riau. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasiexperimental one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 24 students of class XII Akuntansi 2 as the total sampling. Data were collected through concept comprehension tests, learning activity observation sheets, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive analysis, the N-Gain formula, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and paired sample t-test. The results showed that student learning activity increased consistently from 61% (Moderate) in the first meeting to 90% (Very Active) in the third, with an overall questionnaire average of 79% (Active). Conceptual understanding improved significantly, with the mean score rising from 40.21 (pretest) to 85.00 (posttest), all 24 students (100%) achieving the minimum competency standard (KKM), and an N-Gain percentage of 76.32% classified as Effective. The paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that the STAD-Flipped model effectively enhances financial statement concept comprehension.
