Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep perilaku kepemimpinan dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research). Hasil kajian ini menjelaskan tentang perilaku kepemimpinan yang meliputi pengertian, tujuan, fungsi, jenis-jenis kepemimpinan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam kajian ini ialah kepemimpinan yaitu bagian penting dalam organisasi, pemimpin mengorganisasikan sumber daya nya dengan kemampuan seorang untuk mengarahkan orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu sesuai dengan tujuan bersama. Keberhasilan kepemimpinan dinilai dari prilaku kepemimpinan yang di terapkan dan kepuasan bawahannya.

Abstract

The cash flow report is a component of financial reports that has an important role in the decision making process. The cash flow statement includes three main categories: operating activities, investing activities, and maintenance activities. In operational activities, this report reveals how efficient the company is in generating cash from its core business activities. Cash flow statements are used effectively in company performance analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the financial condition of the company PT United Tractors using cash flow ratio analysis. This research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, namely using calculations of the operating cash flow ratio, cash cover ratio, capital expenditure ratio, total debt ratio and net profit ratio. The data collection technique used is document study and literature study. The results of this research as a whole show that the cash flow statement ratio analysis of PT United Tractors in 2021-2022 shows good financial performance.

Abstract

Corporate culture and Human Resource Management (HRM) practices are two inseparable elements that form the foundation of a successful organization . This article delves into two important dimensions of corporate culture and HR practices and explores how they are interrelated and impact overall corporate performance and identity. The research method in this research uses a qualitative approach , namely to get an overview of several cultures and practices that exist in the company The research techniques used are data collection, namely interviews, and observation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research are the culture and practice of HRM at PT. SURYA GRAHA plays a role in managing human resources and achieving company goals. and also he applies good and correct HR culture and practices so that they are relevant to research topics and help companies integrate HR culture and practices to improve their performance. Effective HR practices and a strong corporate culture are two inseparable elements in forming a developed organization. Both interact with each other and have an impact on the company's performance and identity . The Role of Culture in Performance, Corporate culture has a significant impact on employee behavior and organizational performance. A good culture can increase employee motivation, productivity, and awareness to improve their performance . Good HR practices such as selective recruitment, training, and development, can improve the quality of human resources in the organization.
