Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is an organization of national associations in Indonesia which is engaged in social humanity, one of the services performed by the PMI is a disaster handling. In the event of a disaster, the Red Cross Indonesia will dispatch a team named SATGANA. Teams that has been dispatched must make a report on the disaster that has occurred. Right now in PMI Surabaya, SATGANA team is not well monitored, the letter of assignment is often too late to be given, and the assessment should be reported at least 30 minutes after arriving at the site, often delayed or even not given. Another problem that arises is the absence of a system that provides information to PMI regarding status of each report is written, it is not stored properly, so many reports were missing or damaged. Based on the above problems, it takes an application that is able to facilitate the process of monitoring for the PMI. It also needed a system that helps the PMI for making the reports of the disaster. Developed systems made using the Waterfall method. Based on the results of trials that have been done, the system can meet the needs of the PMI Surabaya City in the process of disaster news, monitoring and process team SATGANA disaster reports.

Abstract

University of Surabaya (Ubaya) uses information technology such as website as information and communication media. Based on data from www.alexa.com,  the number of visitors ran kuntil January 2016 is declining until 142.796. University of Surabaya needs to know whether the website quality has satisfied users satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of website quality on users satisfaction.  The independent variables are usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. Dependent variable is users satisfaction. The samples used in this study were 125 respondents.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that usabilty quality has a significant value of 0,000 (<0,05),  information quality has a significant value of 0,002 (<0,05), and interaction quality has significant value of 0,011 (<0,05). So that, the conclusion of this study are three independent variables of website quality had statistically significant impact on users satisfaction.

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Rumah sakit dinilai sesuai kondisi perseorangan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Kecenderungan peningkstsn ksasus penyakit yang terkait gizi (nutrition-related-disease) pada semua kelompok rentan mulai dari ibu hamil, bayi, anak, remaja,hingga lansia,memerlukan penatalaksanaan gizi secara khusus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan gizi yang bermutu untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan status gizi yang optimal dan mempercepat penyembuhan.   Pada instalasi gizi RSUD DR. Soetomo ini membutuhkan sebuah sarana untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan serta informasi dan konsultasi untuk memberikan pelayanan untuk pemenuhan gizi pasien, baik secara langsung ataupun melalui sarana online dan juga adanya kebutuhan untuk sebuah sarana untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online, karena pasien tidak hanya terbatas pada masyarakat lokal, tetapi juga masyarakat dari daerah lain. Hal ini untuk mempertahankan penilaian akreditasi A sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dan sebagai syarat untuk menjadi rumah sakit bertaraf internasional.

Abstract

PT Kopaba Jatim is a business entity engaged in manpower distribution to the Bank Jatim’s branches. PT Kopaba Jatim joint moves with Bank Jatim cooperative. Manpower provided by these companies is security, drivers and office boy. PT Jatim Kopaba have a problems associated with data employee. Some problems are piled up files, employee history data less accurate, and the difficulty in performing insert, update, delete. Moreover, in the process of making contracts letter, mutation letter and termination letter took a long time because the system is based on Microsoft Excel that can be accessed by one client only, Microsoft Excel are also less effective to monitor the employees in nearly all branches of Bank Jatim. Based on the issues, PT Kopaba should have a system to facilitate the process of personnel administration. So the correct solution is the making of personnel administration information system that can determine which employees will be out of contract next three months, facilitate administrative processes and simplify the employee making the report related. With this system, employee data collection process becomes more effective. Report generation is more accurate. Also based on alpha test with 27 function test result is 100% according to user needs.

Abstract

STIKOM library has four online services such as web one sir.stikom.edu, sir.stikom.edu is institutional repository that contains information collection of scientific papers related to the work of the academic society that is open to anyone. Nevertheless website sir.stikom.edu now deemed less attractive academic faculty and students STIKOM, even based on the results of interviews with the library manager that the academic faculty and students STIKOM more like its old access online services web digilib.stikom.edu. Based on these problems, then this final project conducted a preliminary study to measure the quality of a website in terms of end-user satisfaction and site visitors using WebQual, Of the deployment of questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. Furthermore, the normality test data and test assumptions as a condition for the implementation of the next step that multiple linear regression.  Based on the results of this test showed that the variable quality of use (usability) with a coefficient of 0.266, the quality of information (information quality) of 0.141, and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) amounted to 0.196 positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) with a coefficient of determination amounting to 0.611 which means WebQual contribution to customer satisfaction by 61%.

Abstract

PT. E-T-A Indonesia is a subsidiary of international company from Germany which are engaged in the design and production circuit breaker that aims to give solution an electric current protection. The problem in PT. E-T-A Indonesia is process of performance assessment obstructed because MD and GM often out of town so that the HRD have to postpone the assessment. Then, next problem is too many performance assessment sheets to be done that caused HRD difficulty in performing calculations and archiving the assessment results.To overcome the problem of above, performance assessment needs to be converted to digital and computerized data. To fulfill the need of it has to be made an web-based application of performance assessment in PT. E-T-A Indonesia. Performance assessment application making uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).The result of research showed this application can support the process of employees’ recommendation, value and recommendation results recapitulation. Abstract

Museum Teknoform is one of the many technology-themed museums owned by Dinamika University. There have some problem at the Museum Teknoform that have been described. First, collection registration using manual method with Microsoft Excel, so the data cannot be accessed simultaneously because there is no centralized database and it cause storage errors when access the data. Second, the inventory of collections by the Museum Teknoform has not yet been carried out, as a result of incomplete information, such as no numbering or coding of item and no information describing the items, officers do not know for sure about the quantity and condition of the item. This is very influential in making collentions reports. Where complete information is needed to make it easier to compile reports on the development of collection owned by the Museum Teknoform. Third, there are many collections in the Museum Teknoform that do not have a catalog, which prevents the Museum Teknoform from accessing information about the collection quickly and precisely. Based on the explanation abov, Museum Teknoform needs a system that can help Museum Teknoform be able to solve the problems found in the company by designing and building a registration and inventory application of Museum Teknoform collection.

Abstract

PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia is a company engaged in plywood sales, PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia sells Plywood made from logs of sengon and meranti type. The company sells ten products and each product has five types of grade, so far the business process in sales activities is done by way of customers coming directly to the company or contacting by telephone so that it can take the customer's time to find out the products sold by the company. The development of information technology has brought great changes in the business world. With the internet business can be done anytime and anywhere, one part of the development of technology is E-Commerce, which is an electronic trade that can help companies to introduce their products and can help companies to sell their products online. So far, PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia has not used E-Commerce facilities so that companies to introduce their products to the sales department come to property developers or furniture entrepreneurs to offer their products. With the existence of E-Commerce, it is expected to make it easier for companies to introduce their products and make it easier for customers to know the products sold by the company and can make purchases online without having to go to the company.

Abstract

ATM is one of the e-banking services used by banks. Currently, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kediri Branch Office has 123 ATM machines spread across the city and district of Kediri that can be used by customers. Respondents who will be surveyed are bank customers and IT parties as well as ATM managers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kediri Branch Offices. The current ATM display is still a blue screen with white writing and writing. There are several problems experienced by users in operating ATMs from the absence of icons to make it easier for users, the form of display and writing that is less attractive to users, user satisfaction in operating the current ATM display, the suitability of the location of the buttons on the ATM, as well as the ease and understanding of users in operating the ATM.The design sprint method which consists of five stages in this research is expected to provide input for the design of the user interface and user experience in the form of a prototype. After validating using AB Testing, it has been found that prototype A is more chosen with a percentage of seventy-five percent (75%) than prototype B which is only twenty-five percent (25%) so it can be concluded that customers prefer using a more colorful ATM display and added icons so that the contents on the menu can be easily understood by users.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan perekrutan karyawan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses penilaian calon karyawan. Proses penilaian calon karyawan akan menggunakan metode fuzzy tsukamoto, Metode ini merupakan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan nilai privasi atau nilai preferensi dari calon karyawan tersebut dengan cara menginput beberapa data dari kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh suatu perusahaan tertentu. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan calon karyawan terbaik berdasarkan nilai variabel-variabel yang sudah ditetapkan oleh manajemen perusahaan.
