Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai adalah a) untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servicescape, Merek dan Harga Secara Simultan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Yamaha Pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo. b) untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servicescape, Merek dan Harga Secara Parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Yamaha Pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo. c) untuk mengetahui variabel diantara Servicescape, Merek dan Harga yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian Asosiatif, dengan variabel yang digunakan meliputi Servicescape, Merek, Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian. Metode analisis data hasil penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik berupa analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Servicescape, Merek dan Harga Secara Parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Yamaha Pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara Servicescape, Merek dan Harga Secara Parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Yamaha Pada Dealer Kartika 3 Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

Tempat melakukan survei ini yaitu PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Probolinggo. Tujuannya buat menentukan efek menguntungkan dari lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metodologi kausal-asosiatif, kinerja merupakan komponen dependen, sedangkan lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan komunikasi merupakan elemen independen. 40 responden dari PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Probolinggo adalah populasi yang digunakan, dan sampel jenuh digunakan dalam metode pengambilan sampel. sesuai hasil uji hipotesis membagikan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Probolinggo mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif serta signifikan (2) Motivasi PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Probolinggo mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif serta signifikan (3) Komunikasi PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Probolinggo mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif serta signifikan.

Abstract

Probo Sakti akan semakin berkembang secara maksimal jika faktor-faktornya terpenuhi dengan baik. Salah satu faktornya ialah kualitas produk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, harga wajar, dan promosi penjualan yang ditawarkan cukup bersaing dengan bisnis lain. Motivasi di balik penelitian ini ialah untuk menentukan dampak kualitas barang, biaya, dan kemajuan pada pilihan pembelian di UD Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo. Metode dipenelitian ini ialah KuantIatIf mendekatkan di asosiatifnya. Kualitas produk ditemukan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagian, menurut penelitian ini. Selain itu, harga dan promosi keduanya memiliki dampak kecil namun efek besar pada pilihan pembelian pelanggan. Kualitas barang, biaya, dan kemajuan semuanya memengaruhi pilihan pembelian secara bersamaan, menurut penelitian ini, seperti halnya kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara parsial. Dalam penelitian ini, harga merupakan faktor yang paling penting.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency with the aim of knowing the effect of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population is all consumers who come to buy products at Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency and the sample is taken using a non-probability sampling technique through internal sampling (accidental sampling), as many as 50 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation which were distributed to respondents. Methods of data analysis from research results, namely quantitative methods in the form of validity and reliability tests as well as testing hypotheses with multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests and partial tests, simultaneous and dominant tests using SPSS Version 23.0. The results showed that the Product, Price, Distribution Channel, and Promotion Variables simultaneously or jointly and partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision of Rocket Chicken Dringu Products. And Promotion has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions compared to other variables.

Abstract

The decision to purchase KFC in Probolinggo City can be maximized if the conditions are met properly. One factor in improving product quality is by providing good product quality and prices that match the quality of the products being marketed. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on partial purchasing decisions at KFC Probolinggo City. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population of this research is consumers who made purchases at KFC Probolinggo City in February 2022, totaling 719 consumers. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 75 respondents. The data sources used in this research came from primary data and data secondary. Data was collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that partial product quality has no significant effect on Purchasing decisions and price partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City with research objectives to be achieved is to determine the effect of Product Innovation, Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions partially on CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City. The population in this study were consumers who visited using estimated purchase in the previous few months, namely: February to April 2023 as many as 192 consumers. While the researcher was conducting the research, the samples taken were as many as 64 respondents using the incidental sampling technique. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, the variables used include Product Innovation, Product Quality, Price and Purchase Decision. The method of data analiysis from the results of this study is a quantitative descriptive method using statistics in the from of instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, cofficients of determination and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the study are shown by the results of the partial hypothetical test that has been carried out with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded that 1) Product Innovation with a tcount value of 2.201 is greater than a ttable of 1.670. 2) Product Quality with tcount value is 3.514 greater than ttable 1.670. 3) Prices with a tcount value are 3.408 greater than the 1.670 ttable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on partial employee performance at CV. Pia Forta Probolinggo City. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach, with a sample size of 32 respondents who are CV employees. Pia Forta Probolinggo City using saturated sampling techniques. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and also the T test are data analysis methods. In this way, from the results of the T Test it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of CV employees.
