AbstractThis research mean to know about reflected symbol that show relation between man to God, man to other man, and man to nature, then implemented in literary learning.This research used descriptive method and qualitative form with semiotic study by Charles Sander Peirce. Data source is text of folklore DayakKanayant dialect Bajare community, Setanduk village Capkala district Bengkayang regency. Data in this research is symbol that connect man to God, man to man, and man to nature. Data tools the researcher. Steps to collect the data is recording, transcription, translation, identification, and classification. The conclusion that is (1) symbol of relation man to God were buuhmalindo, asung, alu, bade, aikkasanggan, babont, manoksabungan, asukitamp, tumpiâ€™ poeâ€™, kapursirih, bontokng, barassasah, aikkasanggan, anger binyak, pa tekng-tekng, tapungktawar, kobetbasaâ€™, kobetkarikng, penekngunyitmatabaras, lagor, tapayant, burukngketo, kaikngkuning, kaikngmerah, banang, (2) symbol of relation man to man were asung, alu, babont, manoksabungan, asukitamp, kapursirih, banang, burukngketo, (3) symbol of relation man to nature were hutan, babont, manok, asuk, burukngketo, kayuara, parahu, aikkasanggan.Â Keyword: Analysist, Bajare Dialect, DayakKanayant, Folklore, Symbol.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Motivation, Discipline and Cooperation on the Performance of PT Sarana Panen Perkasa Medan Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources using a Likert scale. The total sample of research respondents was 108 respondents. This data processing uses SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the partial test, the results obtained are that the Motivation variable has no effect on Employee Performance, seen from the t value 1.081 t table 1,659, with a significance level of 0.282 0.05. Then the Discipline variable also has an influence and is significant on employee performance, seen from the tcount value of 5.492 1.659, with a significance level of 0.0000.05. And the Collaboration variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance, seen from the tcount value of 7.319 ttable 1.659, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. In the simultaneous test, this result shows that F countF table, namely 54,7972.46 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the variables Motivation (X1), Discipline (X2) and Cooperation (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Panen Perkasa.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid19 dan dilaksanakan dengan menjalankan protokol kesehatan, sesuai anjuran pemerintah. Mitra Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini adalah kelompok UMKM yang menjalankan bidang usaha pembuatan makanan ringan keripik dan makanan ringan lainnya di Desa Bahdamar, Kecamatan Dolok Marawan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Provinsi sumatra Utara. Tujuan pengabdiaan ini mendapatkan pemahaman, pencerahan perihal penerapan manajemen, memahami aspek- aspek penting dalam pengembangan manajemen UMKM. Mendapatkan motivasi agar kelompok menggunakan media internet sebagai sarana dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan demikian kelompok mampu menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul.Metode yang dilakukan adalah Ceramah dan diskusi merupakan cara yang dipakai tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memakai metode 30% pemaparan makalah berupa power point dan 70% berupa diskusi atau menjawab pertanyaan dari para peserta Kelompok UMKM Desa Bahdamar. Target kegiatan ini adalah kelompok UMKM dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dengan menggunakan sistem Manajemen yang lebih baik, bidang Pemasaran melalui media internet, sehingga omzet penjualan akan meningkat pada masa pandemic Covid19 ini. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah kelompok UMKM dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dengan menggunakan sistem Manajemen yang lebih baik, bidang Pemasaran melalui media internet, sehingga omzet penjualan akan meningkat terutama pada masa pandemic Covid19 ini

Karo berkaitan dengan kompetensi, terlebih lagi dalam hal sotf competency, rendahnya komitmen, rendahnya daya juang, rendahnya hasrat berprestasi, rendahnya kemampuan siswa siswi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (internet) sebagai sarana yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam meraih keunggulan kompetetif dan sukses masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah agar siswa siswi MAN Karo dapat termotivasi bersaing lulus masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Baik para investor maupun masyarakat umum sangat menyukai investasi properti. Investasi di sektor properti adalah investasi jangka panjang yang mencakup aktiva yang dapat digunakan berulang kali. Properti seperti CV. Platinum Regency, yang terletak di Jalan Platina VI, Kel. Titi Papan, Kec. Medan Deli, Kota Medan, memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal bagi warga yang dipindah tugaskan di daerah tersebut. Ada banyak orang yang membelinya, tetapi harganya selalu naik. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk membantu developver dalam memasarkan perumahannya. Kesimpulan Tantangan Platinum Regency meliputi promosi media yang terbatas, perencanaan strategis yang lemah, biaya hubungan yang tinggi, dan komunitas miskin. Lingkungan yang kompleks dan kebutuhan hidup yang banyak membuat tantangan ini sulit untuk diatasi.

This Community Partnership Service is a concept of applying entrepreneurship courses in the Entrepreneurship Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Al Azhar based on the Community Empowerment Program, it is expected that the Management Study Program will know the importance of entrepreneurship in improving business and continue to the community in Manunggal Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The method that will be used is the experimental learning method and the concept of literature study on entrepreneurship and SWOT Analysis. The delivery is in the form of lectures, group discussions so that people can actively participate in this activity. In the training, the material presented: The concept of entrepreneurship. After the activity was carried out, it was found that the participants were quite responsive and enthusiastic in following the training material, as evidenced by the many questions asked by the participants and there was a business plan made to make it after the next Batch series at Universitas Al Azhar

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of direct spending, indirect spending, and local government equity on economic growth in the province of Central Kalimantan in 2018- 2020. The population in this study were all regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan province, totaling 14 regencies/cities. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that direct spending and local government equity have a positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, indirect spending has no positive effect on economic growth.

The Binjai Resort Police (Polres) is one of the state institutions that handles public security issues under the North Sumatra Regional Police (POLDASU), in carrying out their services the police officers are assisted by their civil servants or Civil Servants who are assigned to assist in handling service administration the public at the police station. The results showed that: The variable of spiritual intelligence is the value of tcount- 1,820 > ttable1,692 with a significant 0.000 <0.050, meaning that partially Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. Emotional Intelligence variable value tcount10.460 > ttable1,692 with a significant 0.000 > 0.050, meaning that partially there is influence and significant from Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. Based on the results of the determination test, the adjusted R square is 0.964, this means that 96.4% of employee performance variations can be explained by the independent variables Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, while the rest (100% - 96.4% = 5.6%) can be explained by other independent variables that are not included. include in this research such as leadership style, work environment and others.

This community service aims to integrate Fiqh Muamalah Amaliyah based on Maqashid Sharia in addressing inflation as a contemporary economic challenge that affects public welfare. High inflation reduces purchasing power and widens social inequality. Therefore, fiqh muamalah, grounded in Islamic values such as justice (al-‘adl), public benefit (al-maslahah), and protection of wealth (hifzh al-mal), is used as a normative and applicative approach. The program was implemented in Manunggal Village, Deli Serdang, involving women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The service earning methods included interactive lectures, literature study, group discussions, and SWOT analysis to understand the potential and challenges of household businesses. The results showed improved participants’ understanding of Islamic economic principles, the emergence of new business ideas based on Islamic ethics, and the development of practical guidelines for dealing with inflation. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and participatory observation, indicating the effectiveness of this approach in fostering Islamic economic awareness at the grassroots level. This community service highlights the importance of fiqh muamalah as an adaptive and contextual solution to local economic dynamics, while also promoting sustainable family economic empowerment.
