Abstract

Today's development requires young people in Bandung to follow a lifestyle. Cigarettes are one product that can show a person's lifestyle. Although it has been socialized that cigarettes are not good for health, but because of the demands of lifestyle and influenced by relationships, many young people in the city of Bandung smoke. Many cigarette companies in Indonesia are famous for producing cigarettes that have a distinctive taste. In the research, the level of consumer satisfaction was measured by analyzing the marketing mix indicator on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products among young people in the city of Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive method that using primary data in the form of interviews, observation and questionnaires, and also used secondary data. The smpling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sample of young people over the age of 20 years. The results show that the level of consumer satisfaction in the city of Bandung on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products is at a good level or it can be stated that consumers are satisfied with product of Djarum Super MLD cigarette.

Abstract

Kuliner di kota Bandung merupakah salah satu destinasi wisata yang menjadi unggulan untuk para wisatawan. Dengan perkembangan yang semakin pesat, maka pelaku bisnis kuliner berlomba untuk menciptakan kuliner yang berbeda dengan yang telah ada. Tidak terkecuali dengan makanan yang digemari oleh semua kalangan dan usia yaitu nasi goreng. Salah satu yang dapat membedaan antara nasi goreng Mafia dengan nasi goreng yang lainnya adalah keunikan rempah dan level kepedasannya. Dengan semakin dikenal, maka semakin banyak pula para wisatawan yang berminat untuk mencari lokasi keberadaan dari nasi gorang Mafia ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui data pimer dengan wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder. Dengan menggunakan metoda deskriptif tersebut akan memberikan gambaran mengenai penetapan lokasi yang tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumennya. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa dengan penetapan lokasi yang strategis memiliki dampak pada peningkatan minat beli konsumen. Penetapan lokasi yang strategis tersebut berdasarkan pada lokasi area perdagangan, sumber-sumber informasi,dan jenis serta kriterianya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze the quality of the services of a services company integrated with the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) and the Kano Model into the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in the Clinic Midwife Ides that have decreased the number of patients since 2015-2018.  Data collection in the form of needs and desires of consumers (customer requirements) using a questionnaire derived from the five dimensions of SERVQUAL (Service Quality), there are tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as well as data collection technical characteristics (technical requirements) through interviews to the management of the Clinic Midwives Ides. Through a questionnaire, the consumer Clinic Midwife Ides can rate the level of importance (expectations) of each service attribute and evaluate the quality of current service delivery, and assess the level of satisfaction if these attributes are not available (Category dysfunctional Kano Model). In the questionnaire there are 22 attributes are valid and have reliability value 0,926 for the variable hope and 0,953 for the variable the fact the quality of service at this time. After that is done the calculation of the value of consumer satisfaction.  There are 10 attributes with the value of the satisfaction is negative. Having obtained the category for each attribute, then find the value of adjusted importance by multiplying the weight category of the canoe with the value of customer satisfaction and level of importance. Based on the results of the interview, there are 6 technical characteristics related to the customer needs to know the needs and desires of consumers of the Clinic Midwives Ides. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is carried out using a matrix of House of Quality (HOQ) which is integrated with the Kano Model. In this study, the 3 attributes of customer requirements as well as the attributes of the technical responses that has a percentage rate of interest above the average and should be a priority of improving the quality of service.

Abstract

Bandung is one of the halal tourist destinations in Indonesia. With the increasingly rapid growth of cafes and restaurants, the competition is getting tougher. One of the highlights is whether the café and restaurant are halal certified. This becomes very important because Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the World. It is proper if halal is the main concern. The business people do not understand and realize the importance of fulfilling the halal standard set by the government. So through this community service will be carried out socialization regarding required halal tourism. The method used in this study is the Deplat Pastisipatif which is conducting activities in the form of providing counseling and guidance on halal tourism and halal standardization on SMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung, especially the Jatinangor region. Counseling was carried out by inviting from the tourism , youth and sport agency and also the MUI. Culinary business begin to understand halal standardization and the importance of having halal certification. There is still a need for assistance to be able to implement halal tourism properly.

Abstract

The trend of digital banking is growing with easy access through mobile banking such as XXX marked by performance that increases every year and is included in the most frequently used mobile banking. However, some users complain about XXX application problems related to the services provided, namely not being able to log in easily, requests cannot be processed, the application is very slow, and other problems. To solve this problem, XXX needs to improve the performance of the services provided. This study aims to determine the current service quality of XXX as well as the gap between customer perceptions and expectations and find out the attributes that are prioritized to improve service quality. The research method used is E-Service Quality with 6 variables, namely site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal needs, and efficiency followed by the Importance Performance Analysis method through a quantitative approach. From the research results, it is found that the quality of XXX service provided is not yet qualified based on the level of conformity with an average value of 98% and the level of gap with an average value of -0.08 which explains that the current service quality is not in accordance with the quality expected by users. Then, the factors that need to be prioritized are statement items in quadrant concentrate here, namely Pages in the XXX app do not stop working suddenly, XXX app can be used immediately and runs smoothly, I can complete transactions quickly in the XXX app, XXX app provides services exactly at the time specified, and XXX app is easy to use.

Abstract

Manajemen persediaan yang efektif memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional bisnis, terutama bagi perusahaan kecil dan menengah yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya. Coffee shop kerap mengalami kekurangan bahan baku, yang menghambat operasional dan menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan. Pembelian bahan secara mendadak menimbulkan ketidakstabilan operasional dan meningkatkan biaya persediaan, sehingga coffee shop memerlukan manajemen persediaan yang lebih optimal untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku dengan biaya yang efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sebagai alat analisis utama, yang dilengkapi dengan perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point (ROP) untuk mengoptimalkan ketersediaan stok. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, serta analisis laporan pembelian bahan baku selama satu tahun. Hasil menunjukkan penerapan EOQ berhasil mengurangi frekuensi pemesanan dari 162 menjadi 20 kali per tahun, serta menurunkan total biaya persediaan sebesar 78,22%.
