Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the influence of political power and political fraud on law enforcement in Indonesia during the general election. This research uses normative legal research methods. Normative research is research carried out by examining library materials. The data used in this research is secondary data which includes primary and secondary legal materials. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, namely by collecting, reviewing and processing literature, statutory regulations and articles, journals and scientific works. The results of the analysis are then described in sentence form systematically to make it easier to draw conclusions from the data. The research results show that the influence of political power and political fraud on law enforcement in Indonesia has negative impacts such as inequality before the law, decreased credibility of the legal system, disruption of the legal policy-making process, decreased legal quality, and increased legal uncertainty. These impacts threaten the stability and development of the country and hinder fair law enforcement.

The purpose of this writing is to determine criminal acts of corruption in self-managed work, especially misuse of funds and manipulation of data, requiring a holistic approach. This research uses normative legal research methods. Normative research is research carried out by examining library materials. The data used in this research is secondary data which includes primary legal materials, namely statutory regulations. Then this research also uses secondary legal materials, namely legal materials that provide an explanation of primary legal materials. The research results show that in the face of criminal acts of corruption using data manipulation, steps that strengthen supervision and control over the reporting and project documentation process are very important. Providing an integrated and transparent information system will help minimize the risk of data manipulation by providing easier and more transparent access to project information for related parties. Abstract

The high cases of sexual violence against children in South Konawe Regency have become a concern for various parties. Although physical sexual violence appears on the surface, non-physical sexual violence is still rife, especially in the school environment. The students were unaware that they were either perpetrators or victims of non-physical sexual violence. In the view of the students, non-physical sexual violence behavior is only a joke, but in the perspective of criminal law, the behavior is a criminal offense. Therefore, it is necessary to increase legal understanding to students related to sexual violence. This legal counseling is carried out at MAN 1 Konsel and SMAN 8 Konsel with direct legal counseling methods in the form of lectures and discussions. Through this service activity, the students learned about the criminal law regulations related to sexual violence. With that understanding, students understand that non-physical sexual violence is prohibited in criminal law and is threatened with criminal sanctions. The results of this legal counseling illustrate the leap in knowledge gained by students. With an understanding of criminal law regulations this will help in creating thoughts, behaviors based on legal norms

Abstract

The influence of public opinion and "trial by social media" on the law enforcement process in Indonesia using a normative and empirical approach. The introduction explains the background to the importance of understanding the impact of social media on the law. Research methods involve statutory studies, legal cases, and literature studies, as well as collecting primary data through interviews and focus group discussions. This research found that netizen intervention had a positive influence, such as increasing community participation, empowering information, and promoting justice. However, negative challenges and impacts are also significant, including the spread of misinformation, political and legal discrimination, and the manipulation of personal interests. Furthermore, "trial by social media" affects legal independence through increased public pressure, influence on public perception, dissemination of inaccurate information, decreased public trust, manipulation by certain groups, and obstruction of effective legal processes.
