Abstract

Kerja Praktek yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan proses- proses yang dilakukan Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dalam membuat suatu proses Hak Tanggungan. Sekarang Hak Tanggungan sudah diubah menjadi sistem Elektronik, layanan HT-el ini berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri ATR/ Kepala BPN Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik. Berikut merupakan layanan yang dapat dilayani secara elektronik adalah Hak Tanggungan pendaftaran, peralihan, penghapusan, perubahan nama, serta perbaikan data), Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT), pengecekan sertipikat tanah serta Surat Keterangan Pendaftaran Tanah (SKPT). Dengan berlakunya sistem ini dapat mengurangi antrean yang ada di loket kanor pertanahan, mengurangi penyimpanan warkah yang sudah banyak menumpuk di kantor pertanahan, serta dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan juga biaya. HT-el ini salah satu bentuk layanan yang ada di Kantor Pertanahan di Era New Normal, membatasi interaksi melalui physical distancing dan ini merupakan satu perwujudan dari nilai-nilai Kementerian ATR/BPN, yaitu Melayani, Profesional dan Terpercaya. Hasil dari Kerja Praktek ini menunjukkan bahwa Tahap- tahap apa saja yang dilakukan dalam proses pembuatan HT- el dan apa saja kendala yang dialami dalam langkah- langkah tersebut.

Abstract

Batik motif is a work of art from traditional time till now, one example of tradition batik motif which is the Tionghoa cultural. See from our techonology now, can design by using one of the technology drawings aplication system. In this case study, the purpose was to design batik motifs in Tionghoa cultural by using a drawing application system, which is Adobe Illustrator CS6 and use vector art techniques. This research uses the R&D method where at this stage the design will be designed, validated, revised, and product tested. The final result will be a photo in the form of a JPEG or PNG that has been designed in the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of archival photos of Excellent Holykids Kindergarten in terms of social media content. Photography has become important as a visual communication tool in the era of technological advancement and the increasing need for information. The way we communicate and get information has been changed by social media. One of the problems of Excellent Holykids Kindergarten is the lack of sufficient photo archive for social media content. This report provides a solution through a Model Development Cycle (MDLC) approach to improve the quality of the school photo archive and document children's learning activities, as visual documentation is essential to provide a positive image of the school. There are 195 photos edited with a warm tone theme and the results will be organized in Google Drive for easy collaboration with school partners and use in social media content.
