Abstract

Energi listrik telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama masyarakat di era modern. Oleh karena itu, suplai kebutuhan listrik diharapkan dapat tersedia sepanjang waktu secara kontinu. Namun, harapan tersebut belum tercapai, khususnya di Kelurahan Tosuraya Barat Kecamatan Ratahan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, karena faktanya masih sering terjadi pemadaman listrik yang mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat, baik aktivitas sosial maupun ekonomi.Salah satu faktor yang mendorong terjadinya krisis energi listrik ini adalah masih borosnya penggunaan energi listrik oleh masyarakat. Tujuan PKM ini adalah mensosialisasikan pola penggunaan energi secara efisien untuk meminimalisir kehilangan energi listrik yang terjadi, serta menciptakan budaya hemat energi yang mengakar kuat dalam kehidupan masyarakat untuk memperkuat ketahanan energi lokal, regional dan nasional.Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Pertama, pelaksanaan pencarian data tentang profil konsumsi listrik masyarakat melalui kuesioner; dan kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan.Kata Kunci: Profil Konsumsi Listrik, Efisien, Hemat Listrik, Tosuraya Barat

Abstract

Badan Pemeriksa Perbendaharaan Jemaat (BPPJ) Gereja Masehi Injili di Minahasa (GMIM) Tumpengan wilayah Sea setiap tahun melaksanakan 2 (dua) kali pengawasan keuangan, termasuk untuk pemeriksaan realisasi anggaran pada bendahara jemaat. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan untuk pemodelan pemeriksaan sentralisasi kolom dan komisi jemaat di GMIM Tumpengan. Dan untuk PKM saat ini dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pemodelan pemeriksaan realisasi anggaran bendahara jemaat. Dengan penerapan ini, maka BPPJ GMIM Tumpengan mampu melaksanakan pemeriksaan bendahara jemaat dengan optimal dan mengetahui capaian realisasi anggaran di jemaat GMIM Tumpengan.Kata Kunci: Pemeriksaan, Realisasi Keuangan, Bendahara

Abstract

Badan Pemeriksa Perbendaharaan Jemaat (BPPJ) Gereja Masehi Injili di Minahasa (GMIM)Tumpengan wilayah SEA setiap tahun melaksanakan 2 (dua) kali pemeriksaan/pengawasan keuangan, termasukuntuk pemeriksaan keuangan sentralisasi dari kolom dan komisi ke bendahara jemaat. Untuk mempermudahpembuatan laporan dan mempercepat pemeriksaan, maka diperlukan model pemeriksaan dengan menggunakanteknologi informasi, yaitu mengunakan microsoft office excel. Dengan penerapan ini, maka BPPJ GMIMTumpengan mampu melaksankan pemeriksaan dengan baik dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Setralisasi, Kolom, Komisi

Abstract

This study aimed to calculate and analyze the value of cost-benefit NaOH injection on cooling tower basin GPP unit 5 and 6 in the Lahendong geothermal area.  Population of this study was worker (GPP), work partners and management (PGE). Analysis techniques used is cost benefit analysis. The result of the study showed that NaOH injection on cooling tower basin GPP unit 5 and 6 has impact routine expenses issued by company for the purchase NaOH because injection done every day to keep pH value on cooling tower basin GPP according to standard HSSE 5,5 - 7. The costs were not direct is building constructions to supplies NaOH reserve, coatings basin, and delivery expense. The result of the calculation cost-benefit analysis NaOH injection on cooling tower basin GPP unit 5 and 6 in the Lahendong geothermal area for 3 years investment and the operational as follows: (1)Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) reach 1,2025697 > 0, (2)Net Benefit Margin (NBM) reach Rp. 337.955.950 > 0. Based on this value NaOH injection on cooling tower basin GPP unit 5 and 6 in the Lahendong geothermal area considered beneficial. Keyword: GPP, NaOH, Injection, Cooling Tower Basin, Cost-Benefit, BCR, NBM

Abstract

Performance indicator is a quantitative measure that describes the performance achievement of a company that is used as the basis for future performance improvements. This research is related to a study of Lahendong unit 5 and 6 power plant performance evaluations using the base of PJBL (Electricity Purchase Agreement) and RKAP (Corporate Work Plan and Budget) in 2018. From the results of data analysis it was found that the PJBL indicator did not reach agreed targets. Besides that, downtime due to unscheduled maintenance is also quite high. From the results of the analysis of the causal factors it is known that there are main factors that cause the achievement of the performance targets. Some proposals improve the realization of PJBL and reduce downtime because unscheduled maintenance was also presented in this study. Keywords: RKAP, PJBL, performance, PLTP 5 & 6 Lahendong.

Abstract

Design of quality product is a design that based on the basic functions of the product that are adjusted into quality and capacity, as well as added value that can attract the attention of consumers. Product design development is very important because in this era of economic global competitive, innovation is very important to achieving advanced in the global market. The most important thing from product design development is fulfillment of the needs and desires of consumers.This research uses the quality function deployment (qfd) method, which is a design method that can translate the needs and desires of consumers to technical specifications in fulfillment customer satisfaction. QFD method is the most preferred method for developing a product's design. The product in this research is a standard helmet. Nowdays, helmet become one of safety needs, because all motorcycle users must use helmets if they want to go anywhere. But not few riders who do not use a helmet when driving because of discomfort when using a helmet. For this reason, a multifunctional helmet is needed so that the rider can feel comfortable and safe when using the helmet.            According to surveys and interviews, there are six important things conveyed by consumers for the development of this standard helmet, consist of: using a full face design, made from cold ingredients, use colors navy and silver, and added features of a microcontroller chip, wireless and password, microphone. As for the overall analysis with house of quality (HoQ) there are seven priority of technical specifications, namely: the shape design of standard helmet, flexibility of standard helmet in use, a multifunctional standard helmet, safety for helmet’s user, comfort for helmet’s user, the complete features, and attractive colors. Keywords : Product design development, QFD, HoQ

Abstract

 Traditionally, small-scale mining industry organized by the community is a typical industry that has a high risk of work accidents. Related to efforts to minimize the risk of mining activities in traditional mining businesses, this study aims to identify various safety risks in the traditional gold mining process in Ratatotok, North Sulawesi using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. The results of the application of this method indicate that the most critical risk of work accidents is the danger of being hit by a hole buffer tool and being pinched by rocks and the danger of being buried by landslides due to continuous rain with the largest risk score of 25.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study that is testing the drilling process to analyze the decrease in cutting temperature from the implementation of the cooling system design results on the IXION BT 25 bench drill. This test was carried out at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory of Unsrat. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from testing the drilling process without cooling and with cooling by varying the diameter of the drill chisel 8 mm, 12 mm, 17 mm, and 23 mm. The results of this study are in the form of a graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature without cooling, the graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature with the cooler and the graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature without and using a cooler linearly. The conclusion of the research implementation of the cooling system design results for measuring cutting temperature on the bench drill IXION BT 25, shows that in the first experiment for a drill chisel diameter of 8 mm the temperature decreased by 21.7%, in the second experiment for a drill chisel diameter of 12 mm it reduced the temperature to 32. ,5%, in the third experiment for the diameter of the drill chisel 17 mm lower the temperature 65.5% and in the fourth experiment for the diameter of the drill chisel 23 mm lower the temperature 65.2%. Thus, the larger the diameter of the drill chisel used, the greater the temperature drop. Thus the implementation of the results of the cooling system design for measuring the cutting temperature on the IXION BT 25 bench drill can stabilize the cutting temperature so that it will extend the life of the drill tool. Keywords: Drill Chisel Diameter, Cutting Temperature, Cooling System Design

Abstract

The L-type of Savonius wind turbine is one type of vertical axis wind turbine. The L-type of Savonius wind turbines have proven be an effective wind turbine for converting wind energy into electrical energy. One part that plays a role in the process of converting wind energy to electricity is a gearbox. The gearbox serves to increase the rotation coming from the turbine and then forward it to the alternator. In this research, a gearbox for wind power generation with the L-type of Savonius wind turbine has been designed. The gearbox consists of a pair of gears, two shafts, four bearings, and two keys.                The calculation results show that the gearbox speed ratio is 5.3, while the torque on the first shaft is 10.12 Nm and on the second shaft is 1.88 Nm. The stress simulation shows that the von mises stress is less than the allowable stress of the material. Keywords: Gearbox, Savonius Wind Turbine, Speed Ratio
