Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how far the quality of service to customer satisfaction Honda at PT Wisesa Adicipta by taking the respondents were 60 respondents . The analysis method used in this research is quantitative method with the approach of simple correlation analysis and simple regression. Results of simple correlation analysis is r = 0.88 this indicates that if the quality of service rise, customer satisfaction will go up anyway. The degree of correlation is in the category of high and after having tested its significance, the showed very significant. Deteriminasi coefficient r2 = 77 %, satisfaction factors determined by the quality of service and the rest is determined by other factors. With a simple regression analysis obtained Y = 5.07 + 0,75X, this may imply that each additional one scale on the quality of service will result in additions to the customer satisfaction scale of = 0.75. Thus evident that the quality of service has an influence on customer satisfaction . Based on these results, the researchers suggested that the leadership continue to observe and pay attention to the elements of service quality variables that have not been touched in this study and in order to maintain the quality of services that exist today, so give satisfaction to customers .Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT Pos Type C Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure and influence the relationship between motivation and job performance. The population in this study amounted to 200 employees, with a simple random sampling which amounts to 50 respondents. Using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that there is a fairly strong correlation between motivation and job performance, as well as the motivation has a positive impact with work performance. Thus, the motivation has a strong relationship with the work performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia Type C Manado.Keywords: Motivation, Job Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Small industry and micro, in this time get attention a large enough , from various government, banking, correctional facility, and also institute Internasional, because provenproven small industry represent part of rescuer national economy after feel crisis economy that endless in Indonesia.One of the problems faced by micro and small entrepreneurs besides human resource is capital industry developing effort, and this time in concerned in enableness provision capital to small industry and micro in provision credit from banking.This research implemented at PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Unit Teling as one of the institute provide and give loan. Capital effort from entreprenur small and micro.Target research is to analyzing about exploiting facility credit micro in step up small industry and micro with method deskriptif and way of data collecting is run kounsioner and interview.As for research which be used in analysis data to exploiting facility credit micro is method Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with be used appliance analysis for manage data is with be ussed SPSS 15.0 For Windows.Based on the results research show that credit micro had an effort on positive to step up effort where describable in the right perspective relation indicator step up turnover result industry small and micro.Keywbords : Credit Facility, Small industry and micro

Abstract

The aim of this research to know how big the influence of giving KUR concern to raising effort little micro and medium in Manado city. Citizenry effort credit is working capital finance to productive and viable business debtors but not having additional collateral or additional collateral is sufficient. Form of research using on this research is correlational research with quantitative analysis. This research doing in Mandiri Bank in Paal 2, with population 102 customer and 51 sample costumer. Analysis technique using in this research is simple regression analysis. The result in this research show the strong relationship between giving KUR with increase UMKM seeing from the result and from the result determination coefficient that means the relation between Mandiri Bank is determine by giving KUR through regression similarity. Remnant determined by another factor. The summary of this research have an effect to increase UMKM. The verification doing with T-test with Tarithmetic to X (KUR) and Ttable in significant that means comparison between Tarithmetic and Ttable is tarithmetic more than ttable. Suggestion from research are other people that giving KUR as Mandiri Bank to help agent of business to increase the business and its better for business agent to get more information that can advance their business. Keyword: Citizenry Effort Credit (KUR), Little and Medium Micro Effort (UMKM)
