Abstract

Requirements of energy in nowadays are directly proportional with human activities which use a lot of energy, especially for electrical energy, therefore, it is necessary to take energy saving measures such as lighting that use electronic devices with energy efficient. The latest lighting technology is used saving energy lamp (LHE) and light emitting diode (LED) which are designed to replace that use of incandescent lamps. The purpose of this research was to compare lamp based on light flux, colour temperature total harmonic distortion (THD) and power factor. The standard used for luminous lighting flux, the colour temperature standard of SNI 03-6575-2001 and THD using reference IEEE 519-2014.From the study has been done is obtained that level of lighting flux produced by LED type is bigger for twice than LHE type. The best colour temperature is LED with ratio value of 875oK/W. THD current for LHE and LED does not comply the standard, therefore THD current is smaller 4% - 7,3% from LED. The power’s factor produced by LHE and LED is 0.5 to 0.6.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been declared by WHO as a global pandemic and in Indonesia it is stated as a type of disease that causes public health emergencies and non-natural disasters, so it is necessary to make prevention efforts including prevention and control (Kemenkes RI, 2020) regarding prevention guidelines. and control of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). One way to prevent the spread of covid-19 is to spray disinfectants on objects suspected of having a virus. Especially for the human body, disinfectant spraying is carried out in a specially designed room or room. These booths are placed in markets, malls, schools, places of worship and so on. This research was conducted from September 2020 to December 2020 at the Faculty of Engineering, Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. Based on the test, it was found that the temperature and humidity can be displayed on the LCD and mobile phones via the Blynk application. Temperature regulation is done by activating or deactivating the exhaust fan and fan. At a temperature of> 280C the exhaust fan and fan will be active, then not active if the temperature is ≤280C. This tool has a measurement accuracy level for a temperature of 99.99% and 99.98% humidity with a thermohygrometer as a measurement reference tool.

Abstract

describe a power plant that employs the flow of water as its source of propulsion. An investigation must be conducted on the subject, specifically water, in order to gain an understanding of its potential prior to beginning the design process for a micro hydro producing unit. The micro hydro power plant in the village of Girimulyo serves as both a source of electricity and a popular tourist and educational destination for the community. Data were gathered from the observations, including the water discharge (Q=0.2 m3/s) and the head/height of falling water (H=22.09 m). obtaining information depending on flow rate and heightof the falling water may already be determined, allowing the Pelton type Micro Hydro turbine to be selected as the drive unit. whereas the 30kW turbine is intended to produce electricity. The major parts of the Pelton type turbine were constructed with wheel diameter D = 448mm, number of nozzles 2, shaft diameter d = 38mm, and gearbox based on the results of the data obtained. flat belt having a 1:1 transmission ratio.

Abstract

The digital literacy skills of MSMEs need to be improved so that MSMEs can increase their product sales through websites. Through websites, MSMEs have control over the sales process. Therefore, this PKM activity is focused on free website design training for the Mustika Farmer Group and its partners in Kamat Jati, East Jakarta. This training is the realization of the MoU of cooperation between the UKI Faculty of Engineering and Kramat Jati Village, East Jakarta in the field of training for the Mustika Farmer Group and partners, in creating websites. This training was held on December 18-19, 2025 at the Mustika RPTRA, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, attended by 14 participants, which resulted in 6 website designs. This 2-day training received a positive response from participants, who wanted similar training to be held in the future. However, the implementation of this training was not optimal because generally the participants were still classified as newcomers in website design, so they were still confused about starting to design websites again, were not used to surfing the internet, and the training area was near the Halim airport and public sports facilities that were crowded with people, thus disrupting the concentration of the training participants.
