Abstract

IT (Information Technology) merupakan istilah umum untuk teknologi yang membantu manusia dalam hal membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, mengkomunikasikan dan/atau menyebarkan informasi. Untuk membantu manusia dalam memecahkan suatu masalah. Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengertian luas yang meliputi segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pengunaan komputer sebagai pengolahan informasi dan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan alat untuk mentransfer data dari perangkat satu ke perangkat yang lainnya. siswa Madrasah Aliyah darussalam parigi telah mengetahui manfaat teknologi Informasi pada peran seorang profesi IT sebagai langkah selanjutnya bagaimana perkembangan teknologi informasi yang akan datang sebagai programmer yang berperan untuk profesi yang beberapa tahum kedepan. seluruh peserta sepakat bahwa pengenalan teknolgi informasi yang datang membantu meraka dalam menentukan langkah ke jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Inventory recording for goods or products involves recording both outgoing and incoming transactions. Outgoing recording refers to the transactions or orders for goods as per the supplier or customer requests, which are then recorded by the warehouse personnel. On the other hand, incoming recording involves adding stock of goods or raw materials, which is recorded by the warehouse personnel. In the case of the inventory being researched by the author, the process of recording outgoing and incoming goods is still manual, utilizing Microsoft Office Excel. This is because the application does not have the capability to store data and information centrally in a database. To address this issue, the author has transitioned from the previous manual process to a computerized system. This allows for more accurate and precise recording of outgoing and incoming goods, with data displayed centrally, resulting in increased effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

The distribution of social assistance is one of the government's efforts to improve community welfare and reduce poverty. Unfortunately, in current practice, the social assistance distribution process in Pluit Village is still carried out manually, resulting in various problems such as distribution delays, errors in data recording, and inaccurate recipient targeting. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed of development and active user involvement in every stage. This study aims to create a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to help village officials determine social assistance recipients objectively. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the value of each candidate based on several criteria such as occupation, income, number of dependents, house condition, and building area. The results show that the system can help the selection process become faster and more objective. The results show that the developed decision support system is able to manage aid recipient data in a more structured manner, select recipients based on clear criteria, and produce aid recipient reports quickly and accurately.
