Abstract

Kasus penyakit DBD di wilayah DKI Jakarta masih ada dan prevelensinya naik turun sehingga edukasi kepada masyarakat dianggap penting untuk memutus penularan penyakit DBD. Intitusi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kondisi lingkungan salah satunya adalah Puskesmas dimana kader puskesmas mempunyai tugas membina masyarakat agar dapat mandiri melakukan pengendalian vektor penyakit DBD tersebut. Kelurahan Gunung yang berada di Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan yang masuk wilayah DKI Jakarta merupakan wilayah yang masih terus ada kasus kejadian penyakit DBD, tercatat tahun 2019 terdapat 57 kasus dan 2020 terdapat 13 kasus, walaupun terjadi penurunan tidak menutup kemungkinan akan naik bila kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan tetap bersih dan sehat. Di wilayah Kelurahan Gunung dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di wilayah RW 06 oleh tim dari Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Kelurahan Gunung beserta kader RW 06 yang terdiri dari 10 RT, hal tersebut agar masyarakat dapat mandiri dalam melakukan pengendalian guna menurunkan angka kesakitan penyakit DBD dengan dibekali keilmuan dalam menghilangkan tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes spp. serta memberdayakan warga melalui kader untuk pembuatan ovitrap yang dimodifikasi dengan penambahan air gula dan bubuk soda untuk menghasilkan gas CO2. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel rumah 77 rumah dan dievaluasi hasilnya bahwa dari 77 rumah didapat positif jentik 14 rumah (18%). Kisaran temperatur udara positif jentik pada 28,4-31,60C, kelembaban 59-96%, pH air 6,5-8,64, temperatur air 27,5-30,90C

Abstract

Cases of dengue fever in the DKI Jakarta area still exist and the prevalence fluctuates so that education to the public is considered important to stop the transmission of dengue fever. One of the institutions responsible for environmental conditions is the Community Health Center, where Community Health Center cadres have the task of developing the community so that they can independently control the dengue vector. Gunung Village, which is in the Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta, which is part of the DKI Jakarta area, is an area where there are still cases of dengue fever, in 2019 there were 57 cases and in 2020 there were 13 cases, although there has been a decrease, it does not rule out the possibility that it will increase if there is a lack of awareness among community in keeping the environment clean and healthy. In the Gunung Village area, there are 7 RWs and 67 RTs. Strengthening training will be carried out by the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jakarta II in collaboration with the Community Health Center for RW/RT cadres so that the community can be independent in carrying out control in order to reduce the morbidity rate of dengue fever by being equipped with knowledge in eliminating breeding and use places. ovitrap. This activity will be continuous and the results will be evaluated which can later be used as an example for other regions in controlling vector-borne diseases.

Abstract

In Indonesia, occupational safety and health (K3) issues are still often ignored. One of the main causes of occupational accidents is the lack of information on the implementation of K3. The ILO estimates that 2 million lives per year are claimed as a result of work accidents. Based on observations and interviews, ACTEM has several machines in the spinning to dyeing department that pose a high risk to the safety of workers, and still has workers who have not implemented K3. This research is an analytical descriptive research with a cross-sectional method with the title “Factors Associated with the Application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to Workers at PT Acryl Textile Mills (ACTEM) in 2024”. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors associated with the application of occupational safety and health (OHS) in workers at PT ACTEM in 2024. The population in this study was workers in the spinning and dyeing department of PT ACTEM. The sample of this study amounted to 91 workers. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and observation sheets. The data were then processed through editing, coding, data entry, and cleaning, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study using the chi-square test, it was found that there were 2 variables that had no relationship with the application of K3, namely compliance with company regulations and K3 counseling. Meanwhile, the variables of K3 knowledge, K3 commitment, and work environment supervision show that there is a relationship with K3 implementation.
